I had a damaged break cue which would only get worse. Eddie took the time to explain what Im up against in repairs and or purchasing a new shaft. Needless to say it was much more feasible to purchase a new Viking Crush Break Cue with a warranty for only $s more. He also has a state-of-the-art facility for testing cues and lessons. Came in and had my cue tip replaced. He was very knowledgeable and I left with a whole bunch of pool misc to improve my game. Would recommend!
