I just got a pre-owned certified 2017 MDX and I absolutely love it. The sales representative Martin was amazing, he was extremely kind, patient, helpful, professional and informative. He made my experience an amazing one. And it’s not usual you walk into a dealership and the people that you that way. Most sales rep just want the money and bye. He actually took a lot of time dealing with me and he did it with a smile on his face trying his best to help me with everything. Even after I purchased the vehicle I came across a small issue with the battery and he was there to help me with that as well every step of the way. I’m very happy I went in there that day. And I will 100% recommend him and do more business with them in the future.

After having my first Acura TSX for 13 years, we went back for the family Acura RDX. Gian was AWESOME - he made car buying fun and really showed us all the details of car and he definitely knows his stuff. The whole team has great family-type banter and you can tell they work together well. Service team is still excellent, too!!!
Took my car in for an oil change and tire check since one of my tires was letting air out and I was having to add air every 2 or 3 days. Left the car and received a call from the service department telling there was a hole in the tire that could not be fix and of course asked for me to replace it....$320. I asked the lady 3 or 4 times to make sure with the technician that was the case because I was returning my lease in about 2 months and would have loved to just get it fixed to what she said...you can either replace it, or dont, is up to you. Long story short.... ended up taking my car to a tire place near my house, to find out it was just an air valve leak, which I fixed for $20. Customer service is about trust and atention to detail, so when a situation like this happens, it makes you feel like someone tried to take advantage of you. To say... there is a whole in your tire when there is non.... well, is just not right.... was it done on purpose?, or just lazyness, of course is easier just to replace it and have the client pay for it (by the way, around $80 more than outside the dealer, which is another story). I love the Acura brand and Im hoping this is an isolated incident from a lazy technician... lets hope.

I bought a Honda Odyssey from Autonation Acura in Orlandonine days ago. I jumped out of line a couple of days ago.The sales manager notified me that he needs my van for 4 to 5 hours to fix the door. He also stated that his dealership would provide a free loaner car while my van is getting fixed. I am so pleased that this dealer is truly providing customer service like the old days.I just got home Tuesday 7:15pm. The service manager text me that my van would be ready Thursday morning. The door would be fixed and I would get a working new keyless key. The communication between customers and this dealer is wonderful.If you have friends that is looking for a good deal on an automobile, my suggestion is to have them stop in at the dealership and ask for the sales manager. The price is reasonable with no pressure.

A great place to get quality information. I had the pleasure of working with Ghazi and Mike, both wonderful folks who explained everything I needed to know. When you go to other dealers you get the feeling of them taking advantage of you but with these guys, they are working with you to figure out what suits you best.

From the minute I expressed interest online, I was met with Brennas Collins professional and warm demeanor. We all know purchasing a vehicle is stressful and overwhelming, but Brenna was extremely patient as I asked questions, making sure I was comfortable as I moved forward. She helped me find a good fit with what I was looking for. In fact, after my experience with her, my husband went back to the dealership two days later and got a car with her as well. She was just so personable and helpful. Even after the transaction, she texted me often to check in and she was quick to respond to any of my questions. My initial experience was good. I was able to purchase the car and get the paperwork done in a reasonable amount of time. My after purchase experience has not been so good. I have a rag to transfer to my new car from the car I sold and I have left multiple messages for the finance manager about this and gave yet to receive a call back from him.
They worked with me all day to get me the car I wanted and to stay within my budget. Big thank you to Brenna and Kyle!! So accommodating and helpful. They pushed through despite my mediocre credit score and forbearance on my mortgage. They got me a reliable good quality car!
Awesome service. They took care of me right away, asked me if I was going to wait or go somewhere. I told them that I would rather go to the mall nearby and they asked me if I had a ride. I said no, they check for the shuttle, but the driver wasn’t there yet. The manager was very kind and took me there and picked me up when my car was ready. The lady that took care of me is the sweetest lady I ever known, very nice and very attentive.

