What a pleasant group of people to get help from. Travis and Patrick went the extra mile to help me with my deck material.I drove An extra 10 miles to 84 Lumber instead of Home Depot because they have better wood. They also have amazing service. Anyone who’s building a deck should come here for the material, you will be steered in the right direction for your project. Thanks 84 Lumber Sanford!

Disgrace to the state of Florida. With people in need for materials for Hurricane Irma, this place stays closed and doesnt open for the public. They have tons of plywood ready for use. Cars are wrapped around this building. Sad company.

My husband and I went to the Sanford 84 Lumber today, and the gentlemen working there were very helpful getting us set up with plywood for us and our neighbor, and they even loaded our plywood into our pickup and would not accept any tips, as they said it was against their policy. The hard-working employees at this company are such a blessing and were positive, kind, funny, and helpful, even when faced with the stress of hurricane Irma, and the long lines of customers wanting last-minute plywood before the storm. What an excellent company backed by even better employees. Ill definitely highly recommend 84 Lumber in Sanford! Thank you all so much.

We were referred to 84 Lumber in Sanford by two friends. We are looking to price out materials for a few projects at our home. The biggest one being building a deck. I decided to stop by there today as the prices are not listed online. I was also interested in getting a deck plan made. I walked in to their “showroom” and there was no one at the counter or in the room at all. I could hear then talking in the back so Inwent to check out their project stations assuming when someone walked back in they would help me. WRONG! Two men proceeded to walk in and out of the main room multiple times talking to each other, talking to themselves, getting things off the shelf that was 5 feet from me. None of this times did either one of them acknowledge i was there. No hello, no offer to help or ask if i needed anything. After I finished looking at the brochures I just walked right back out. Couldn’t tell you how the product is i never got to hear anything about it. Not sure where allThese friendly helpful employees the other reviews talk about are?? Major disappointment!

Terrible company, I spent thousands of dollars with these people and get terrible service in return. call in a fill in order and still have to wait up to 45 to get it loaded.... the place is a joke.

Dealt with them for years they have or can order just about any mouldings you need and prolly carry alot more stuff than moulding.

They never have your material that you ordered pulled and ready whenever you get there

Poor customer service wont be coming back

Some of the people work there are just as rude as they can be no need for the attitude

These guys are rip off . Dont trust their initial estimate on lumber .
