Honestly surprised this place is still in business it used to be great because they would give educational discounts to anyone who teaches but now they dont they require all these different restrictions and stuff Im going to after school teacher just cuz I dont get a teacher badge means I dont get a discount anymore and thats super sad Plus they definitely raised all of the prices of everything from balsa wood to markers

It was a nice experience. Of course, there was an unmasked Karen but we were able to go around her. We were careful and followed all the signs to keep those amazing employees safe.

Fantastic selection of craft stuff, lots of knick knacks, frames, flowers, beads & jewelry stuff, anything you need for your hobbies. Nice atmosphere, quiet, and the employee who rung me up was incredibly kind.

This is an A-OK location that has all the things youd expect it to for this kind of chain. They have the usual crafts and seasonal decor. Usually the seasons are about two to three months ahead, which is nice so you can put it up early enough to feel festive and also prep your crafts early to have on hand!It was easy to find items as aisles and areas are clearly marked. The clearance section was a touch chaotic, but thats pretty usual as customers kinda just tear through these areas.The staff was friendly throughout the store and at the register. Checkout was easy.Overall: BA-OK location with all the usual items and nice staff.

I only went for one item, unfortunately it was out of stock. The employees were nice and informative.

Went in here to buy a cricut basic tool set. Saw cricut website had it cheaper and showed it to the cashier. She double checked if michaels priced match them and was told yes. Michaels is supposed to match price plus extra 10%. When I mentioned that she was conyand called manager up who instantly gave attitude to me saying they no longer price match cricut and said I can talk to the general manager who was there about it. When I asked when they stopped and that my michaels does it she didnt answer and kept saying that I can talk to general manager about it. Super rude and unprofessional.

Great selection, easy to navigate. Witnessed an employee going above and beyond for a customer by calling around to other stores to locate an item. However, the line was backing up and it took forever for someone to come out and help the lone cashier who was tied up with a customer.

So I went here a few days ago and was meaning to write a review and finally got around to it. Ive been working on a few holiday themed projects, mostly making christmas ornaments. And when I went in to buy glitter and ribbon I needed a little bit of help finding it. Charlie was able to help me right away and was very friendly! He even asked me about my projects and helped me with a few ideas!

Ordering was so much easier than i thought it would be and about 1/2an hours from when i just ordered talk about fast.

Although I know he would love to run out the back door screaming when he sees me approaching the counter, he is always very kind and he is exceptionally talented. He has done some beautiful framing for me over the years, and he has reframed some pieces to make them look like new art. Is a very talented guy who could work in any Custom Framing house.

I have gone into this location with a small idea and walk out excited with new ideas for the next trip. The employees help as much as they can and even give great suggestions to step up the project you are working on! My daughter always finds something to create for her room and I always find decor for the house that allow me to personalize it to match my current decor! I could go on and on about this store! Other than the fact that they could use more people working in the store on the floor, their prices are good especially with coupons!

Long slow lines. Associates are required to push rewards program which is fine so long as its slow or steady.However, when its rush hour and youre 5-7 customers deep with one register, rewards programs can wait in favor of a positive customer experience (including a fast checkout experience.)
