Jose and his team at ICC did beautiful work on my BMW when I got rear ended. Replaced bumper and tailgate no problem. I would have thought it was a new car when I picked it up. Beautiful paint and body work. Would recommend to anyone looking for quality work on their car. 10/10

To begin, much appreciated the Customer Focused Service provided, especially from Caesar V & Sam the GM. Caesar consistently provided timely updates and communication during the evolution...never had to guess what going on.My BMW e92 M3 required substantial repairs due the position of damage. ICC performed comprehensive checks/validation beyond the surface damage to ensure proper repair. Pleased with additional assistance to address minor issues in a timely fashion AND the final results.Recommended!

The actual work was done amazingly. The guy who managed the project was not good at communicating. He tried to get me to phone my insurance multiple times when he was just sending information to the wrong person. They put in for a quote amendment and somehow lost the response back from my insurance. Even when my insurance contacted them and told me to phone them they said they had never spoke to my insurance. Some of the most unprofessional emails i have ever seen and delayed the repair of my vehicle by weeks. Also, there was an amount he told us we had to pay for deductible but when my wife picked up the amount was more. I didnt appreciate that.All in all there shop does good work but there management is awful.

If youre a BMW owner and need body repair, go to ICC and ask for Jose. I took my M6 to him get my bumper replaced and he took care of the entire process. Most importantly hes HONEST, I did extensive research before choosing ICC, so I knew what price to expect and he literally quoted me right in the middle of all the quotes acquired. If you Love your Beamer there is no other place. 💯

I had Jose as a mechanic, and he did a wonderful job on my car. He made sure to work closely with my insurance to ensure that we only used new parts for the car and he truly advocated for the best quality of work during a very stressful time period. I appreciated this and him, and my car looks absolutely amazing now.

My door was smashed at work 2 years ago, and I was out of my car for a couple months, while they replaced my door. That paint is now peeling off my car in only the repaired areas by ICC. I called in to speak with someone in customer service (I know it was a long time ago). The manager Sam explained that the work is under a lifetime warranty.He let me know that if I can bring it in, he can take care of chipping off paint.Thanks!

My experience was excellent. They gave me a fair price on a muffler and two tires. I needed it done immediately on a Saturday and they managed to turn it around in time. They were very kind and explained everything before actually doing the work. They clearly take pride in their work and make sure that your car is fixed in a way that keeps you from needing more work done in the near future.

I had my 09 BMW 528i worked on here and they did an excellent job. They coordinated Enterprise to pick me up within minutes of dropping my vehicle off which was awesome. As far as the actual body work completed, I couldnt be happier. It actually looks better now than before. Customer service was great as well and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to repair their high-end vehicle or any vehicle for that matter.

We had our 2009 Lexus ES350 repaired and the experience was excellent. Eddie was our service adviser and he keep us informed every day. They arranged for a rental car from Enterprise and they came right away to pick me up. The work was outstanding and the car had been detailed inside and out. My car was hit from behind while parked at the red light. After getting the necessary information from the insurance and a couple of estimates from the body shops, I decided to go with ICC since it offers lifetime warranty plus ICC partners with the BMW dealer where I purchased the car from. I received a few courtesy calls from ICC throughout the week about the status of the insurance and my car. I pickup my car 5 days later as promised. My car looked like brand new. They also detail cleaned my car inside and out and whatever they used smell very nice. They even touched up a scratch in the front bumper without additional charge. My overall experience with ICC is pleasant.

This place was great. My Mini Countryman was rear ended with minor damage. We called Crevier Mini and they informed us that ICC handles their body work and a local representative was at the dealership. The representative was great and all we did was drop it off at the dealer. They had it done sooner than originally estimated. The car looked like it had never been damaged. Any time I called ICC every person was polite and attentive. When the car was done I elected to pick it up at their Santa Ana shop. Since I had dropped it off at the Mini dealer, I didnt know what it looked like. When I arrived I was very impressed. The place was very clean and they even had a small kids area, my 7 year old loved that. In the future if I every need any type of collision work, I will go to them

Whats not to like....great front desk people(Liz and Audrey) My contact person, Angel, kept me in the loop every step of the way,the shop did great work,on time,got the car back washed,and cleaned,found my lost phone for me. A LIFESAVER! I WAS STRANDED AND THEY HELPED ME FREE OF CHARGE!I had to be downtown SA for a business meeting and there was construction everywhere and all of a sudden my engine temperature light comes on and smoke starts pouring out of my hood! I was a block away from ICC, pulled in, and right away Alek was outside helping.He allowed me to leave my car in his care, and I left with green ooze flowing away from my car. They gave me a ride to my meeting, what service.Soon I was updated: they had added coolant, looked over everything and declared it a quick fix, free of charge!! and then were so gracious to let me leave the car there until my meeting was done, hours later. They came and picked me up at and gave me a ride back to get my car.Talk about SERVICE & GENEROSITY! My Dealer told me to contact these guys because I was closer to ICC then the Dealer, I can not believe it and that’s why ICC gets my vote and the best review ever. Thanks again!

