I love this store they we so awesome and polite. My girlfriend currently lives in California and I am in Florida and they worked with me to ensure she got a beautiful arrangement. They let me know what needed to be substituted and were willing to discuss what would look great and give options. they actually kept me up to date on the schedule to let me know it would make it there as the deliveries for the day were high in volume.Will for sure be my go to stop for the time she is there. would recommend to others and use their service again.

This flower shop is run by the kindest people. The shop itself is full of adorable cats that really helped us during the taxing process of buying funeral flowers. The spread on my grandma’s casket was later split by the florist into three bouquets for her three sons. It was a really sweet bonus that this business provides.

Superficial Customer Service. STAY AWAY!Please do no be fooled by their website beautiful flower images. Those are not their designer’s works! Request for final product(s) before it being sent out to your loved ones. I was fooled into having them arrange my father-in-law’s funeral service flowers worth over $1k. I ordered flowers through Teleflora an online flower company, who guaranteed to offer beautiful hand-arranged bouquets and fast, reliable delivery by one of their local florists located across the US and Canada. Sanger M&E flowers happened to be contracted with them. Eli contacted me bc of multiple arrangements of the same flowers ordered, he stated that my flowers will not look the same sent to different shops and florists. He convinced me that he will provide the best service, the flowers will be beautifully arranged, he will send pictures since I am pregnant, lives far away in Arkansas, unable to attend my father’s funeral in CA, he will not charge me additional service fees, and delivery fees. So I contacted Teleflora and have them provided Eli all my services, including ordering the casket sprays through him directly. Sadly, It is all but empty promises and lies. After, he completed the four sympathy bouquets he sent pictures, however, I was very nervous and disappointed in the quality of work. I was scared it was going to be sent to my family looking the way it did. The flowers looked nothing depicted or described in Teleflora website description. Everything was downgraded. The hydrangeas over compensate the entire flowers, it’s NOT well balance, less flowers, and downgraded small vase, a bow to replace or cover up missing flowers. When I expressed my concerns and provided him with the feedback, he was very annoyed, angry, and upset. He criticized, complained, and condemned Teleflora that they don’t pay him enough to make changes, he worked all day and is ready to go home, he don’t have time for this, why are there so many deaths, threaten to discontinue and cancel his contract with Teleflora. I definitely expressed if that’s the kind of product produced, then I am worry about the huge arrangements for the casket spray, standing spray, and serenity wreath. According to Teleflora flowers substitution policy, Sanger M&E Flowers should replace it with something equal to or better, the specific flower arrangements are given to the florist, which include ingredients with the number of qty that should be ordered, if the florist do no have the ingredients/qty to produce the flowers they are to contact Teleflora, hence, it will be given to another shop, who will be able to fulfill the orders, any additional items replaced or ordered Teleflora will provide them with additional funds, they are given 90% profit, including service fees 20.99, so they shouldn’t charge delivery fees. Furthermore, the day Eli was suppose to send me pics of the 3 huge arrangements I’ve never received. Mark picked up the phone very rude, dismissive, and refused, stating they are too busy and had other customers to tend to, who just walked in, even though Eli had promised. Do they not realized I am also a customer and had given them 100% of my orders???? Eli got on the phone and also refused rudely told me “have your family do it!” And hung up on me. Even after Teleflora supervisor contacted them to follow up on their service and asked to send it via email they never did. So I was left feeling hopeless, extremely sad, and depressed. The funeral home was the one, who was caring and gracious enough to send those pictures before my family seen them. Sanger M&E Flowers is truly the worst people and customer service I have ever experienced. There is no sense of honesty and integrity, compassion or sympathy. I am truly hurt......

Great flowers, great quality, set up was beautiful, was able to do everything over the phone, they have a Great owner that was hand on with us and went above and beyond. I will continue to utilize this facility for my flower needs and strongly recommend everyone to do the same. I wouldnt ever waste time shopping around. Thank you Eli and his team.

My brothers and I walked up to M&E needing flowers for a funeral. There were three of us but only two could walk in at a time, so one stayed outside. The gentleman at M&E greeted us, and when my brother and I told him the purpose of our visit, he looked us in the face and said, I am terribly sorry you had to come in for this. During a loss, you need all the kind words you could hear, and this was beautiful. The flowers arrived on time and they were more than we expected.

