The vibe is different than when I was a teen, when it was all goth and metal and maybe some nerd stuff. Now its all nerdy trends and memes, which I do like. I just feel like Im too old for the place. The only people my age I see in this store (not just this store, but hot topic in general) are the ones in there with their own teens. Staff is always friendly though.

Theres a young lady in there during the day with amazing makeup very pretty and sweet. Great customer service. Should get a raise.

Great location, theyve always been very friendly on all my visits. Checkout is usually a bit slow whenever Ive gone. Even when theres multiple employees around, typically only one register will be open at a time which can create long lines. I dont mind, but just a heads up not to go there in a rush lol

This place is a nice place to find gifts and other stuff. The pins where also very interesting and funny. The staff their where nice and helped even though we didnt ask for help. Many fun thing here. If you like anime this would be the perfect place for you. This is a great place to go 10/10 highly suggest

Great customer service, even with minimal staff. They werent fully stocked but honestly what can you expect during the holidays really. They had a great variety of items but not a lot of each thing so you couldnt get multiples if you wanted to. The prices are higher than the worth of the items yet it is nice and worth it to be able to go to only one store for all your memorabilia interests.

Saved my day at the fair after a coffee spill on a white shirt before I entered the fair. I got an always sunny in philly tee for under $20! The cashier was super helpful and friendly, I believe she is a manager as well. Awesome visit!

Too many racks and being in a wheelchair it was hard to get around. Also employees need to remember whether your walking or in a wheelchair your still a customer. Nobody spoke to me yesterday only my daughter

For nerds, normies, and meth heads. Not just for Goths anymore. Dont send grandma here to get your Christmas presents. Shell just complain about the cashiers who checked her out. How they had more metal on their face, lips and ears than she had for her hip transplant. And dont get her started on their plethora of tattoos. Just have her order it on their online site. Usually they have free shipping (I think, last time I ordered they did at least).

Too packed with items to be able to walk comfortably. Too many licensed products and not enough of the product they started off with back in the day. I get that money is what matters but where is all the emo darkness we started with?

Its Hot Topic, what more can I say. Staff is cool, definitely a different inventory from when I was in high school, but still, always something neat in there.

Great staff and location. Had to order a present for my girlfriend and they walked me through the process of online buying, ordered it for me, and when I returned they were super helpful. I would go back again.And its in a mall, which is easy access and great selection for stuff you dont see in other stores. Fandom and horror with anime. Great store

I hate to give 3 stars but man i was so disappointed in their selection. i go specifically for skull themed shirts and lets just say this is the only time in YEARS i walked out empty handed. the staff however is great and the store is super clean their selection of many things just stink. I wont be returning.

I have always loved hot topic ever since i was very little.

Lots of cool trendy clothes and novelties. Just no kids sizes clothing which is what I went there for.

Great store, lots to look at and they have great retro stuff from the 80s & 90s and interesting things from todays fashion and TV shows.

I love Hot Topic, everyone who works here is unique as well as friendly.They have different band shirts, anime stuff, goth/emo style items and other different things othee stores dont carry.

The store itself is great, always have a large collection of band shirts, pop culture shirts, good deals on perfumes and lotions. I will forever love Hot Topic. However, Id advise against getting the Hot Topic credit card, just stick with the basic rewards card. The credit card is with Commenity bank (as is the Victorias Secret credit card) and the bank loves to screw people over. Hot Topic plays no part in it, thats just who they happen to be partnered with. I made a purchase on the card months ago for about $12 worth of items, and paid before my bill was due. Hot Topics system shows I did pay it and an employee at this location tried to help me resolve the situation, but Commenity is trying to charge me over $500 in late fees, they conveniently misplace my dispute letters, and call me 10-20 times a day. If anyone from HT Corporate happens to see this review, I would suggest breaking your ties with Commenity and switching to Synchrony. (Toys R Us is partnered with them, never have a problem with their credit card.) Hot Topic is still among my favorite stores, dont get me wrong, but their credit card sucks.

This place has become so main stream. Its almost sickening.
