The store was clean. The bathroom was nice and clean.It was the staff who impressed me most. They were busy. But still remained professional. I was greeted with a smile. And when I left, they all smiled and wished me well. Sanger Starbucks gets an A from me!!

This post is solely based on outlets. From what I noticed most of the outlets are based around one corner/area which made it difficult to charge my laptop. More outlets are needed. Some airports I have visited have outlets connected to the tables/chairs...Starbucks should look into doing the same.

While Starbucks has really good coffee drinks of all kinds either cold or hot drinks the problem is not the coffee its the speed of service. I must have spent 30 to 45 minutes in the drive thru. Im sorry but its just not worth it in my opinion. If you have other places you need to be its going to take way too much time and like I said before its just not worth it.

This Starbucks has long drive thru wait times. Every time I come, last time they didn’t charge me accordingly and messed up my drink. I asked them specifically what I want and they still weren’t listening, it’s like they’re in a hurry and just nod and redo the same mistake. Not very happy with this store, wish there was another one closer by.

This place has the best customer service in my honest opinion. Even when they mess up my drink (it happens esp if theyre busy) they alway fix it with a smile and a great attitude. The place is super clean. Over all this place is my go to when I really need that pick me up. The staff is my favorite thing about this starbucks, they always greet me by name and ask how im doing. Sometimes its those little things that can turn someones bad day around thank you sanger starbucks for all that you do.

Line went fast! And this dragon fruit was bomb! Customer service was great!

Horrible service. Always late. When it takes longer to make an iced coffee than a pizza there is definitely a problem!!! Finally after waiting 10+ minutes in the store. Asked to cancel order and get a refund. This place is and always has been an absolute joke

So i will keep it short and sweet but real and honest. I only put up two pics because well its a Starbucks and they all pretty much look the same. Also pretty much the same on thier menu with the added ability to ask them to custom mix a coffee or drink for you.What i really like about my Sanger Starbucks is the friendly and talkative demeanor of its employees. See asking me what my plans are for the weekend and then really taking an interest and conversating with me goes a long way.They really make efforts to make you feel welcome and you leave bumped up not only by the drinks but by the staff. They have always gotten my orders spot on, its clean well kept and service is fast as can be depending on how packed it is. I highly recommend them and will even go as far as to say. If you happen to find yourself driving up 180 to Kings Canyon National Park, and want a great coffee or frap. Take 5 minutes and check them out in Sanger Ca.Update: Ive had to lower thier rating here at this Starbucks for this one reason alone. Over the last month or so they have consistently been out of different things for thier drinks. Such as sweet cream, or different fruits or flavoring. In order for me to give a place a 5 star or my own 5 thumbs up. It has to be spot on in all areas. Im sorry to say right now they are dropping the ball a little. So just be aware they may be out of your favorite stuff. So for now they only get 👍👍👍👍 hope they remedy this problem soon cause i really like this place.

Love the mocha peppermint frappuccino. Always friendly workers. I was about 11 cars from the front of drive through. I think my wait was only about 5 mins. Sanger Starbucks rocks!

This store is located in a congested shopping center. The drive thru is small and tight. The service is good and the people are nice. I wish there was more drive thru room.

Literally the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. 30 minutes in a drive thru?! Thats ridiculous.

Shout out to WILL who provided me with the BEST customer service ever! He gladly took my order this morning and shared a few laughs along with the other employee who joyfully handed me my drink and gave a beautiful smile! The staff was awesome and polite, but avoid the long drive through line and go through the front door it is much, much quicker. Dont forget to tip them you cheap bast**ds. Lol

What happen been coming here for three years at least once a day never had a bad mocha fast friendly and clean service. Went inside and the place was a mess the employees making coffee look like they forgot have to shower and groom themselves for work. A simple white mocha again taste like watered down toilet water. Wont be coming here again.

A little annoyed because the front person was actually in a hurry did not get my order right was not really paying attention I guess because it was close to closing time... Disappointed this time

Todays experience was better than normal. Usually the service is ok, the wait in line is ridiculous & takes about 30 min, they are usually out of stock on items, never have any cups or houseware products, drinks dont taste the way theyre supposed to.

