Just spent almost $400 in Christmas gift and asked “Diana T” for 2 extra plastic bags and she literally told me she couldn’t give me any extra bags. Definitely needs to work on her people skills and customer service. At the end of the day customers and sales are first priority not operations. I can’t say I walked out feeling my business was appreciated..

Toys R Us is the best what can I say. Where a kid can be a kid, and an adult can be a kid too. They started a new program where kids can come in each week to play with different toys in the store before the holidays and get a better idea of some of the things they may want. Unfortunately, there is no way to combat the can I have, can I have, I want I want, from me let alone my kids!

This is a smaller store than the ones I remember at Altamonte Springs and in CA. Things were not easy to find. I shouldve gone online first I guess. The prices are a bit high too. Possibly why they cant compete. Its useful for last minute shopping. Nice staff.

High prices, poor customer service, and stores that just arent kid friendly. I used to enjoy going to the store but these days they hire people that dont really enjoy being there, enjoy kids or love toys like the Toys R Us stores used to be like. If I am going to spend that much extra money I want an experience, a thrill and something special in the visit. Frankly the last few times I have been there its the same old stock, the same old cashiers and the same high prices.....

Great time. Kids were so awestruck by all the different play toys, games and riding toys. I cant wait to bring them back for Christmas shopping

Staff always nice. Large selection of toys when they have particular sales they are very good and lower price than anyone else. Alot of exclusives too.

Though overpriced compared to Amazon (and Walmart), there is a certain sense of loss for this generational icon. Never thought there would be a day when Geoffrey would lose his home and my kids wouldnt have the opportunity to grow up to be a Toys r Us kid. Need to enjoy the last few weeks it is open, though the deals for the most part havent been any better than your average sale prices. My heart goes out to the thousands of employees throughout the country losing their positions with a company that many dedicated their careers to. We are all feeling this loss, and frankly, stories like this, are just beginning, and we are all at fault. I guess for now its time to check on my 2-day free shipping package status on a $7 item and go press my dash buttons.

I really wish this store isnt closing. The have all my board game needs. All the nerf guns I could possibly os 4. Video games. Trains. Its the greatest toy store there is I dont wanna grow up

I spent $600 here and these jerks refuse to price match some from target over $12. Wow, what horrible customer service. Wish I could give zero stars you guys earned it.

Typical toys r us. Over crowded over priced and under staffed. Its the holidays and its far more busy then most of the year. Only 1 lane open and there were 9 people waiting. Staff just walked around and ignored the long lines and some even on cell phones. Horrible

DO NOT BUY A BIKE from here!!!! My son was given a bike as a gift and two weeks later it broke. They didn’t have any in stock to exchange, wouldn’t take it back, and it couldn’t be fixed Lee the store assembler. He said that particular piece comes from manufacturer ...defective????!!! REALLY POOR business for a store that is supposed to cater to kids. Thanks ...now my kid has no bike because you sold us a defective one.

Easy access from I4. They have a bunch of toys to choose from including a good selection of toys on sale. Customer service is always good.

It always had the larest series in blind bags for LEGOs and tsum tsums. Im sad to see the location wind down.Right now their clearance is okay.Most are marked down to their manufacturer price (especially the LEGOs). The store is still in order even during their close out sales.

As they are going out of business expected more discounts then encountered on my visit. Most items were 5-10% off. In other words these items can still be found cheaper shopping else where.

Funny how people complain about items are to expensive. You all understand Toys R Us has a price match policy right? Find a price cheaper from a local retailer and youll have your cheaper price.

Long time since i was in a toy store. I was looking for a wish list item for a 5 year old and was not sure about the description. 3 different people tried to interpret with me and guided me to what we thought was the right thing.

Id rather have customer service from Wal-Mart. Rude older white woman was not in the mood to check out my items. Wish someone wouldve put her in the back and instead had someone at the register that actually wanted to work. Sheesh.

The kids like the store of course, but its evident that year after year you just watch the stores just go down hill. Its seems as if the corporate purchasers dont care or are getting bribes from manufacturers to sell their garbage.

Sad they are going away since it is my go to place for my collectible Disney Pixar Cars collection

Staff was unhelpful. Asked for help finding a game and they told me if you don’t see it we don’t have it. After a while of searching I did find it tucked away . Once I retrieved the game the gentlemen took the game up to the front and then advised me to get into any line and they would retrieve it for me to cash out . Once I got to the front of they line they made me switch lines twice . Just unhelpful and terrible service .