Pretty good customer service from my 20 minutes there. One big thing that disappointed me was the amount of cats that were living there. I got there at 10 as soon as they opened. Plants were knocked over, but the bouquets to go out were in the fridge. Kittens were clawing at the table cloths and knocking things over. The smell was horrendous, and I think I counted over 7 cats. Think I’ll take my chances with CVS and Walgreens’ flowers if I can’t make it to Fresno from now on.

So incredibly disappointed with this florist. Ordered flowers for my Aunt’s birthday and they were never delivered. The Owner stated he got distracted and forgot my order. The worst part is they never called me and told me😭 If I could rate M&E with no stars I would.

Sanger M & E flowers is doing good job, they did have a hiccup with not delivering my balloons attached to the bouquet, however Eli the owner is making it right by deliverying the balloons and with more flowers free of charge, I appreciate the good vibes and nice conversation I had with Eli and for his efforts, the flowers that were delivered were beautiful 😍 and fabulous and very happy with the arrangement! I have used M & E Flowers in Sanger. For my dad and my brothers funeral. They are the best prices on flowers. I shopped around it was a blessing that I found them. I couldnt have afford flowers with out going to M&E flowers. Every other flower shop was 2 times higher. The quality of flower for the casket in the 2 standing sprays (flower stands) top quality! Its amazing the work and quality come out of that small shop.

I went to send flowers to a friend. I am in Oregon so it was all done over the phone and online. At first I gave the wrong address for my friend at which I called and Eli understood my mistake and willingly delivered the flowers to a town that is normally out of their delivery area. Though it didn’t get to her until the next day due to her business being closed when the delivery driver went way out of his way, Eli got them there early the next morning. He didn’t even charge me the extra delivery fee for going out of town for a delivery. I couldn’t be more happy with how they worked with me. I will keep using them for the Fresno area. They are much appreciated.

The owners are very generous, kind people. They have an eye for design and will entertain any crazy whim you give them to work with. Reasonably priced and the flowers stay alive for weeks after you purchase them

Very disappointed with Sanger M&E Flowers. I ordered flowers(and was charged) on 5/7/2020 for Mother’s Day with a delivery date of 5/9/2020, and the flowers were never delivered! No phone call, no notice. Poor customer service! Their website says they are open today, 5/10/2020 yet no one is answering the phone! I don’t live in the area and relied on them to deliver the flowers for Mother’s Day. Disappointing and Horrible! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

My niece was graduating high school this year (as a 16 yr old...huge accompliahment). My twin sister went and organized a pagent style bouquet for her ceremony and another arrangement with 20 balloons for her small socially distanced, 10 or less get together. The ceremony one was exquisite! Very well put together, last a long time! Unfortunately, someone called in sick for the busiest and most inopportune day they couldve and the balloons were wrong and so was the bouquet. The owner was compassionate to the issues at hand, tried to make things right, spending time to fix the flowers that were wrong, but with limited resources due to graduation, lack of time to do it better, and not having balloons in the actual color requested (as it was themed to colors being used at home, so no replacing them since they now didnt have them) it was a flop this go round. The guy was nice, trying to be understanding, but ultimately it wasnt what was prior arranged...no pun intended.

With all this Covid-19 going on I decided to order flowers for Mother’s Day for my Mom, I chose M and E Flowers because of the color variations they had advertised on their website, I ordered the bigger bouquet of Roses and Lillies with the colors Pink, hot pink and purple, it was something different to me and I know my mom would love that flower arrangement! Well come the day of delivery, my mom received a flower arrangement of 6 red roses, not only was it nothing near what I ordered, but was also way less than what I had paid for.. so we got ahold of the owner Eli, and he had his delivery guy pick up the flower arrangement that was originally delivered and said they would re deliver the correct order the following day, we’ll come the following day, my Mom waited all day and received nothing at all! That was on a Saturday, so come Monday morning I’m calling and calling the shop and get no answer, finally I called blocked later on in the day and Eli answered and I was very calm and he was really apologetic and said he would refund me my money and also make it right with my Mom and resend her flowers, I decided not to tell my Mom because I didn’t want her to get disappointed again, and good thing I didn’t tell her because 2 weeks later “it still wasn’t made right” and I also am still waiting on my refund. I was very calm and patient through all this, but I have been patient long enough. Also people need to know what kind of business they might receive, I was understanding in the beginning due to the whole Covid-19 being unexpected and new to us all, but 2 weeks later?? And still nothing was made right and there is no excuse for that. Thank you for this first time experience on ordering a flower arrangement, but never again.

