The employees here are very helpful. I called the store with a request for an item and she had it all picked out when my husband got there to pick it up. They are friendly and do a great job.

Worse shopping experience ever. I went to the motherhood at the marketplace. I spent 1 hr shopping there. I had 1 dress that i had bought a week ago and wanted to exchange for a bigger size. I had the tag attached to the dress and the original receipt. The lady working there on Sunday July 29th 2018 at around 1:00pm said that i could not exchange nor return the dress because she couldnt find the code on her computer. How is that possible when i had the tag on the dress and receipt ? She said she would try to see what she could do and call me so i could return to the store later to exchange the dress. She never called back and tried absolutely nothing to help when i was only exchanging the exact same dress for a bigger size. I have never had to deal with such a horrible customer service in the past. This was very frustrating. I will never step foot in motherhood maternity store anymore. She said if she couldnt figure how to find the code for the dress on the computer there is nothing she could do for me. I just dont inderstand how they make customers pay for their poor computer system. She said her name was Ann. Hopefully she didnt lie about her name. Stay away from her. Stay away from this store. Buy online instead.
