Came here for my sons prom tux several years ago. Very professional and the order came in early. The suit was fantastic and looked amazing! I suggested it to my son for his upcoming wedding in November 2021 and he decided to use them again. The owner is on top of everything. My son ordered his wedding tux and my soon to be daughter in law had her wedding dress altered here. They also ordered all groomsmen vests as rentals. Ordering was a breeze and she knew what she was doing to relieve stress. The owner was very helpful and will definitely be using them again for any formal future needs.

The lady was great told me I looked good for having a baby less then a year ago got my beautiful wedding dress altered! She’s very straight forward and I love that! My fiancé even got his tux here and she went above and beyond to make sure we had one for him

My personal experience here has been nothing but GREAT! My mother and I went in to look at a dress she wanted to wear for my wedding and in conversation, realized that Nelly was able to help me with a custom design for my wedding dress. She put forth SO MUCH EFFORT for my dress. She was honest about her professional opinion without being insulting and did everything we asked. The dress is PERFECT! Nelly was very patient with us and made sure we were more than happy with everything. Completely transformed the dress from scratch (since the other seamstress didnt do what we asked.) I recommend! Dont go here! Rudest customer service, if youre able to get the owner off her cell phone. Over priced dresses and not a wide range of sizes. Deserve to go out of business.

If I could give this place no stars I would, yesterday I went in to look for a dress. Keep in mind I’m already self conscious of my weight. And when I came in there at first it was fine I tried on 2 dresses that I had to put on BY MYSELF and than I saw more dresses that were gorgeous and the lady told me they run small and that I was too big to fit them. She seemed to not even want me in the store kept walking away from me and than proceeded to give me her card and say “here’s my card if you decide to come back” left crying. Thankfully found a beautiful shop in winter park called Something New bridal boutique and found the one!!! They were such kind sweet hearts I enjoyed the whole experience!

Called earlier in the week to ask him about appointment and the lady who answered said come in anytime before 6. Showed up on Saturday waited outside Boutique for an hour, called and left messages, no response and no one showed up. Poor business practice to leave the store on and open but not actually receive customers.

I went in a while ago, when I first got engaged 😁 and the ladies were so kind! It felt like I was with my favorite aunts! Even though I didnt find a dress there, they were so sweet and knowledgeable I have decided to go back for my alterations. I will also consider getting dresses from them in the future for events and for my daughter.

I dont recommend this place. The woman said I could not try on one of the dresses without an appointment and then proceeded to put me on the phone with the owner to explain. Before this, I told her I was interested in the dress and she didnt ask if I wanted to try it on. Needless to say, I called and made an appointment and she hung up before giving me a time to show up on the appointment day...so i thought I would show up sometime early in the morning. She called me at 1:00 saying she thought I had an appointment at 12....which first, a little late to call. Second, she never said a time. Once I finally got the chance to try it on, the place was not a great place for trying on dresses, very small. They also were charging $1,700 for the dress. I called three other places who were all selling that same dress for $300 cheaper. My recommendation: go to a REAL bridal place. I had a much more amazing experience at a place in Orlando with a woman who helped me find the dress of my dreams.

I cannot believe that this business is still operating. I am a size 12/14 in regular dresses. Sandra seen me walk in and immediately told me I was too large. That they wouldnt have dresses in my size. I asked her to at least measure me, but was met with profanity and vulgar names & about my weight... I had my 6 year old in my hand. I left the entire mall in tears. After looking online, apparently she says this to people often! Check Facebook reviews! I am deeply hurt by what took place today.. I honestly cant believe there are really people, even in the yr 2020, who still act and talk this way to people.

Wow wow wow! I walked in without an appointment. There were no other customers and I was greeted and helped immediately.I went in search for a wedding gown without a clue of what I wanted. She asked me for the color I would like and that was it! She pulled one beautiful dress to try on without asking my size which was slightly tight by a hair. THEN, she pulled THE DRESS! Stunning, perfect fit, complimented by figure perfectly, elegant, classy and in less 10 minutes!She is a professional! Very warm, full of advice and the dresses in her store are on point.Loved it!

My Daughter is recently engaged and is Now looking for Her dress. We arrive at 6pm and was told they were closing soon that we could not Look or Try on any dresses ...my daughter says the sign says you close at 9pm thats more time than Ill need... I walked up shortly after my daughters comment and was told the same. I guess the Rude lady didnt take her meds that day. No Help what so ever!If your looking for The Dress this is N O T the place... No Customer Service at all just a Rude Nasty Old Lady!I guess she sold a dress already to cover this months rent$$$$ T H E I R 🚫 L O S S! $$$$This Momna is ready to help her daughter find her dress!I wish I could take away the 1- star because they dont deserve any!

