I purchased a set of custom oversized double roller shower doors. Toms experience made the decision easy. His service team was polite and helpful. When there was an adjustment needed Matthew was responsive and came out to fix it. These doors are the crowning piece to our bathroom upgrade. I highly recommend this company over Dept store purchases.

We had our shower enclosure frameless done in our master bath. We loved the work. Guys easy to deal with, came and got the job done. Had a tiny issue and came back the next day and fixed it. Will call them again.

I would avoid these guys. I had 2 large mirrors that were separating from the wall, got an estimate from Tom to remove and reset two large mirrors that are loose for $550. When the workers came they removed and reset one mirror, the other one they simply squirted some silicone behind, getting some on the wall in the process which now has to be repainted. As I was at work and had left a check w/ a friend who let them in, they were paid the amount from the estimate, $550. I sent Tom a follow up email saying, estimate was to remove and reset two mirrors, actual job entailed removing and resetting ONE mirror, shouldnt that have been reflected in the price?. A month went by with no response. I sent a follow up email, again no response ... hmmm, Tom had been quite responsive before doing the work, but not after. Another week went by and I called and left a voicemail, to which I received a brief email response simply explaining why the second mirror wasnt removed and reset (ok, I understand that ... dont care, was still charged for resetting 2 when you did 1).Unacceptable customer service. I will not be doing business w/ Creative Mirror again and wouldnt refer or recommend using them.

Don’t hire this place, they will do a poor job, I have call for days more than 15 times they don’t answer or call back, they did a horrible job in my shower, cracked my tiles and now the door it’s coming out of the wall
