Very poor communication in the sales department! Took a full week to get a hold of someone to provide a quote. Then wasnt even provided a quote once they responded, which did not include any sort of explanation or apologizes for the length of time for a response. All this was just for a part that they are a distributor of (which unfortunately was recommended to me by the manufacturer). So mostly feel bad for the manufacturer that this company is selling products for, as they did not do a good job. This was my first time contacting them and will be my last time as well.