As always, my Acura MDX has been a dream to drive and maintain...I recently brought it in for the 25K service, but not because there were any issues. My service tech, Hope, was cheerful, efficient, and was able to get my car serviced in the promised timeframe. Good communication and friendly, no-pressure service.
I just leased my sixth Acura from North Orlando dealership. I could not ask for a better car or a more trusted buying experience. No need to buy a Mercedes, Lexus or BMW. Acura has luxury vehicles that are dependable and a great price.
Benjamin was great, very attentive and courteous, as well as Paul, the sales manager both did an amazing job, super happy over-the-phone negotiation and with the buying experience.I could not give them a 5 star rating because of the F&I guy, Zach. He was awful, he thinks he is a know-it-all guy. He wanted me to sign the contract and papers without reading them saying “you know all this, you agreed to the numbers”…. And guess what, he had some wrong numbers there. Because I reviewed the papers, I noticed the error that end up same me some money in monthly payments; he basically did not respects the buying customer, he only want to up-sale stuff to you. At one point, I had to fully ignore him to get him to stop talking and do his work right.Aside from this guy, Zach, I truly recommend the dealer, we drove an hour and half to get the vehicle my wife wanted.
Hope, the service advisor was attentive to my concerns about my Acura RL. She was able to orchestrate the services that was needed to fix the problem that I was experiencing with the car. The service was expedited quickly and efficiently. She also arranged a shuttle service to drop me off and pick me up when the car was ready. Upon picking up my car I needed assistance to pair my phone to the car system. Hope asked one of the attendants to assist me. That attendant directed me to one of the mechanics who patiently assisted me with the pairing process. We were having some problems getting it paired but he meticulously managed to get the job done! This was a courteous service provided by the Acura team! I was thoroughly pleased with the service and the three Acura Team members that assisted me.

I just had my car repaired and was pretty amazed at the level of service I received. Upon arrival, Jeffrey my Sales Consultant, had a loaner vehicle ready and waiting for me. There was no delay in getting me going so I wouldnt lose out on my day of work.Then we have Larry, my technician. He called and gave me detailed updates on the status of my car, and even after all indicators that the car was good to go, he performed due diligence testing and was able to identify the true cause of my issue. He is simply amazing!!! To top it off, when I returned a few days later to pick up my car, he came out and sat with me, walked me through all the testing and re-testing and diagnostic steps taken so that I had a true understanding of what was done. The team there was extremely helpful, heard all my concerns and ensured that I left as a happy customer. Though I drive an hour to get there, it is worth the drive because of people like Larry and Jeffery.Thank you both!!!
Purchased my 2014 Acura MDX as a pre-owned vehicle from the dealership. As such, Ive consistently had it serviced by the dealership. However, on the last two services, I had to return the vehicle after only driving a few miles from the dealership. In each instance, something had been overlooked or not completed. That said, the Maintenance Department needs to improve their attention to detail as well as establish a Quality Control process. The cost of parts and labor is too expensive for repairs not to be done right.
Gian was great. He was very fair with the price. He came through with what he said he would and didnt try to pull any shenanigans. A couple of things went awry that was not his fault but he stayed calm and helped us through it and all was great. Thank you for a wonderful selling experience Gian!
Update- I have been having issues with getting the parts for my car after being rear ended back in April. Victor went above and beyond to help assist me with the process: made sure the parts were coming, I had a rental, and my car would be completed. While everyone else told me they couldn’t help me, Victor found a way. Auto Nation Acura is the best. They will have me as a loyal customer for ever.
I just signed off on the 2022 MDX which was love at first sight! Gian Z. was my sales agent. He was very nice since the moment we were introduced. My last visit was not as i liked, first i was there on a Saturday for a Tire problem also requested to check my oil, wipers, etc. they were not able to change the tire since it had to be order, i understood, i was there 3 hours or more, finally they advised the tire had to be ordered and the other items i requested where checked. Left and the next day when i was going grocery shopping the warning light for oil came on, i was annoyed since i was just there for 3 hours and i thought they said everything was fine. I finally returned to get the tire replaced, and i told them about the warning light. Again waited 3 hours, I was not happy with the service first the waiting and secondly had to return to get the oil changed etc. i expect that if i am there and waiting 3 hours that my car get checked according to what i requested. The question is what would have happened if i had the tire fixed/replace on my first visit. and the warning light came on after being there already, that would have really upset me since i was at the facility for over 3 hours already and had to drive back.
Bad experience!!! I bought a car a month ago, I used a loan from my personal bank instead what they were offering to me. They did horrible job with the documentation… My bank didn’t appeared as a lienholder even though I told them.. I had to go DMV to solved their bad job and pay 75 dollars… Worth experience ever…Be careful this guys don’t do well their job…
I have been coming here for services for years since I moved to Orlando. Every time in the past the service was good until the last experience. Last week, I asked my son to take the car in for an oil change since I was busy. They recommended my son to replace all the tires and brakes. We had 3 coupons for oil change, tire replacement and brake replacement. However, my son was told that he could only use one coupon. My son is young and inexperienced. So he just accepted what he was told as fact. If that was the case, why would the dealer ship send me multiple coupons without stating coupon limitation? If I took the car in, I would not have all 3 services done on the same day if they refused to honor their own coupons. I would have just do the oil change and come back some other time for the tire replacement then the brake replacement so that they would have to honor their own coupons that they sent out. We have been driving Acura forever. Acura services from dealerships in Texas were definitely different. I did not have to ask them to apply any coupons. They would tell me they had applied any promotions or coupons they had on the suggested services. I probably need to find another Acura dealership in this area to take my cars in for services in the future.April 15, 2021After I posted this review, Auto Nation Acura Service Director contacted me to address the issue. He appeared trying earnestly to regain my confidence in their service department. I think I will give them another chance. If it was not for the Service Director, I would probably never return to that dealership. I am changing my review rating to a 4 due to the Service Directors effort to resolve the issue.

