Rosie and her team were so helpful when we were searching for my wedding band; we quickly found that most stores carry very few men’s bands but they had a nice selection. When we ordered my ring I only paid half and Rosie adjusted the price to match the market price of gold when the market opened Monday, which saved us some money. After getting married we realized the ring was a little too big and was already showing some wear - Diamonds and Co resized it properly and polished it so it looked new again at no charge. Can’t recommend them enough!

I had an awesome experience at Diamonds & Co! I found out they were an exclusive retailer for Hamilton so I went to order the watch I found online. I was nervous placing an order for this watch and wanted to make sure it was the right one for my husband. The sales associate, Jammal, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful to me. We discussed a few other watch brands and his knowledge just blew me away. I had no idea watches had such history! On 02/26/21 My husband went to this store for my anniversary gift because it was the only store that had the piece that I wanted in stock and he has purchased a few other pieces for me from this store . One was a white gold and diamond tennis bracelet that every time I would wear it, it would fall off so I kept it in the box until I could change the lock on it. A couple of days later I found out I had been exposed to Covid-19 and 3 of my household members became sick so we had to quarantine for 14 days . After I felt better I called the store to see if they would exchange the piece for something in white gold and I would pay to up grade if need be. As per the store manager I was informed that since I didn’t call while I was sick and the 7 days had passed they would not do anything for me. Bad practices. I will tell everyone DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE 😡😡😡😡😡
