The guy who served us was trying his very best, he encountered many problems, I actually think he did an excellent job despite the fact that we were there for a long time waiting for our order. His team didnt seem to be on board with anything and he kept on trying to help everyone, including his team mates. I still the food is good and the customer service is alright so I give them 4 stars.

If I could give a 0 star I would. This location never has anything that’s needs to make anything ice cream related. I’ve called and showed up to this specific location maybe 10 times over the last 6 months and most days their ice cream selection is limited, they don’t have a working blender, they don’t have the ingredients to make certain things. Shut down if you done have ice cream. You are an ice cream place with damn ice cream. You are an embarrassment of a business. And all this happens way before Covid 19.

They were out of almost everything Milkshake machine did not work and out of tons of icecream only 4 flavors available at thet time

Just went here to Pick up a cake right now and this girl shanika or shanida was very disrespectful, rude talking about she dont care and its none of her business. And that we didnt make an order with them when we have a confirmation email and everything saying the address. Like we stealing or something. Sis was trying to be racist. Waited there for 30mins and after she realises she was wrong. Instead to apologise, she screaming. I will never be going back there, none my family will and anyone else I know will be let know not to either. The guy there was apologising and she think she grown being very rude. Not first time buying from here but will be the last. And Ill also be calling cooperate untill something is done because thats just wrong. She messed with the wrong one today.

Went to my favorite Dunkin Donuts fir an outstanding coffee break.

Brought my wife here for the first time and it could not have been worse. Q not only didn’t know where anything was. Or how to make anything. My wife ordered a warm cookie sundae.... the cookie was frozen. Q couldn’t make a cookie dough sundae. It was a horrible experiance

The drive thru had several cars in line...i debated because i was in a rush....the line moved quickly and i didnt have to wait for my order at all...A+

Employees on duty did not know how to make any of the items we ordered, didnt know what the waffle cone was, didnt know what half & half for coffee was, and took 20 minutes to make 3 sundaes and a small dish of ice cream. THEN the register had a different price for the sundaes than was posted, which we didnt realize until after I had paid. I was told that there was no one in the store who could refund me and I should come back tomorrow. Im from out of town and cannot come back tomorrow. Worst experience at a BR Ive ever had. Staff was friendly, though. 🙄

Good ice cream at times we wish they had more places to sit.

No shakes, no sundays, only scoops of whatever is in the display, very disappointing, not to mention the oh well attitude of the staff.

Horriable experience! There was only one person working the front and the drive through.. I had questions and she got frustrated ... I could hear a women in the back saying fu€k and $hit as they complained about someone else at work.. the male person that the female was talking to was using this type of language as well when I told the lady at front who was finally trying to help me she responded with yah well her name is Marlena and she is the manager so sorry .. then said there was no one for me to speak to no website or phone number to contact anyone.. unless I wanted to call the main number and gave me someone elses receipt and said the girl with the potty mouth was the manager I would speak to 😡😞sad.. I wont be

I stopped in this evening at 9:4PM for an ice cream cone as Baskin and Robbins mint chocolate chip is my most favorite ice cream. I am flying back home tomorrow and we dont have baskin and Robbins in our state Closing time is posted as 10pm on the door and the OPEN sign brightly illinated. I walked in and requested my ice cream cone only to be told that they had closed that section of the establishment? I just dont get it....I guess they had too many left over donuts to sell? Very disappointing experience at this place of business.
