Boss Laser has very good tech support. I have called multiple times for different reasons and they have always found solutions for me. I have had issues with the power source of our laser engraver and they have replaced them quickly. One was sent to us that had issues in the early stages of owning it, and Boss replaced it for free when we got in touch about it. Their tech support is very helpful and they know what they are doing and talking about.
Josh made learning easy and fun. He remembered our names. He was positive, knowledgeable about his product, and responded to our many questions. He read the room and knew when to pause, sometimes before we knew it. He understood our companys investment in your product, so his training was invaluable. You cannot beat Boss Laser for customer service. Not just in laser world, but in business world. Hell I cant even get a live person at all from Verizon. But Boss gets back to me usually within 20 mins. This is invaluable if you are new to laser world. You NEVER feel like you ask a dumb question, or that they are in a hurry to get to next call. Boss should open a customer service training school, theyd triple company profits. Starting with Verizon employees. I bet its a great company to work for.
I put in a ticket for tech support and within 10 minutes I received a call back. Charley was patient, clear, and helpful. 15 minutes later the issue was resolved and the replacement part needed is being shipped the same day. My only regret is not calling them sooner! I was the Boss POC for our company and set up the raining. They sent two trainers out and they were GREAT! Josh and Leo really know there stuff. They were more than happy to go out of their way to help and still keep on course. The overall experience with BOSS has been Great. We purchased an HP2440. The quality of this machine is unbelievable, it is built like a tank! I am looking at getting one for my personal use just because of there support.

BossLaser seems to be one of the few companies that still understands customer service begins at the initial point of contact. At the risk of spelling the name wrong for the receptionist, Courtney answered the phone and was extremely nice and polite.Ashley in the sales department was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Ashley has helped guide me from my first purchase through my additional purchases and has helpful information, since she also knows how to use the laser.Last but certainly not least is Robert in tech support. Robert has put up with me on multiple occasions and never seems to get frustrated with an old guy that is not the most tech savvy person… Even in his own house. Robert is always upbeat, diagnoses situations quickly and makes the corrections that are sometimes probably operator malfunction but is too nice to say it.I know you can buy Chinese lasers for less, but I also know you’re pretty much on your own if something goes wrong. If you’re an electronics wizard and can diagnose and repair your own equipment maybe that works for you.I’ll end with emphasis on how I started, BossLaser is one of the few companies in today’s, “sell the customer and move on to the next sale” environment who still understands the importance of personal and continued contact for customer service!

Very enthused about the HP 5598 4x8. laser cutting sheet metal then wood on one machine is proven to be a multi tool machine for the shop. Looked at laguna, thunder laser and Aeon options - this machine surpasses them all.I recommend this machine for fab shops looking to save space and time.
Im a small business owner and trying to expand my business with bigger equipment so I can offer a wide variety of products. After looking into a few dozen of laser machines and calling throughout the country I received a recommendation from a coworker advising that Boss Laser had what I was looking for and that I need to speak with Ken Trenholm. I called Boss Laser and I scheduled a demo at their office in Orlando, FL. Upon arrival I was able to meet Ken. From this moment I felt that I was at the right place because Ken made me feel like I was already part of the Boos family. Kens knowledge and customer services was way beyond what I was expecting. Charley was my tech. He was more than patient and helpful. We had just done a huge revamp on our department and I needed to hardwire all my lasers to certain computers. We went step by step and made that happen. He helped me name and make sure each laser was being read by the computer it was assigned. We did 9 lasers in all with 3 computers and we were on the phone for about an hour. Not to shabby when I am a bit rusty n the tech side of that subject. We had a demo last week of a CO2 laser with Boss. We have a fiber laser and have a need for a CO2. There are similar lasers out there that are comparable if a bit more expensive but Our experience with Ken firmly made our decision to invest in BOSS. We had an issue during our training session while trying to learn to use the chuck rotor and the chuck rotor stopped working, he was immediately on the phone with the shop, drove over and brought us back a new one. Who does that ? Ken and Boss Laser! Ken stayed and answered all of our questions until we couldnt think of anything else and called me later to check on me to see if I was able to get the glasses done for my daughters wedding. Both the technicians that came out yesterday to train us on the Boss Laser were both friendly and knowledgeable.
I now have owned my BOSS LS3656 CO2 laser cutter for one and a half years and have trained several people on how to use it. The comment I’ve gotten is that it’s easy to use and understand. It’s fast and produces incredible work, engraving or cutting.Though I rarely used them, the tech support is amazingly responsive, especially the tech / builder Darrius. He knows the LS machines very well and was able to quickly help me out when I was in a time pinch. The regular call-back tech support were truly patient working with me as well. I would setup a specific time to telcon and they were always prompt.I had moved my machine to a new location and had a forklift able platform made to allow easier access without damaging the laser cutter. Even after a trip tied down in a truck, the LS3655 came back on to work without a hitch, no adjustments needed.I am considering purchasing another BOSS laser to work with while my large laser is busy. Perhaps a smaller one for small jobs.
So excited to be starting a business with my new Boss Laser. The crew there was awesome. Stephen made my purchase quick and easy. Ken was a wealth of information when doing our training. Cant thank these guys enough!!!

