I normally order my supplies on line because it’s really cheap. I needed some items at the moment and ended up walking into the Sallys in town and I was very pleased to see items that they don’t normally carry and are usually always sold out everywhere else. The girl with the short hair was so helpful I ended buying everything I needed here. I came back another day and the manager helped me set up my online account so I could start using my coupons that I didn’t know I had. I had $60 dollars to my name. I bought some clippers way cheaper then I would online thanks to those coupons. I will be doing more business here.

I haven’t been to this place in like 2 years and I actually live in town but I would rather travel a distance then to come back. But a few days ago I came in because my mom was already in the store. I noticed the crew was different and they had a different manager as well. Hallelujah! Finally Sally’s brought in someone who cares about their customers. My mom was being helped by who I think was the manager because of her badge. My mom was so happy because of all the knowledge this lady was giving her on how to maintain her hair and help cover her grays. Before nobody knew Spanish or they acted like they didn’t and couldnt help anyone out. They would ignore us and be gossiping among eachother. The manager was never helpful. One of the other girls helped me on hair products that I ended up loving. I would continue to come back and I really hope this crew doesn’t change. Me and my mom even started telling our friends about it. The only thing that sucks is that they don’t have everything in stock but the manager assure me that she will try her best to bring in whatever I need.

Wow. I went to this Sallys and got a cup full of bitchy. I wanted to return an item because it was the wrong shade. This short gal with penciled on eyebrows was so rude I couldnt stay in the store for less than a minute. I dont know how she works at a beauty store, she was almost as ugly outside as she was inside. Ill drive all the way to Fresno and take my business with me!!

Never again will I go to this Sallys. The girls working there think they are to good to interact with the customers, all they seem to be doing is talk to each other.
