One of many go 5o stores they have a wide variety of ethnic foods,from American fare Italian, Greek to Mexican you name it.

Had everything I needed, pleasant staff.

The produce section was well stocked today; full of beautiful fruit and vegetables. All looked freshly stocked. Beets, apples(several varieties *(honey crisp, gala & Macintosh were especially good this time), romaine & squash. Not sure why the only Basil is from Colombia? It has been pretty tasty & aromatic; though$ *(looking to plant some; for later in the season). Several registers open made for short lines today: -) .

They were out of so many things. There was 4 things I really needed and they only had 1 out of the 4. The other 3 were out of stock. There was so many big empty places on the shelves. Not one package of juiceboxes.The reason I gave 3 stars and not less is because their staff is really nice and helpful.

Always receive great and friendly service. So happy there gluten free aisle keep getting bigger with more choices. Thank you 😊

All around a great place to shop for groceries for an awesome price... You will never go in Food Loin and not see some type of a deal going on!!! Its one of my favorite places to shop...

The shopping trip was nice.We were able to get everything we needed except one item.Asking this about Food Lion in general.My family and I have checked at least four Food Lions around the Dunn, Lillington, and Sanford areas. Theyve all been out of the four pack glass Yoo-Hoo drinks.Just wondering if Food Lions having trouble getting them as a company, if theres a problem with/at Yoo-Hoo, and when we could expect to be able to get more?

OK SHELVES EMPTY

They definitely needed to stock there shelves. Seemed to be out of a lot of things.

Cramped, limited movement, traffic patterns in store aisles blocked up with employees stocking shelves. Was my worst experience at this my favorite Food Lion store. It would be nice if the management would stock after closing.

I dont always find the sizes or the same items. The stores individually drop items based on sells in each store. So you may have to go to multiple locations to find what you need. This year I tried to order my sons birthday cake & was told the cake decorator would be on vacation & I would have to go elsewhere. I wound up ordering from Lowes Food. Overall I dont mind shopping at FL. It is quicker than Walmart but the prices are higher.

I was accused of being a thief at this location a week ago today. I took a shopping cart that didnt have any merchandise in it into the bathroom after conversing with the guy that was cleaning the bathroom. I even waited outside the bathroom looking at my sales paper while he finished up. And complimented how good the bathroom smelled. Let me back up and explain why I took the cart into the restroom with me...not that it matters since there was no merchandise in it. I had my sales paper and coupons and purse in the cart. I need time to view the paper and compare my coupons so I had planned to do that while I was sitting on the...while I was handling business. Thats why I took it in there with me...cant balance a purse, look at paper, compare coupons and do your business with something to help hold all that stuff. Anyway, as I came out I browsed the clearance rack before moving on to the bacon which was for the first coupon I had. I noticed the manager, the cleaning guy, and another guy standing by the milk, but thought nothing of it. As Im checking prices on bacon as well as my coupon Im approached by the manager Frank Smith and asked about my motive for taking the cart into the restroom. I explained. He then asked to search my purse. I told him that he could but it wouldnt stop there...meaning I would take things further. He searched my purse still. He ask me again why I took the cart with me into the restroom and I explained again..using some not so ladylike words. He walked off and not once apologized for the humiliation that he had just put me threw...customers had stopped their shopping and was looking onward. Now, Im no one important to the public but Ive held down jobs (criminal justice field) that made my face a familiar face to a lot of people and to have this happen I was just shocked, embarrassed, disgusted, and humiliated. Now, I have got to say that I will never shop at this location or probably any other for that matter after what happened to me. Im awaiting Lidil to open up...until then walmart and piggy wiggle and save alot will get my business. Thanks for reading. Thanks for the humiliation and traumatic experience Frank Smith and your two goonies...Brandon and the bathroom cleaner. P.S if I was a thief I wouldve immediately left the store instead of staying to shop with coupons. You guys arent very bright. Next time Frank, use a little common sense.

This food lion is a bit more crowded than the one Im used to going to. Employees are nice. Probably what I like best is the large selection of produce this food lion has; especially hispanic type foods.

