I attempted to schedule a oil pickup with Noble Oil and they did not show up for the first 2 weeks after scheduling a pickup, then after contacting them they refused to come out based on a google photo. Customer service is not their specialty, I would never recommend this company for any reason. Stay away and dont waste your time!

Wow! Do Noble oil drivers think they are entitled to 4 parking spaces in front of a full hotel in Franklin, Ohio. All kinds of parking on the back side of the hotel but this guy needs the fours spaces up front. If this guy was working for me he would have a different attitude about how to advertise my company. I won’t be using Noble for this reason. All the other service vehicles are parked out back. Why is this guy special? I think his boss should be asking this question.

Ive been doing business with Noble for a couple of years now and they have always been pleasant and professional towards me. Any needs or expectations that Ive had have been met without any issues.I will continue to do business with Noble for the foreseeable future and Id recommend them to anyone.

The worst customer service and communication we have seen from any company we have dealt with. Long story short, NO return calls from area representative until we called the home office and the promised to have him contact us (we left two messages with him). The same service we asked for they had performed for us in 2012, finally told us they would be here between 7:45 and 8:00 am. I arrive at 7:30 to begin preparing our area, 9:20 no show. We call and they say they arrived at 7:00 am????????, We were not here so they went on to their next job they will arrive to help us later. They finally arrive and tell me they cannot pump the water because it may be hazmat?? Same service you performed in 2012, why did you not say that when we scheduled the service?? I told the driver they did it last time and he made a call and came back and said sorry cant do it, told them to leave. Called and complained to hear sorry we dropped the ball on this one. BE CAREFUL with this company.

They live up to their names. Cheapest guys to pick up your oil Ive found.

They were suppose to pick up 180 gallons of bad oil, instead they took 360 gallons of our heating oil. They representative said Well it happens, there is nothing we can do about it. Asked them to pick up the bad oil and we they came out said the couldnt except it after someone had already checked the oil previously. They have done nothing to resolve this and will not return calls.
