I called this company yesterday (7/6/21)to request a technician come by to look at a tripped breaker. Spoke to someone on the phone who took all my info and said they would call me when in route. Its 7/7/21 and I received no call or no one showed up. As a business owner I understand how important communication is with my customers. I guess this company feels different about that.
I have called to set up a time for someone to give us a quote and the first time was told someone would call me back. No one did. Called back the second time and was told someone would be at my home at a specific day and time. No one showed up. No call. Nothing. Horrible service.
Called Sanford Electric at 9:00am to schedule an appointment to check meter box. The man I spoke with was courteous and had serviceman at the property within 15 minutes. They checked the breaker box and contacted FP&L and clear the account within an hour. They charged $90 for everything. We own 43 properties and accordingly use lots of service vendors. This was outstanding service. I would highly recommend and will continue to use them in the future.
Ive remodeled several homes and had experience with many local electricians. Sanford Electric is tops. They are responsive, offer great service and have never failed to solve a tricky problem or an electrical mystery. The two electricians who have worked with us (Darren and Charlie) have been professional and courteous.
I had some serious kitchen, bathroom,and porch rewiring done, along with replacing lights in the entire house. No problems. It all works fine.

Bad, they do not care about no one, after calling 4 times, they say it is possible that they will do the work. Do not lose your time, they are a team of loser and make you have hard time and get nothing from. They should not even be able to hold a screw driver if not their spoon.