Well we have been using a competitors machine for 10 Years and needed to expand our capabilities. However those in the business know that expansion is expensive. After researching the Big Companies, I went to a demo with a company that starts with T. All the comparisons were with other big company machines. So I asked the Reps, one looked at me like how dare I compare Boss with them. The other Rep waited a few minutes and shared that in the cutting department their machines dont come close. I really appreciated his honesty. Even my local competitors who own a Boss are impressed and pleased. Now as we wait on delivery I am excited to get to work.
I contacted Boss Laser for a demo of their FM laser engraver that I was hoping we could use for marking our products directly. We were able to bring samples of everything we need to mark, to make sure wed get the look we wanted. The laser performed better than I was expecting, and Ken, the engineer who was performing the demo, was able to show us how easily the laser could be tuned for each part we brought. Ken has may years of experience and was able to answer any question we had and anticipate questions we didnt know we needed to ask. We were so impressed, we bought the laser that day. Their sales team was professional and candid. No high-pressure sales tactics; just straight-forward business done professionally. What a breath a fresh air.

This is a great company with top-rate products, based in the USA! I purchased the LS1630 100-watt cutter and could not be more pleased with the machine and my experience with the Boss Laser company. The machine is of high quality (no cheap components), and the support staff is awesome (Ive talked at length to Sam and Aaron). They are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful experts, who always have time for one more question. (I ask a lot of questions.) As a former rocket scientist and an author of robotics textbooks, I have experience in electronics, mechanical engineering, and 3D printing, but have never worked with a laser cutter. I cannot recommend Boss Laser more highly for someone new to this field. If you are on the fence, its worth diving in! I do have one critique, however: the manual should instruct the user to send short test pulses (with the Pulse button) to ensure that the laser is properly aligned and the focal distance is correct. (This should be done before any etching or cutting is done, or you risk damaging the lens.) Included are some images of some of my students first pieces made with the machine.

Amazing customer service before and after the sale. I have been around the block a few times purchasing various equipment in my career and I can say it is refreshing to find a company that puts an emphasis on the customer satisfaction and support. Though I am an experienced laser user, I found tons of useful information via their web site and their YouTube videos. Any questions I have had were answered promptly and professionally. I recently had an issue with a support part on the laser causing an issue with its operation. I emailed their customer support and within roughly an hour, I had a response and it wasnt an automated well help you when we feel like it no, it was here is what we think and here is what we want to do to help me get my laser back in operation.You cannot put a price on having people who take pride in their product and service. JOSH is a HUGE reason to go with BOSS for your laser and I did not even know it until he came to train me. He arrived exactly when he said he would (8:30am) and hung with me and taught me until 5pm when I told him I thought I was set. He would not leave until I was completely comfortable with what he taught me. He went over everything I asked him to. EXTREMELY respectful and able to put things in terms I could understand being completely new to the laser world. Just an absolutely great enjoyable experience.I also just have to give a shout out to his brother Robbie as well. Robbie is the tech support manager for BOSS. Well earned 1 star rating thanks to the third rate sales team. Customers love being treated poorly right? Bought both a fiber fm 30watt and and co2 150watt laser... thanks... Our FM 30 watt laser has been a paper weight since the day it was set up! So as soon as the laser stops working I call customer service who was able to identify the problem and sent a replacement part which is the fiber source... that didnt work. So laser number 2 was junk and required me to crawl around on the floor for 2 hours unhooking and hooking the new one up and now they are sending a new source instead of coming out to fix the screw up themselves sending me an older modle source that will not fit its mounting holes with no idea if this will fix the problem. The customer service from the sales team is hand down the worst I have ever seen.
Our company did not have much knowledge of laser cutting, but Boss Laser was able to guide us and walk us through the process. We opted to have the training. Josh was our trainer and was great! He answered all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. We finished training early, but he stayed to assist us as we tested cutting different material thickness and designs. He did not rush us and was very helpful!

The experience at Boss Laser was excellent. The facility is immaculate! My girlfriend and I were welcomed by the receptionist upon entering. She was extremely sweet. We then met with Ashley from the sales department. She walked us into the Demo room, where we saw all of the demo lasers. I have been wanting a laser for several years and was extremely excited to be able to actually use a machine. Ken then demonstrated the LS-2440. He thoroughly explained the functions and allowed us to use the laser. He was very nice and helpful. We were able to spend around 3 hours in the demo room.