This store is always well stocked and clean. They exceed my expectations every time!!! Friendly and helpful staff . Especially Josh the grocery manager.

Went there yesterday 5/22! Isles are marked but not enforced to follow. A guy wearing no mask came down the isle THE WRONG WAY, stopped 3ft from me and started coughing while the man in front of me shook his head with disbelief. I told him he shouldve wore a mask and to move on. If I wasnt a Christian I wouldve cussed him out! And got a charge. I told the manager to get on the intercom and tell the people to walk in the direction of signs and to cover their mouth if they coughing . He did nothing.

Always good advertised priced items. Produce doesnt look bad for more than a day before more comes in. Deli is always clean. Staff is usually friendly & helpful. Theyll try to help find an item if not on shelf, checking in back ( store room). Kept well stocked. They just need to keep wipe dispensers for carts filled, lately didnt have Usually fix little stuff like that as soon as theyre made aware of it.

Frozen food on the wrong side of the store. Otherwise its just right. Boneless skinless chicken breast for$1.79 a pound during the pandemic. Cant beat that.

Great selection, I go in at random times to see if they have what I usually buy on sale. One of the best sales I ever saw were the Healthy Choice frozen dinners 5/5. Incredible deal since usually they are $3.29 a piece. Plenty of parking, never had to wait in line long either.

I used to go to the Food Lion over by BurgerKing/across from Bubbas aka Lil Dinos for like 25 years..The past year or more THEY meaning ALL of the employees mostly CASHIERS, have been just rude && unfriendly. When I have to speak to THEM initially to be acknowledged from the beginning to the end of the transaction there is a PROBLEM!! After being in Customer Service myself for over 30 years, SOME just dont belong in this field.THIS Food Lion has became MY 1st LOVE for MY GO TO for my groceries WITHOUT A DOUBT.. FAITHFULLY.. EVERYONE THERE IS VERYYY CUSTOMER FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT, KNOWLEDGEABLE, ETC..SO TY TO MYY FAVORITE HOMETOWN FOOD LION!!

Nice clean store. Mostly friendly staff. Decent stock, but the store by US1 and the one in Teamway are better. Great location. The desserts could cause you to gain a bit of weight. The deli turkey by inspirations is really good.

Weve done the Pig. Weve done Lowes. Weve done other FLs but the one at 2904 S. Horner, rocks it. The friendliest staff. The best management. Helpful, fresh, and our favorite local grocer.

Excellent!!! I left Aldi because there was only one employee out of the 5 registers there and there was a long line. I went here and I was greeted and asked if I needed anything. I went through self check and left happy.

Ive waited at the service desk for 20 minutes to speak to someone, only because I had $100 bill and the cashier wasnt able to provide change for a $20 order. The cashier was super nice and apologetic and contiously asked every employee that walked by to please find the manager, who was no where to be found. I eventually just said forget it and left behind my groceries to go to another grocery store and spend my money.

Everyone was so helpful and polite. I will sing there praises and return when I come back to town from Lafayette Indiana

Love Food Lion. Clean friendly cashiers. If there is one complaint that is at the Deli there can be 3 people working and they pretend not to see you. It seems like each of them are waiting for the other to wait on customers.

This is another food Lion. Pretty much like every food Lion Ive been to.

Was one of the two stores I used in the Sanford, NC area in the past, and liked how convenient it was before the Super Wal-Mart on Hwy 87 south was built in mid 2000s. Always was clean, and had a helpful staff.

Everyone is always helpful and polite. Their produce and meats are always fresh. Love this store.

Easy to find things, as usual. Sometimes I get aggravated with the Deli staff. It can take them a bit too long to acknowledge that you want help.

Cashier was very inattentive. Swipe and bag. Put my shopping cart right between her cash register and conveyor belt and she lifted the groceries over the cart and put them on the conveyor belt. I then lifted the bag in reverse and put in the cart. You think this kid would have caught on and put the groceries in the cart since it was closer than the conveyor belt. I even hesitated when I put a bag in the cart, blocking her from lifting it over the cart and still she didnt catch on. Thats what I call being just plain sorry and stupid.
