Just got my machine from them and the people at the local office were very nice and knowledgeable. So far it has been a very good experience. The only issue I have is the giant no firearms sign on the door. I found that to be very off putting. Hopefully it will continue to be good. I will keep the review updated if anything changes

We find them to be courteous, responsive and answer all questions. Dale Michael Williams, new client - BUT, am concerned now that Lincare purchased them..Lincare has a 1.2 out of 5 total ratings, which is horrendous..Lincare consumer trust rating is a F plus ---

I would not recommend this company! They are very unreliable with their service. After being on the automatic ship for months, and not needing the shipments, I ended up with a bill well over $600. Paid the bill in full back in FEB 2019. Asked to be removed from automatic ship status, only to receive 2 more shipments, in which I immediately sent back to company. Well, it is JAN 2020, and they are still billing me for equipment sent back! I have called the company more than 10 times, I have spoken to reps repeatedly who say they are handling it or that my balance is 0, when in fact, I am still receiving statements showing I owe them and that I am behind in payments. It is so frustrating!!

My first time ordering monthly supplies. I placed the order, 9 days later it arrived - wrong item. Called customer service on Monday to get it corrected, and they said they would ship me the correct items 2-day mail to arrive on a Wednesday. Wednesday came, and the carrier came to pick up the incorrect items. Meanwhile, my tracking number for this 2-day delivery says it will be here NEXT WEEK (9 days again after the replacement). I got the apology, but I didnt get a solution. These complaints are about the customer service hub at their 877 number. The people at the location in Sanford are very friendly and helpful, especially Amy the respiratory therapist. But I still dont have a solution. Ive had this machine for a month and a week, and Ive not been able to use it for the last 2 weeks, so YOU do the math. PS: insurance pays only if you use the device for 20 or more days of the month.

After being prescribed a CPAP and then picking it up locally the problems began. Locally, they seem nice and knowledgeable, online and phone customer service is very problematic. They contradict the local office information and depending on the day you call, contradict themselves.I do not recommend this company to anyone. Find another source for equipment and supplies.

American Home Patient office at Sanford NC has efficient and helpful staff. To name one, Amy, she was attentive to initiating the order for the CPAP machine, mask strap, variety of facial cushions in an attempt to make wearing the mask tolerable. The bad reviews go to the medical supply warehouse distribution. The mask was recieved in March of this year. I suspect that because of the unusual shape and size of my face I was unable to successfully useseveral full faced masked without major leaks so l switched to a nose cup. This nose cup seems to work best out of all the ones I tried thougbeit a few minor leaks. Long story short I settled for the nose up but have been trying in excess of three times to the ordering department. First time they sent a single machine filter in April. It is now almost September and have not been able to have my order filled. First it was because not enough time had expired for insurance purposes. Next time I called and after 30 minutes of holding the associate took my personal information down for verification but the stated that she couldnt ship the order until an administration specialist reviewed the paperwork but that he would phone me after he did. NO CALL after a week went by. I phoned once again and needless to say, 30 or more minutes later a associate answered and verified my persona info then said she couldnt help me so she would patch me through to admin. I was placed on phone hold for more than 10 minutes after which I heard the ring sound but lo and behold I was back to a different ordering associate who had to reverify my personal information. After reviewing my file she said she would patch me through to admin because the paperwork was not right. I huffed and stopped her before she was able to phone transfer me again by explaining that I had already been on that phone wash cycle. She did apologize asked if she could place me on hold while she checked with her supervisor, I assume.upon her return to the phone she stated that in order to get any supplies I would have to go back to my pulmonary Dr and have him resend the necessary paperwork. I did state to the associate that I was displeased with this supply company and would strive to find a suitable replacement. My husband has been provided with supplies by Medbridge Medical Supply company for many years without fail therefore if this situation is not alleviated soon thats the supply company I will strive to get my supplies from.

This place has the worst customer service ever .I got a machine and I would have to adjust the numbers myself when my dr changed stuff because this place would never call you . Then when you call there they never return your call ever and I mean ever so dont leave a message . Then the nurse lady or whatever she is you can never get her because she is never there or mysteriously busy and once again its stupid to leave a message cause they wont call you anyway. This place is a absolute joke if you can never use this place go somewhere else .

They will ship and bill you even after you send the product back never go on automatic supplies and be sure that you are not logged that way. I have not used these supplies for a year and have called several times to stop sending them and send them back but still get billed.

Seems like the Big Company takeover is a poorly run organization. I have needed supplies for 3 weeks. Called, called, ordered online, numbers keep changing, hold music 3 time over 30 minutes each time. Never get a human on the phone...no supplies yet.

It hard to get the to get your order never get threw with them on the phone they leave you on the phone I was on the phone for 1 hour and still no one answer the phone always on hold.
