David and Sarah are wonderful, and their customer service is exceptional. I had a lab coat embroidered. David called me once it was done. When I picked up the lab coat, it was folded and wrapped in a clear plastic as if it was brand new. That is going beyond customer service. Thank you, David and Sarah. You guys rock!

As a walk-in, I came to get an elephant plush embroidered for my God daughter ..the first attempt failed due to I believe was miscommunication & miscalculation but all the matter, Brandon was super kind and tried to make it happen with the smaller plush I originally brought in. Manager Sarah explained the mishap (size matters) and was patient through the second visit and made things right by stepping up for our final attempt while using a bigger plush and I’m super content with how it came out and glad it was done in time for the party. I will most definitely be back-Thank you!

My husband ordered a number of hats two years ago for a reunion of his Air Force buddies which he served with in Korea. Everyone LOVED the hats and wore them with pride. Unfortunately, recently our dog got a hold of my husbands hat and chewed it up. He was heart broken. A few weeks ago I had him call Acme to see if they could possibly embroider another hat with all the same embroidery. They had his order still on file and within a week he received another hat and was tickled pink. He is very proud of his military service and his time in Korea was very special.
