But that came at a cost…. A typical car buying nightmare. When it came time to service it, I decided to give Sanger GMC a try and WOW! Had a long detailed discussion regarding the price of the car and rebates that I had ordered. When the car arrived and it came time to do the deal, they would not offer the GM approved rebates through GM financial despite showing on the website and offers. I will take my 10k in cash and excellent credit elsewhere.

My husband took in our GMC Elevation ‘21 that we purchased in December to get serviced and have the oil changed for the first time today. We had an appointment at 10 am, he got there at 9:30am. They took in the truck like maybe half an hour later. They took an hour to “check” it and like around 11 am they took out the truck because apparently they had finished. The truck sat there for another hour with no movement and no one notifying my husband. He went to ask what was taking so long and someone told him the workers had gone to lunch and that they still needed to do the oil change and that they wouldn’t be back til 1pm plus he still would have to wait another 40min to an hour for them to do the oil change. Of course he left without the oil change being done!!!Update:Thank you for getting back to us right away! Figured out it was just a little misunderstanding. Laura was so nice to call and explain what happened. They went out of their way to come pick up the truck an hour away plus give us a rental. Mike was very helpful when it came to the services done to the truck! Thank you for making it right! We appreciate it and will for sure come to you guys when it’s time to buy another vehicle!!! Highly recommend!!!

Everything went great.... until it came time to pick up my truck. I did all the paper work on a Friday and returned on that follow Tuesday at 5:30 pm and my truck was not ready.All stickers were still on and no detailing had been done.Mud on wheel wells and tires, glass had glued paper work still on and my salesmen Jamie Perez did his best to clean up all the mess on the truck.But going back to my salesman, he did an outstanding job to sell and inform me all about the truck. I was very happy after my car had finally been fixed. Michael was so helpful and understanding. I had taken my Buick Encore to the Fresno Buick on an off for a whole year. They continually charged my warranty company and me stating they fixed my car. No dealership or small mechanic shop wanted to fix another dealerships negligence. Sanger fixed it! Didn’t turn me away. My ac finally worked! They made additional recommendations and cleaned necessary items that were clogged. I’m amazed. Even the Bureau of Automotive Repair investigator praised them for repairing my car after it was neglected by another dealership. I give them a 10/10!

Follow up ... Michael is the best! The first time I contacted Chevrolet Buick GMC of Sanger I explained my dilemma to Michael. He let me know that the service dept could fix my Buick. My issue was that my Buick had not been properly repaired by Fresno Buick they left broken parts and pieces of metal in the AC after they claimed to have fixed it numerous times. Chevrolet Buick GMC of Sanger found pieces of old parts in the AC and did extensive work that was needed to fix some other issues as well. They helped me when no other dealer or repair shop would after knowing the bad job done by the service techs at Fresno Buick.Thank you
