We went in just looking around when we went to cedar point, ended up walking out with a 2021 road king special. The staff is fantastic, they werent pushy it was a great buying experience. They changed all the little things on the bike I wanted. Thank you all at mad river. I will definitely be recommending to everyone looking for a bike.

Unbelievable customer service. My friend and I were on a trip from Boston to Sturgis, when my friend blew out his tire. We called Mad River Harley, and explained our situation. We informed them we were 22 miles away and waiting for a tow. Luckily Mad River Harley was the closest dealership. When we called they informed us the service department closed at 5. (We called at 445)After hearing our story, one of the service members(Joshua) volunteered his time to stay late and wait for us and change my friend’s tire. Without Joshua staying late on his time to help a few Harley Riders we would of been stranded and likely ended our trip early. This is what being part of the Harley family is all about. Caleb was also excellent. Caleb and Joshua went above and beyond to help us out. By far the best experience I’ve had at any dealership. Thanks guy! We made it

At mad river and Rock & roll city today. Nice dealers, friendly staff but $5 poker chips? This was dealer 92+93 Ive been to. Highest price I ever seen before today was $3

The entire experience was terrific. Jen from sales was the best, not pushy but made sure I knew she was working for me. They found the bike I wanted and the upgrades I need without a problem. Theyll be my dealership for life.

Visited during our time at Ohio Bike Week. Very large store with a great selection of bikes and apparel. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely come back again.

Went in there 2 weeks ago and purchased my first harley. After being on plenty of other bikes all metric of course. I figured it was time to step up to the big leagues. After them selling the original bike i had filled paperwork out for i was put onto one that was 2 years newer and 25k more miles. It was more expensive too. I was skeptical but they REASSURED me that the bike was in its best condition. After paying an $800 service and inspection fee i was able to take yhe bike home. After getting the bike home and putting 700 miles on it, its now dead and in my garage collecting dust. Checked the plugs and the looked like they are the original plugs from 2011. Long story short i would not recommend them to anyone else. Ill be going back to other cruisers that ive never had any problems with. Doesnt matter how short time youve had the bike its still your responsibility even with a warranty.

They got some nice motor cycles and merchandise. No employees said anything to me.

My review is based on store atmosphere, customer service, price and cool factors. I cannot comment on bike sales or mechanical service.The shop is clean an well organized. There is a decent selection of bikes and motor clothes. Pricing is average.Pleasant employees and easy checkout.I love the exterior look of the building and the concert patio looks like it can host some great events.I would visit again.

Cant even get a belt from there, since December!! Got a gift card for it and cant turn it in for cash to go to another HD dealership who has belts!!! Not happy with the whole ordeal!!!

Ive only been going there since July last year when I bought my first new 2017 Sportster.The whole staff has been very friendly and helpful.Just recently went in for their Demo For A Cause and took out the 2018 Sport Glide. By the end of the day I was riding it home instead of the Sportster. Craig and Ken were a pleasure to deal with in my purchase.I go there so often now most of them know me by name.Great store/dealership!

Best Dealer I have been to in a while. Very helpful and cool salesmen and parts guys. Really cool setup inside and looks like an old factory from the outside.

They broke my shock while replacing a back tire and wanted me to pay for a new shock + labor and didn’t clean my bike up at all.

This is a great dealership. I was there for Ohio Bike week. and had a wonderful time. Camped for the weekend and was at the dealer for festivities all weekend. Went to a decent concert and enjoyed it alot. I bought my bike @ Rock-n-Roll HD in Cleveland, owned by the same people. Saw familiar faces there, and was treated great as always. I enjoyed everything about the dealership and the fun filled weekend.

Amazing place with some really cool motorcycles; however, they did not have Livewire (an all electric motorcycle). Lot of cool clothes as well. Lots of parking.

Some of the people that work there are very nice and helpful but others treated us very rudely and made the visit less enjoyable. It has a great atmosphere but customer service was at times rude

I went to Mad River to look at forward controls on their Sportsters. They showed me what I was looking for, let me sit on a bike as they held it so I can test out the controls. The staff was very friendly and very helpful.

Very helpful, very knowledgeable, easy to work with. I have dealt with the sales, service, and parts departments. Very pleased in almost every way. But prices are high. That is kind of to be expected at a Harley dealership, but it kept me looking elsewhere.

Just went to get Christmas gifts. Has nice selection of clothes, accessories and gifts, well displayed.

I had my rear bearings blow out and caught it right away. Mad river towed it for me and said itd be fixed that evening. Mind you Im not from that area. It wasnt done til the next day in which they charged 205.00 to replace the bearings then tried to sell me a 800.00 wheel. I got 4 other opinions and turns out my wheel was perfectly fine and mad river just tried to screw me. I wouldnt return there ever again. Ill stick to my home town dealer. What a crock.

If I could give zero stars I would. Me and my wife were in the store for 45 minutes and not 1 associate approached us . The store was basically empty . Associates were sitting at desks speaking to each other .

I would be careful with their service department, I had them install a Progressive Monotube suspension on my 2016 Street Glide Special the bike had a clanking noise when I hit a bump. Returned the bike to service department they disassembled the bike put it back together said nothing is wrong, the bike still has a clanking noise in the front end. I really would not return my bike to Mad River for service of any kind.

Superb location, easy to get to. Space out back for entertainment but not sure if they use it so call ahead. Hub for annual Bike Week.

Took bike in for speedometer Warranty work and had to take back for rewire and scuff marks on tank and back fender. They really need to take better care and caution with the customers motorcycle. My bike is an expensive machine ##and I take care of it.

If I could give a no star if I could... customer service sucks no consistency they screw you around telling you that they will take care of you you then after phone calls and appearances in store they shoot you down .... management needs customer service training...beware of buying used from them they dont do checks like they say...found dog food mice were hiding in a harley they SERVICED before sale!!

I cant speak for the dealership, but In regards to Jeni Schumachers review: She rode many miles on those bad wheel bearings until they finally exploded. We went out of our way to pick her bike up, and it got back to our shop about 30 minutes before we closed. Theres no way it was getting fixed that night, nor was she promised as much. The bearings damaged the wheel, and we recommended replacing it, which she refused. We did NOT try to rip her off. If we had not recommended replacing it, and it caused her to wreck, who would she have blamed then? I think the price was more than fair for towing her bike in, working her into a very busy schedule, having the repairs completed the next day, and washing her bike for her before she got there. We went above and beyond. Id recommend calling someone else the next time you break down.