Had a great experience working with Mackenzie and Mike. We called ahead to check on a particular vehicle and they had it ready to test drive for us by the time we arrived. Mackenzie did a great job showing us a lot of features that many of the other dealerships did not take time to go over in detail. I Had a horrible experience at Honda of Ocala (STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS) which turned into a huge mess. Autonation did their BEST to correct the mistakes and unethical practices of Honda of Ocala and was able to put me into a working, reliable, and beautiful TLX. The service director, Victor was our first pleasant interaction. He made sure we were taken care of while the service dept looked at the dud vehicle I bought from Honda of Ocala less than three weeks ago. The car was deemed to be not repairable because the part that was needed was on backorder and they did not know when it would be available. Edward, our sales rep, reached out to see if there was anyway I would give them the car so I could get into a functioning vehicle. He did his due diligence to get the dud car appraised the day before we came back to the dealership. Upon arrival we were able to look at a few vehicles that fit what I was looking for. I was able to walk away in a certified preowned TLX that I am more than happy with. I will be back to purchase future vehicles from this dealership. Great job guys!

I would like to inform you of an experience I had at your Acura of North Orlando store. On Monday 8-16-21, after my wife had been dealing with salesman Ghazi and finding the car she wanted, I accompanied her to also test drive the car. We absolutely wanted to buy the car and went inside to do the paperwork. After discussing a couple of accessories we wanted and having our credit checked, we waited for the paperwork to be prepared. This took a little while, probably longer than it should have since the salesman came back a couple of times and we had to remind him of the accessories to be added to the worksheet. We also had to remind him to include the small payoff from our trade in after another time. He was a nice guy but seemed new so no big deal. Our frustrations mounted when he was away from us for a minimum of 30 mins. He came back and said it would be 10 more mins. 18 mins later the business manager came to us, I do not recall his name, and said it would be a short while longer. I told him we would be leaving in 5 mins if things weren’t ready. A few minutes later, we were asked how we were going to make our down payment. We responded that we didn’t have a checkbook but could bank transfer the money immediately. Ghazi went to tell this to whomever and then came to say that a transfer would take even longer. This is when my frustration reached its breaking point. I went to the business manager and told him we were leaving. We would go get our checkbook and he could call us tomorrow when everything is ready. He said he doesn’t understand why we would leave. I said do you want to sell the car to me? He said no. I asked for them to have the GM call me the next day and he did not, I had to call him. The GM said that the place becomes like Walmart after 5:00. There were 2 other buyers in the entire store. I guess the GM feels like spending 60k on a car is akin to shopping at walmart. At this point I will tell everyone I know that buying from autonation dealers is a huge mistake.
Mike Thomas took care of me with selling my car. My wife and I were very impressed with his professionalism, compassion ( recent death in the family), and attention to details. Service was friendly and somewhat thorough. As a new owner, I would have appreciated a few more word about the mechanical uniqueness of the unique 2017 MDX- why an oil and transmission fluid change are necessary at 4000 miles.
