ER Painting just took care of my car that needed some much needed TLC. Came in with my insurance claim which they did a fantastic job at taking care of the claim. Other shops that the insurance had recommended was literally 2 to 3 weeks ago with parts and staff shortage. ER was able to come thru with a good turn around time and amazing Job. Thank you!!

Eric and George at ER Painting Services took great care of us from start to finish. We called around several body shops in LA and Orange County before bringing our car in, and they gave us the best AND most transparent pricing of any shop. They also helped us work with our insurance company to cover some of the damages, and naturally, they did excellent work on the car. The repairs were spotless, and the paint blend is totally unnoticeable. The mechanics at ER really are masters of their craft.Everyone we interacted with at ER was kind, positive, and respectful. Even the rental car agency down the street spoke highly of them. If we need any more auto body work done in the future, we will definitely return.

I must say Eric and his team did a miracle on our car. Our car was involved in a hit and run, and considered pretty much a total loss. After not wanting to get rid of it and searching for shops I was quoted minimum 10,000 everywhere I went or they told me just total it without trying. The frame had to be pulled so it was a hard search. But once I found ERIC and his shop and he took a look at it he really put my mind at ease saying he can fix it and HE DID! Not only did he do a miracle on my car but he did it for LESS THAN HALF the PRICE. and being in a tight situation with financial issues and needing transportation Eric really took care me each step along the way in making sure things were done right and done way sooner than expected. I really wish I can give more than 5 stars! I recommend this place with two thumbs up!!! Thanks Eric my wife and I are back to normal with work and all!

I have a 2018 Infiniti Q50 Sport Model that was rear-ended Last month at a red light. The rear bumper and frame were damaged bad which required a complete replacement of the rear bumper, rear light, and some body work to the trunk. I also had damage from a previous incident on the right side of the passenger door and fender peeling paint.The team at ER did a wonderful job restoring my luxury car back to normal like it never happened. The whole process was all done within a week.On both of my repairs, Ive worked with Eric Reyna along with his Office Managers Chris and George.They are all great and highly professional, very accommodating, personable, and made me feel amazingly comfortable throughout the entire repair process with regular updates and suggestions on how to best complete specific tasks. Costs for completing requested work are always very reasonable. They worked alongside with my insurance to get the repairs approved and completed quickly.It was an incredibly stressful time especially with no rental coverage on my Insurance they offered to call the local rental place and get me their corp. discount and even gave me a ride to pick up my rental.I give this business a solid 5 stars and enthusiastically recommend! They are bilingual, honest, and family owned.

Ive had my 2014 Ford Edge in Eriks shop more than once. His team, are professional, provide great customer service, and their work is professional. Prices are fair, and hes very easy to work with. Erik and his team are such lifesavers! My beloved Prius, after 10 years, suddenly had paint chipping away on the drivers side door and windshield panel from a shoddy previous paint job I had no idea had happened.I was devastated, and had no idea where to go, and places were quoting me ridiculous rates that were way out of our budget. Erik got back to me with a reasonable quote within minutes of my email. My husband and I met with him and his wife Naomi same day within 2 hours of my inquiry, and Erik walked my through what they could do for my car.No only did he do minor touch-ups where tiny spots were rusting, but he also took car of dents in my drivers side door AND completely buffed my headlights to look like new, all within 3 days.I recommended him to my father-in-law, to get his cars dent and paint issues taken care of by Erik as well, and he went two days later, because ER Painting Services is definitely a place where they take care of family.BONUS ROUND: My Hybrid Battery DIED on me a week later, and Erik recommended Ace Hybrid Group in Stanton to get my battery replaced SAME DAY for WAYYYY less than a dealer.Erik is SUCH a lifesaver! I contacted Erik after I saw a referral for his business on The Next Door App. I was surprised when he answered the phone himself. He was attentive with the work needed and asked me to send him photos of my front right fender and bumper. He got back to me right away with a written quote just by talking to me on the phone and looking at the pictures I sent! When I took the car in, the price didnt change. I asked Erik if he could change out new headlamps I had purchased and he said he could do it free of charge. WHAT-no charge! I was sold! I knew I could trust him so I proceeded to ask Erik to take care of several other minor scratches and dings around the vehicle as well. He gave me a fair price for everything and the work was completed in just a few days. ER is family owned and operated and Erik does a fantastic job ensuring the work is done right. Wow where to start! Eric has to be the most organized body shop I have ever seen in my life. Hes cordinated his paint work is outstanding and blows caliber to pieces. The shop work is done quick and fast and the best part is the repairs are so affordable compared to any other shop you cant go wrong with this shop by far the best bang for your buck if your looking for a reliable shop look no further eric will get you tooken care of in and out.

This place has unbelievable service. I got in a car accident on my way home from work it was so sudden i didnt know who to call or what to do . i looked up places here on yelp . i even messaged other companies and nobody got back to me. But this company instantly got back to me which made my night 100 times better . He let me know an estimate and said i could bring it in the next morning. Even said if i needed a tow. I went in the next day and his front desk staff was so nice. I didnt wait long at all before he was saying hi and introducing himself to me. He made me feel so comfortable and stress free. He went as far as too offer me help from calling the insurance to giving me advice. He gave me options and let me decide the whole way through . he was not pushy or anything. So professional. We came up with a plan and he honestly followed through with everything he said from start to finish. Sending me updated pictures and when i called he was so nice about telling me what was going on. Aside from the front desk and the owner himself being amazing the service was even that much better i left the car the next morning and it was done it about 4 days !!!! Talk about fast and efficient service!!!. When i came to pick up my car it was freshly washed and it was getting waxed !!. That extra attention is what makes this company so awesome. Im glad i chose them. My car looks as if nothing every happened. I just want to thank staff and this company for making my horrible night into something stress free !!!. Highly RECOMMENDED!!!!!