HiI had a perfect experience with them and they were awesome. The only thing I got was delivery date delay and they postponed it for one week later but, fortunately insurance company took care of the rental car that I had. finally, they are so professional and also know their jobs in the highest level of quality and accuracy.

My 8-month old black Toyota 4Runner got absolutely hammered in a sand storm. The paint was trashed and even the windows and plastic trim were all ruined. ICC made it look like new again. The paint job was a perfect match to factory - even down to the little blue metallic flecks in the midnight black paint. Any parts they had to replace (like the windows) were done with only factory Toyota parts. My car came back clean, detailed, and looking brand new. Any future repairs I need done, Ill definitely come back to ICC.

I was referred to ICC by my insurance company. The customer service was really good, the mechanics walked me through the whole process, super friendly, and I was receiving updates on my car through emails and phone calls. once the car was done, they actually detailed my car before I came to pick it up.really happy with the service.

They wouldnt even speak to me without getting my insurance company information. After they couldnt explain why this was necessary, I got a bad feeling and decided to go elsewhere. The girl on the phone was quite rude after I didnt provide the info, which tells me I made the right call 😐. I was referred here by Audi South coast plaza.

Im a young, single female. When something goes wrong on my A-5 I start to hyperventilate not only because I need a working car but because I don t want to get ripped off. The first time I went to ICC I needed my baby cleaned or detailed. They only charged my $100 and I drove away and have never had a cleaner more beautiful car since I bought it! That wasnt what made my day though. My bumper had gotten ripped off when parking and they re-attached it!! For free!! I died!! Today I had to bring in the A-5 because my window fell into my door. Angel was SUUUPER friendly on the phone when I called this morning and gave me a rough estimate, then called me back after researching some more to give me a real estimate on parts and labor. When I got there I was greeted by Angel, who was still super friendly, and I’m pretty sure he had been there over 8 hours when I got there. Andrew and Bryce, the mechanic periodically checked in with me to tell me what was going on and how much longer it would take. They fixed my window for half of what he originally quoted and were still SUPER FRIENDLY!! Ill never go anywhere else.

The car was repaired beautifully, was given back to me in absolutely stunning condition, and Anthony was outstanding returning my calls and keeping me informed about the repair.The only constructive criticism I have is the amount of time taken to do the repair. It was three weeks for minor damage to the front of my car, and paint touch-up to the rear. I anticipated three to four days.I will return in six months to take advantage of ICCs outstanding warranty program. and I will use ICC again, if necessary.

I got my car done here for insurance claim twice ..the first claim was about 10 years ago and it took almost a month to get my car back. The second claim was about two weeks ago . my car looks good but my passenger front window did not work and they did not fixed and tell me thats my problem not theirs.. Very bad employees..

I worked for ICC ten years ago and was impressed with the quality. In the business many techs say hes they are the hardest to work for, but these are the techs that like to cut corners. Being in the business and even a competitor at times with ICC, I accord them the highest honors in the business. They are only one of two body shops I recommend in Orange County. I am a retired Technician and I just had my car fixed by them because I know they do not cut corners. If you drive a nice car and you got a wreck you better get it over to ICC or you will get sub standard work. I have seen it all and I know what I am talking about.

Someone hit my car and when I brought it into ICC to get it fixed, they did it so fast. They thought it would take 2 or 3 weeks to fix but they finished it in a week! I also had some black sticky stuff stuck all over my seats which they cleaned for free. I had no difficulties with them. It all went so smoothly. Thank you!

I want to have more accidents so I can get my car fixed and serviced there! I love this place they are attentive to detail and are willing to help you get out of there as fast as possible! Mostly the girls are smoking.

I recently went to ICC to get my 2014 Mustang fixed after being rear ended. I was nothing but amazed through every step of the process. ICC kept me informed and knowledgable about what repairs were being done and when through phone calls and text messages: a great feature they have. Their service was impeccable and quality of work was nothing but 110%. I will forever reccomed ICC and will be a customer for life.

ICC completed my service sooner than I expected. The work was completed without any issues. ICC coordinated with the insurance company for the additional work and payments. I highly recommend ICC for future service.

I have, unfortunately, more experience with ICC Collision than Id like: twice in less than a year I had to have body work done on my car. To the same part of the car both times. The service experience was the same both times: excellent. In addition, the service adviser fixed an unrelated issue I mentioned to him without me even asking. ICCi didnt benefit in any way, and he saved me about $150 and a whole lot of hassle besides. Thanks ICC, awesome work.