I have been going to them since I moved to Sanger in 2012. For birthday parties and baby showers we have bought by the bunch. Not a single time have I been disappointed with their service or their products.First they did the centerpieces for my wedding. (About 45 centerpieces) not only were they great work and quality, but they also delivered them ALL THE WAY TO VISALIA! talk about going above and beyond!Last year while I was overseas, they delivered bouquets and flower arrangements to my daughters and wife for Valentines day. They wrote the cards for me, exactly as I asked. They also did me a great favor of taking a picture of them and texting it to me.Just last week, they created two bouquets that my friend and I each have to our daughters for our daddy and daughter dance. I went to pick up a little earlier than I had told them. It wasnt their fault that they werent ready. HOWEVER! they told me they would deliver them to me, so that I could rush home and get ready for the dance. Once again, they surpassed my expectations.I HIGHLY recommend them!

VERY Disappointed in their delivery method! I called early in the morning to place an order . I supposed to have received it at noon. I had to call in the evening to check on the status of my delivery Because I still didn’t hear from them or received anything. So They told me they were running behind on delivery’s & will be delivered within 20 minutes. Those minutes turned into more than an hour until late evening. So unprofessional! I wanted to surprise my sister with a nice bouquet.. Never again will I get anything from there! Plus I did not pay cheap.

I read the bad reviews & decided to still give this place a chance since they were the only flower shop willing to deliver. I paid a good amount of money for a gourmet basket and was COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED with what was delivered. I will never use them again and I recommend to go else where.

My daughter and I ordered centerpieces and an arrangement from this company for my brothers funeral. Mark told us her arrangement would be 4 ft high by 3 ft wide. My daughter ask for a red banner with block lettering. Mark also showed us purple flowers with red carnations for the centerpieces. He must have forgot I was sitting right beside her.The delivery time was stated to be between 10am.-noon. We ask for confirmation of the delivery time before the shop closed on Friday, the day before the funeral. Mark did not call. My daughter kept calling until she finally reached Mark at 11:10 am. (The shop was open but no one answers the phone and there is no answering machine) Mark said he forgot. My daughter and I were very upset. When she complained about the service Mark actually hung up. He also forgot to give us he the correct size arrangement (3 x3). In addition, the centerpieces were very small and all carnations instead of the 2 types of flowers ordered (he must have forgot). Mark also forgot to be on time. I heard my daughter call again at 12:10. Mark was not answering his phone. We were both very disturbed and frustrated. My daughter waited at the reception hall until 12:35. We were not there to see what was delivered or even sign for it. We had to change for the funeral service. The shop forgot to put a red banner on the small 3x 3 arrangement. The words on the hand- written banner were unevenly spaced and glue with glitter was used. The words on the banners could only be seen if you are within 10 inches of the display. Eli, the owner, and Mark were very rude and dismissive. The customer service is terrible. My recommendation Forget M & E Floral Shop they cant get it right.

I have used Sanger M&E Flowers for several weddings. They have been helpful and on time. I worked with them for all centerpieces, corsages, boquets, and silk boquet for the bride to keep. They were all beautiful and commented on. And the prices were great. I cant wait to use them for many more occasions.

I placed an order for an anniversary bouquet of 20 roses to be delivered. No delivery by 10, I called numerous times until they finally answered and blamed it on a delivery driver. Said Theyll be there before 12. That didnt happen either... Im not sure what is difficult to deliver something you supposedly specialize in. Ridiculous. Now I have no flowers for my wife and I have to try for a refund. PATHETIC
