Prompt customer service and beautiful tray! Everything tasted amazing.

Just wanted to shout out the Sandwich MA shop! Customer service was impeccable. Went in last week during the hot spell and they were kind to give me a cooler bag with a few ice packs to keep the fresh made covered strawberries from melting on my 30 minute drive back home. Kindness and going above and beyond is such a treasure and really hard to find these days. Thanks again and I highly recommend them!

The most beautiful platter of big, fresh berries and other fruit. The strawberries were an assortment of dark chocolate swirled with white, and pink dip with white beads. There were also a few undipped strawberries interspersed, along with plump red grapes and a pineapple star. There were also a few “Happy Mothers Day”white round chocolate discs attached to 6 of the berries. It was absolutely fresh and delicious, and made my day!!

The strawberries were obviously old and had been dipped for days before delivery. They had already started to pull away from the chocolate. Very disappointed. (If I could take away the last star I would. The manager replied to this review asking for my order number etc and then ghosted me after I forwarded the original order confirmation)

Ordered the get well classic for my Mom to cheer her up and she was so pleased, She face timed me and the order was above and beyond what I expected. I highly recommend

Sent these to a client who was ailing after surgery, and they were totally elated, exactly what they needed in terms of providing healthy nourishment in recovery. While flowers are beautiful, it means so much more to someone to receive something thoughtful and good to eat. Same goes for being a recipient; My wife received several of these some years back when she was recovering from surgery and they were just the ticket to brighten the day. Given the range of fruit available, especially melons like the honeydew, cantalope and pineapple; Or the more fragile fruits like strawberries, blueberries, etc. there could be a lot of room for spotty quality but theres always consistency in the production so nothing weve seen in the many we received or few we sent comes in flavorless, bruised or rotting. Its clearly hand quality checked and eyeballed going out the door and it makes a huge difference in presentation. Keep up the good work!

Being the last day of school~ I ran over to grab an edible arrangement for the office staff at my kids school. Office hours are listed on web site and at the door that opening time is 9am. I have called the number and no one has picked up. No one is here the doors are locked. It is 9:20 am. Very disappointed. Not convenient.

So incredibly disappointed with the service from this location. I ordered an arangement for my dad for Father’s Day a month in advance in anticipation that they would be busy for the holiday. I wanted to make sure he got it because I don’t live in the area and could not see him. Nothing was delivered. When I called they told me that it was a “failed delivery” that they had tried to call my dad multiple times and left notes on the door. Well the phone number is mine and I did not get one call, there were no notes anywhere around the house. Not to mention, how could they have possibly have attempted to deliver to a house with three dogs, ring a door bell, and not have any of them notice?! And now they don’t want to refund be because they want to deliver it now..... too little too late guys!

My girlfriend loved the arrangement and the people were great to deal with.

This location was not my cup of tea the smoothies were watered down and not sweet at all, both my chocolate dipped strawberries and pineapple cakes were not fresh from today they were soggy and got thrown away within 10 minutes of purchase I will definitely be sticking with the plymouth location they are fabulous!

My wife lives in this region and everytime I order edible arraignment from this location sandwhich MA its and absolute hit my wife loves the preparation 5 stars
