Everyone is always very helpful and friendly here. I love being able to schedule service online and not having to call every time. They do a fabulous job of keeping me updated on the wait time for my car to be returned and do everything they can to help. I wish their prices were lower but higher ones are expected at a dealership service center.
Shawn Wright at the service center saved the day. After a horrible run around with my carmax warranty people we took my elantra to the service station on a whim with no appointment. Within 2 minutes Shawn had diagnosed and fixed a unplugged knock sensor, and cleared my engine code. Since it was so minor he did not charge me. As a woman in the world of cars you are often a target. It was so nice to find someone kind who took a moment out of thier day to help when they didnt have to. Please if there is any sort of incentive you have for good reviews, he deserves it.
