My windshield had to be replaced. I had no idea of what to expect since I had never used this type of service. My expectations were both met and exceeded. I watched the tech, Mario, as he very efficiently removed the old windshield and replaced it with a new one. His truck and work set up were neat and orderly. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. I took a rock to the windshield that left a crack the size and shape of the flux capacitor. I deal dispatched William R. to my office. He called to let me know he was on his way and once on site he told me it would take about 30 minutes to replace the windshield and he was correct. What great customer service from this young man.

The company did not waste my time. They called to be very clear of the timing and process to replace our broken windshield. They hit the mark and kept their word on everything. I had a cracked windshield that needed to be replaced. Ideal Auto was able to give me an appointment the same week in which I called. While the 4 hour window of time for arrival is a bit much, the technicians called when they were on their way to see me. I was very pleased with the customer service and the techs with whom I dealt. Mario was informative and efficient with the installation. He informed me that the bottom molding was crumbling and needed to be replaced, but the part would need to be ordered. He completed the install and I was scheduled for a second appointment the following week. On the second install, Carlos was my technician. He was also informative and efficient with completing the work on the installation of the windshield molding. Both Mario and Carlos were friendly, informative and professional, which made for a great all around experience with Ideal Auto Glass. My windshield looks great! Thanks guys!N. Lomax

I contacted this company over the phone and they asked me questions to determine if the windshield needed a repair or replacement. It was determined it needed replacement, and they set up an appointment with me that worked with my schedule. The Technician, Stephen Mathis, was early to the appointment, and did an excellent job at replacing the windshield. It is such a great job that you cannot tell that the windshield has been replaced. I am extremely happy with his work.

We used Ideal Auto Glass through our insurance company when my wifes windshield got a crack in it. They did everything we could have asked for when what seemed to be a simple replacement threw us all a couple loops because of Audis windshield and software. Our technician (Stephen Mathis) came out on time, very friendly and personable and completed the replacement quickly, quietly, and took the time to make sure everything was right for us.
