Very poor service. This is just a small brokerage company inflating pricing that makes using them a waste. The CEO acts like they offer this great service.. . THEY ARE A BROKER.. better off doing the work yourself to really just track orders.
We are a local contractor that has done business with this company. We were treated very well and professionally. It was clear to us that we were dealing with people of integrity.
First off let me start by saying ONLY take a job here if you literally can not financially live being jobless. Take the job, but continue to apply to other jobs daily till something better opens. This is an EXTREMELY small company run by family and very close friends to family. Not everyone is treated as equal and you are NOT paid based on experience but how close you are to the management team and your loyalty to their gossip fest.Let me do a run down. . CEO, Nate Anglin, CFO, (mom), HR, (wife of CEO) and 2 other managers who are EXTREMELY close to the “HR DEPARTMENT”.The Sales and Operations Managers are the ones who run the show in the CEO’s absence. And in my opinion they are the ones mostly responsible for running staff off due to the cruelty of how they treat employees that they just don’t like. They are the ones that feed information to the very out of touch CEO, who then acts on their fabricated stories vs sitting down to professionally speak with the employees to get the truth. The CEO is an arrogant HOT HEAD who will scream in anger vs pause, think and respond appropriately. Its is one of the most toxic environments I have ever worked in. But you can not speak up or bring any issues to the table because, lets me be real, the HR DEPARTMENT is a tad biased. If you dare have issues the only response you are given is “well Skylink isn’t for everyone and we will help you find a job if you’re not happy”. Skylink will never take any blame and never EVER feel they can improve in order to keep good employees.During my time there its was a vastly growing revolving door of employees. As the company continued to lose employees one by one, work was added to the remaining workers (non management) and the salaries of those left went to deepen the pockets of the management staff.Sales is hired with the amazing illusion of an un-tapped commission, but they make sure to change the pay/bonus structure along the way so you do not hit that and will fight you every step of the way so you don’t make your full commission.Operations team is hired and told they are able to make quarterly bonuses, these bonuses are never paid out and never addressed.