I JUST left. Drove from Orlando to get a dress (I’ve purchased here before). She wouldn’t get off the sofa and was watching television and eating. I told her what I wanted. She told me to go to amazon and had me pull the dresses up on my iPhone. They were $30. Told me she would alter it after I got it. I told her I was looking for something more expensive. 😳. I’m gonna go ahead and order it from California.

Run fast from this place! Rudest people ever. I would not recommend to my worst enemy. I wouldn’t even give 1 star but it’s the only way to get this out there to the public!

Went in there today, the first place we checked, at first everything went fine when looking for dresses but we only managed to find two. The woman who was there didnt even offer to help put on the dress like they usually do, instead she sat outside of the dressing room on the chairs. She kept declining any request to try on another dress explaining that all the sizes run small and are european...european sizes are only slightly smaller than american ones.

The best place to buy your dress the owner was a sweetheart she’ll go out of her way to help The customers I recommend they Aventura bridal 😘💕

I have been here several times to get fitted and have had my son and husband fitted. Every time I have been here, I received great service and the lady who works here takes her time and is very gentle whilr taking her measurements. She even complimented my husband that he did not look his age. Ha ha. Great service, beautiful dresses and tuxs, and I would recommend this establishment to anyone.

The lady there is completely rude. We went in to get some ideas for dresses and she told us we needed to leave and couldnt look at dresses without an appointment. Whats the point of having a store in a public mall if no one can go in. Dont waste your time.

The owner of the store ( Nellie) showed discrimination in the purest form. She accused me of not being serious about buying a wedding dress because I came with my 19 month old son. She referred to him as a screaming baby ( when in fact he was not screaming at all). She looked at my child with disgust and looked at me with even more distaste. She accused me of not being able to read ( her sign on the door) after I asked her for her name because I wanted to call to make an appointment. She pointed her finger 2 inches into my face, yelling with anger because I entered the store without making an appointment. I just wanted to see the store and get a phone number and name to make an appointment. She did not want to give that information either. After being accused of illiteracy and accused of not being a serious buyer because I had a small child I will NOT make an appointment.

I walked in the store the owner got to us and meashered me up no problem. She told me my suit would be here on a certain day called back that day and she didnt have it then she said it will be here another day called back still didnt have the suit

I went to this shop to try on bridal gowns and the women who owned the shop told me I was not allowed to try on any more dresses, she thought is was confused. My mother and I felt she was quite rude. It is unfortunate for her because I knew what I had wanted and bought a dress from another bridal company two weeks later.

This is hands down the most awful place, I have never in my life walked into an establishment with such nasty customer service. It does not advertise ANYWHERE that it is by appointment ONLY!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

At first I was hesitant - I had grand dreams about buying my wedding dress in a beautiful botique bridal salon, not from the mall. However, walking into Nellys salon was the best decision I made! She is so wonderful and supportive. I found the most perfect dress and she helped me make it a beautiful day. One year later, I am still so happy that I found Nelly.I was never asked to pay for a bridal appointment - I dont believe that at all. Secondly, alterations are included on dresses over a certain price range which was fantastic - because my sisters wedding dress was much more expensive and her alterations were over $700.My mom owns several sewing businesses (she hates alterations though) and my grandmaw owned a well respected alterations business. They were both impressedby her work.I hope this review helps someone.

Worst store. The one employee was rude. Said we were disrespectful because we were looking at things. If its a museum you should not be located in the mall!! No welcome to our store, just a lot of yelling. Sad because we need 2 dresses and a tux for a wedding.

Quality & appeal: they actually have a very good selection of dresses.& Ive been everywhere. Nothing was cheaply made. And when I didnt see anything I liked I was giving books to go thru.Service: HORRIBLE, I felt just like another number! My sister and mother was with me, and they too felt a bad vibe from Nelly while trying on dressing. She just needs to retire. Yes. she know the game, but cant sell it no longer. I rather give my business to someone else that could at least pretend to enjoy this moment with me ((jeeze)) Im not going state her rude comments either.

Rude employee, I inquired about a jeweled mermaid gown, and the woman working there questioned me asking me why I wanted to know, I had explained it was for a quinceanera and she then asked in a rude tone are you the one whos even paying for it? after insisting she give me the price, she finally told me it was $300 and then walked away.

If your doors are open and your staff say it is ok to look around. Dont come in afterwards to tell me it is appointment only! Rude!!!! And to think I considered making a future appt for my upcoming wedding. Glad I found out how much you dont need my business!!!

We have visit the store twice. Nelly has always been friendly, professional, and knowledgeable on what she does. She is fixing my daughters bridal dress and she noticed exactly what need it to be altered without us telling her. She gave us great advise and peace of mind with her professional input on the bridesmaid dresses and the for guys tuxedo. Cant wait to see my daughters dress alterations.
