The first store on our search for an engagement ring turned out to be our only one. Where do I begin? Marci from Degeller and Sons in Sandy Springs made our wedding ring shopping experience so fun and easy! We probably came in there about 10 different times between picking out our engagement rings and wedding bands to picking them up and getting them cleaned and every time, we looked forward to seeing Marci. My engagement ring was custom made exactly the way I envisioned it and even though we ended up looking for wedding bands at a few different stores (just to see our options), we still came back to Degeller and Sons and got both our rings from there. My wifes wedding band kept turning around on her finger. We purchased it from your Sandy Springs store so, we dropped in thinking it would need a ring guard. A very friendly and professional young man, Harry Corbett assisted us. He explained how the bumps inside the band would keep her ring in place. A couple of days later we picked her ring up and she is absolutely thrilled. There was no pressure and everyone working was very pleasant, but it was Harrys expertise that led to the problem being solved. We highly recommend D Geller and Son Jewelers to our family and friends!

Went in there to see about upgrading my wife’s ring. They were checking to see if I could get pre approval for financing. Without letting me know, or giving me a heads up, they went ahead and pushed through a loan for half the amount needed to upgrade. Now I’m stuck with an open account I’m not going to use. Once this account closes from not being used, it’s going to hurt my credit pretty badly. When I called to ask why they did this, they tried to lie to me saying it wouldn’t effect my credit. Got my wife’s original ring from here, and even though they will take credit on the current ring for an upgraded Diamond, I will never go back. I will go to a different jewelry store and pay full price for a new one. Went in there just to get an idea and now I’m stuck in a bad situation.

I oftentimes feel ignored or underserved in retail situations due to being in a wheelchair. Meredith made sure this was not the case. I visited the Sandy Springs D. Geller on a Sunday afternoon. I was somewhat apprehensive to ring shop as Ive heard other jewelry stores can be high pressure.This was not the case with Marcie at D. I had a wonderful experience shopping for my engagement ring. Zach Appleby and staff made us feel so welcomed. Zach went above and beyond to help me find my perfect ring. He offered us refreshments, took the time I needed to look around, and helped me understand everything I needed to know about looking for my first diamond ring. I had many questions about the different cuts, clarity, color, and shape and he answered all of them. I went in with an idea Of what I wanted but then realized I was being drawn to something different. He was patient as I tried on ring after ring. Marcie was fantastic while we were shopping for our wedding bands. She took the time to sit with us personally while we picked out what we liked and didn’t like. She even gave us some pros and cons about different styles. In the end she helped us pick out a beautiful band for me that matches my engagement ring perfectly, and another band for my fiancé that he loves! I began my search for an engagement ring months ago. I was worried I would not be able to find a jeweler to put together a customized unique ring in GA. I walked into D Gellar and Lauren was AMAZING. From day 1 I was excited. I did not plan to pay anything the first day but I am so happy I did.