🤦‍♂️As much as I was happy with their service last year, they made me upset after not taking care of the part that I told them beside they refuse to fix it. I highly recommend to review their wording on the paper you sign and double check the final job with a third party. They did put used trunk on my 2014 VW Passat WITHOUT my authorization. I know they are #VW #tesla #BMW and #audi certified butBE CAREFUL about what you are signing with them 🖊

Took my car here while on a road trip from AZ to Cali. A car rear ended me on the expressway. It was minor but since i was out there for two weeks, Geico recommended I take the car to ICC. Geico also covered me with a rental for the 4 days while my car was being worked on. Overall, they did a good job. They even gave me a free detail... so kudos....great job.

I very rarely write reviews, but sometimes I am compelled to by excellent service. I told my wife to take her Mini here to ICC in Santa Ana after a seemingly small rear ender. My insurance company estimated $1000 for the repair using another shop, including a reconditioned rear bumper. ICC took the car apart, found uni-body damage, and other latent damage, repaired the car at a cost of $5,500. While my insurance company fought the claim, we eventually prevailed and got the car fixed properly. Upon picking up my car, the VP at ICC took me into the shop and showed me a straightening jig used for the Mini frames and explained the process in detail. The car came out show quality, and I was very pleased to drive it home. I highly recommend using this shop based on my two separate experiences there (BMW 325i and Mini Countryman).

I was able to get an appointment 5 weeks after the accident. It has been almost a week and they cannot even give me an ETA. Someone hit my car from behind with 10-15 mph so this is not a serious accident. They operate very very very slowly. I will update my review once I get an update.

Dont waste your time, they take forever to return you a vehicle. Everytime you finally get ahold of someone all they say is there in this other process and this other one and other one.

I hope to never need a body shop again but if I do, I will go back to ICC. The front office staff are great, the shop worked directly with my insurance, and Tim called me with regular updates on my cars progress. It looks as good as it did the day I bought it.

I brought my car to repair the damage from an accident. I chose it over the one my insurance suggested because it was closer to my home and work. And I think I did make a good choice because they handled everything very nicely and kept me posted, and they found an hidden internal damage that was caused by the accident also. Overall, it was a great experience.

I returned twice to get a piece of molding replaced, because it kept falling out of its location. Each time they replaced it, it would soon fall out, so when I returned again I spoke to Sam Mirabile who was polite but tried to put the problem off on the manufacure which was BMW.I told Sam that I never had a problem with the molding until the repair was done, but he insisted that it was not them, therefore it must be BMWs problem.When I tried to explain that the gap must be too wide for the molding. He argued with me that it was not them, even though they did the repairs and installed the molding. Sam told me that I should go to BMW, but I said, Why would I go to BMW when you did the repairs. This is your issue not BMWs problem.After a period of debate they glued the strip inlace.The piece fell out the next day!Quality is not what I would say is there best attribute. I will not be back, too much of a headache.

Very expensive place to fix your car... Labor charge is very expensive.... And the service and very bad. Not recommend as you can find other places with cheaper price and better quality

Hi, I have had the worst experience here. I took my car in to get fixed for back bumper on 8/23/2016. I try to contact them to find status updates on my car. I dont get any results. Yesterday on 9/7/2016 I showed up to auto shop so I can get answers to status of car. When I went to see my car. I was astonished to find that there was damage to front bumper. There shop is careless. They have horrible customer service. My advice to you is to take your car to another shop. The only reason I took my BMW there was because BMW referred me. I trusted there judgement. Please be advised to save yourself the negitive experience.

Worst place to get your car fix. They take for ever just to fix bumper. Poor service . Please do not trust them. I thought they were Audi dealership but they not. They act like it. They dont work with any insurance company so. It take even longer. Do Not Deal with them.

I left my car at the Dealership and spoke to a very nice young gal by the name of Michileen, she told me my car would be taken to another place called ICC Collision Center. I never heard of them but she was very professional and I was at Crevier BMW so I figured it was ok. The next day I got a call from a gentleman by the name of Peter and he went over the work that he was going to do and told me what to expect. I was very impressed with the professionalism and friendly staff. A few days later I got a call from Michileen at the Dealership and she told me to come get my car. I had just gone to the doctor and couldn’t drive that day. I thought my car would take longer, it always does. She told me she would deliver my car to my home. An hour later she herself came to my home with the car and brought someone with her to take her back. I was so impressed by this whole experience I thought I would share it. These folks at ICC really went out of there way and made this whole car repair a wonderful experience. What nice people they are. I recommend this place and I never even been there. How about that?

My car was rear ended. geico recommended that i get my car fixed at ICC Collision, So I made a quick appt, they took me that day, And I had my car back two days later.Geico gave me a rental car. The car was reurned in excellent condition - like new. It even smelled like a new car.Thanks Geico for the referral, and thanks ICC for such great and fast service

Pretty disappointing to have my car delivered to me with my bumper still scratched and bent when this place takes longer and charges more than most places. Ill be back to show them what they missed, but wont dare leave my car there again to be held indefinitely until they get around to it.

Horrible customer service in trying to get an appointment or getting thru to your client advisor and receptionist. Not sure of my repairs yet, as I still await response to the first stage.
