Overall I would recommend. Twice, i was able to make an appointment on my schedule, even accommodating me at 7pm which i wouldnt expect many other places. Corey was very friendly, knowledgable, and very careful not to make any decisions for us. They delivered on time, installed the mattress and box springs on my frame and the whole delivery took maybe 10 minutes. My mattress is very comfortable and after a few weeks, i am still happy with my choice. My only complaint is that both box springs (king size bed) have little tears on the corners of them. Not sure if itll affect the integrity of the box springs in time, but really its just aesthetics. Still happy with my purchase. Even sprung for the mattress cover which was well worth the investment with 2 kids.

Corey and his wife were very helpful in figuring out what mattress would suit us best. Scheduling an appointment was very simple and Corey followed up to confirm our appointment. We have a split king so he suggested two different mattress for my wife and I. We did not feel rushed and they were very informative about the different mattress types. They did not have our mattresses in stock so he ordered them and delivered them within a week. We are looking forward to a great nights sleep on our new mattress.

Absolutely horrible I would give them zero Stars if I could. I tried to call up and make an appointment with him and he answers and i think its a voicemail because he doesnt say hi hello or how can I help you or any of that he just goes mattresses. so he asked me a couple questions and I guess he didnt like the answers or something because then he says oh were not the right fit for you and hangs up on me. Totally rude and totally unprofessional horrible experience.Edit: As you can see this person is extremely rude. He is making fun of me and calling me disabled. He is lying on many different occasions. First thing there is no way that I was just sitting there breathing into the phone as I was on speaker phone. Secondly, he never said hello. I said hello?.. after waiting for something to get said. I was asked what kinda mattress I was looking for. I said Im not sure wanna check out all my choices, that Im just shopping around. NOT what size mattress do you want. Then I was asked what size I was looking for and I said queen. Right after that he asked me when do you wanna buy a mattress. I said I am not sure I am shopping around checking out all my options. He claims to have said when do you want to come in. Three simple questions and then he says Well sir if you cant answer me any of my questions you cant even tell me what size mattress you want.I cant help were not for you bye. I clearly mentioned I was looking for a Queen. As you can see a majority of the conversation was made up on his part. Then too post this nasty response afterwards making fun of and being so sarcastic just shows how rude and inconsiderate this man really is.

I showed up to my 11:00am appt. approximately 10:45am. I waited until 11:00 no one was there I called the number provided to me by the website, the two reminder texts which are the same number, as well as the one posted on their door. No answer even after multiple calls. I even tried texting. I tried the door again just in case and nothing! If I didn’t get the two reminder texts I would have thought I got my days mixed up. I’m very disappointed!

I wish we would have looked here first for our mattress. It would have saved us from months of head ache from online bedstores, three to be exact - and three beds returned - as they seemed to get harder and harder. I had never heard of Mattress By Appointment but when I was running around most recently looking at Mattress Firm, Mattress One etc. I squeezed them in between. It is the BEST thing I could have done. Cory and Alfonso are both some of the most friendly people youll meet and NO pressure. They will meet you any time that is good for you, period. It was as simple as trying their models and for us falling in love with their Majestic bed. It was exactly what we were looking for, unbelievably fair prices, and so VERY VERY comfortable. After literally months of sleeping on uncomfortable beds, going to bed is now the highlight of our day. And did I mention, we bought on Saturday and they delivered on Monday?!
