Every time I been there service was amazing. Had a new 270 WSM had difficulty finding 30mm rings for my Vortex. Wasn’t there an hour and walk out no only with the rigs but scope mounted and bore sighted. Excellent experience will definitely be back and highly recommend. Had them put a new iron sight on my Ruger SR9 they also got rid of some rust that was underneath it! did a great job expert gunsmith! will come back their stock looks good also! 🇺🇸

Ive been going here since I turned 18 years old, over 5 years later, and I still do. Bert and the gang are some of the best people Ive ever met, and I always feel welcomed going here. Every single firearm I own I have purchased through them, they have great deals, loads of knowledge, and its nice to go there to get out of the house now and then.Theyll help you with any problem, answer all your questions the best they can, and do their best to have a great stock on firearms, ammo, accessories, and more. This is by far the best gun store in the entire Central Florida region, if possibly not the entire state.

When in here immediately was asked am I looking for ammo by some random guy that did not work there and was told to go somewhere else. I am still waiting to see the person behind the counter, he looked at a man behind me and said what can I help you with got him his stuff and continued to just overlook me when I said I guess I’m being overlooked and sold him the last box of ammo that I was looking for also. He just continue to help the other guy then I turned to him and said thanks for your help. He then proceeded to say “no problem”. I turned to him, Said you overlooked me and didn’t even help me. And then I just turned and walked out of there. This is actually the second time I’ve been there and had bad service. Never going back now.

Absolutely loved this shop. Everyone there was extremely friendly and very kind. They didn’t have the specific gun I wanted in stock but they were more than willing to order it. The prices are very fair and competitive. They were more than willing to answer any questions I had and even helped me to pick out the right gun for my mom in low so she can downgrade. They take the time to show you how to take your specific weapon apart if you are a first time owner and even have great recommendations for training classes.I wish I could give this shop a million stars. Everyone here was amazing and I would definitely come here again for any needs I have in the future.

Very nice kind professional owner and staff. Made me feel like a king. Went above and beyond my expectations to help me. I had a layaway that was 3 years old. They found it and still honoured our previous arrangements. Also told me how to get my concealed weapons permit using my DD214. Awesome godly people.

There is an old woman who works there who is extremely rude. Not good business. Maybe time to retire.

If they dont have what your looking for they should be able to order it.I was looking for a Smith and Wesson SD9 and they didnt have one. They ordered one for me and got it delivered in about a week.

There were several guns on sale in the area, not at his store. I asked if they matched prices because I would prefer to help a small shop like his but there was to big a difference in price for me to ignore. He told me to buy from someone else and that I had to earn a discount at his store by buying several guns first. I have been buying his overpriced ammunition for years but he had to act nasty to me. If paying an extra 100$ doesnt bother you then this is your place.

I have done quite a decent amount of business with Bert. He has always been a great man with integrity and love. His prices are fair. I have purchased many rifles and handguns from him; M14, M9, 12 gauge semi, ruger sp101, and lots more. I drive by places like shoot straight with a smile on my face as I head to his store. If you have a problem with your weapon, take the firearm to him. He has a gunsmith and will put you back on track. I was presented a 45 Kimber from my Unit when I was retired from active duty. My extractor wore out. I took the weapon to Bert, and with a little searching through his boxes of goodies, found a 1911 extractor that fit. Bert never charged me a dime. This is the man I choose to do business with. I highly suggest everyone should do the same. Now, I probably going to take my M14 to him because I cant get the gas plug out. I am sure he has some magic.
