I obtained hearing protection/ custom fitted ear plugs and additionally Sandy provided adaption plugs for apple ear pods to afford a more secure fit for loss prevention. Sandy knew just what was needed and fitted me correctly with the custom mold process the first time. Highly recommend Sandy Reyes and Miracle Ear.

I have just purchased hearing aids for the first time and it was an extremely positive process. Sandy provided a thorough explanation of the process and what to expect. I have worked with Sandy over 2 years and have had wonderful results. Last month she had me try a Cros Ric Transmitter which allows me to hear from both ears, as I have profound hearing loss in one ear and less severe hearing loss in the other. Sounds from the severe hearing loss side are transmitted wirelessly to the better hearing side and I am able to hear from both sides. It has made a remarkable impact.