Nothing to complain about they were great.

Okay so the caramel crunch frappe with extra caramel is off the hook.

Always Great Customer Service!

Went today Aug 9th around 230pm, and I must add worst service at a Starbucks I’ve received.Got in line about 5 cars in front of I thought it would go fast. They took my order Around 234pm. I was in line for another 30minutes until I was up by the window. They messed up the order for the car in front of me and took another 5 minutes to fix the error. Finally at 3:05pm, I was at the window. We left already upset for the wait time we tried our drinks and our Passion tango tasted like nothing but milk. Ugh!

My mom and I enjoy going to Starbucks when we get together in Sanger.

Worst and slowest Starbucks I ever been too! The employees are in no rush WHATSOEVER so after you wait 30 minutes for your drink. It taste burnt and is never consistent.I live in town so unfortunately I frequent this one a lot and it’s the same thing every single time!!When I mentioned how it takes way to long the only response is “drive thru is for convenience not speed” they don’t care! I can’t wait till Dutch opens up. They actually know how to manage a line!!!

I still think they put the wrong cream into my drink lol. The long lines here male it a long wait for your drinks. I know they are the only coffee place like this here, but I wish it would be a bit more consistent.

Starbucks is the greatest coffee from different flavors from hot to cold coffee and dont forget the ice teas. My sister would always treat me to black tea and believe me its the best. After ordering you can sit outside and enjoy the outdoors. Or if you like to go through the drive through for your convenience and order your favorite drink then pay at the window and off you go to your next stop.

New management is garbage. Wait times went from 15 minutes tops to 30-40 even an hour.. for a coffee.. way faster to drive to Fresno for a coffee.

Good coffee at times wait time is long and when happy hour is happening they lock the lobby and dont accept online orders ugh very frustrating

Great customer service, and very clean. The bathrooms you can tell are cleaned really well often, and the out door patio seating was very well kept up. I saw no trash on the ground or on the tables. This is a quick coffee break place for when you are in a rush and on the go. And also a nice relaxing place when you have time to kill and meeting up with friends.

Went through the drive through and made a large order with multiple Frappuccinos and special order drinks. The entire order was correct and the customer service was excellent- I half expected a groan for the large labor intensive order but the rep was very nice, positive and helpful. Very genuine service and we all appreciated that!

I have been going to Starbucks several times per week. We have one within my workplace. I can honestly say I have made friends with some of the employees there. They give fast, friendly service that is consistently high in quality. Their new mobile app ensures that I can pick my coffee up as I walk in to work. The River Starbucks at Seattle Childrens is the best.

After the old manager left the store has taken a hard turn for the worse,.... Speed and Service are terrible

Always disappointed me, the staff always make fun of my accent. I asked a question to the girl on the drive-thru and she laugh at me. I was trying to give them a 3rd chance but I think I am so done. So I left empty handed and I had to drive all the way to Fresno to get coffee for our event.

Got my order wrong the 3 times I went there. They told the manager they gave me credit on a gift card but they did not.

The baristas here are amazing! And the customer service is exceptional! If they messed and order up theyll fix it right away plus let you keep the other drink. It is always clean and the employees always smile at their customers.

This is a very nice Starbucks coffee place. The staff here have always been friendly to all customers that Ive experienced. Their products (coffee and food items) are good, but moderately expensive. This particular Starbucks has a drive up window, but that line can be very long at times, so your better off parking and just going inside if your pressed for time.

Sanger Starbucks is the worst!! Spent 45 min. In drive tru for a watered down ice tea that tasted like dirty water.. Ill never go back there again!!

Good service. A little slow for the time of day. There was only 1 person in line.

Drive thru is always crowded and the line of cars makes getting in and out of the parking lot difficult. Sanger needs another location in addition to this one, possibly on Bethel and Academy or Academy and 180 freeway

This store is always friendly and extremely helpful. I used to manage a Starbucks so I know how tough It​ can be to provide good service while working in such a fast-paced environment, but they always deliver a great experience.
