If you ever have the need for body work at all this should be the the last place you look.I was very impressed with not only the work performed, but the personnel that came with it. (I cant say enough) I was in a spot with a rental car that I had (unfortunately) damaged and Mario and Stephanie more than took care of me. On time and as estimated!!

Brought a brand new car (40k) in for repair, they left the wheel at a 45 degree angle, had to come back to get that fixed and I was told that the fix was a courtesy fix that they didnt have to, but they did for that one time... it was from the initial crash, it was supposed to be fixed. Also had to come back so they could fix the several screws left visibly loose on my fender. If you need collision repair, dont come here.

Recently had two repairs done for my new car at TFCC, and I can genuinely say that they are the best auto body shop in town! Their customer service and quality of work is top notch. Yoselin was amazing, she reassured me that everything would be taken care of and she was right! Having a car repaired is always an inconvenience but the team here made it easy. Im definitely coming back in the future if I ever have another problem!!

Super friendly family style body shop.

Mark Rosales a inspector in that place estimated us $1800 for a simple paint scratch on our car. No damage was done to the car and he told us that the bumper and the fender had to be replaced. We went to a different collision center and they only chraged us $500 and did a fantastic job on servicing us. Do not go to this place they will take advantage of peoples with no car knowledge and they will make you pay for something that doesnt need to be replaced. They are professional SCAMMERS! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. I believe we all make mistakes but we made sure to tell this man that nothing seemed to be damaged and he still insisted that we needed parts replaced. This guy is only looking for money and not satisfied customers.

I was referred to Top Finish to repair my vehicle from a collision by Farmers Insurance. I was very please with the repair. Very fairly priced, actually it beats out other body shop prices. There very good at communicating and are always nice and helpful.

Fast service and real nice people. My car looks better than it did before it got hit. They are very professional, courteous and I had the car back within three days of the incident. The owner is part of the Orange County community and he helps non-profit organizations thats why we prefer this auto body shop in Santa Ana.

To begin with, when I droped off my 2017 Civic that got rear ended, I was greated at the front desk by NELLY. She is so friendly and had all the paperwork and a rental shuttle available immediately. MARK, helped me out with the estimate and I really appreciate that he went out of the way to get me ORIGINAL PARTS (which was my first concern, and for my second concern) the paint job was a perfect match to the shimmery burgundy/red purple which is the reason why I bought the car. I am recommending this shop to everyone I know!TOP FINISH and their CREW is the best you can get in OC!! Dont bother with anyone else.

I had the worst experiance with them. will never go back again. All i got was the run around about two small issues that i had when i got my car back. they wouldnt help fix. then come to find out that they didnt use factory replacement parts from the dealer instead used cheap china stuff to repair my car with, which is against my insurance rules and policies.dont come here they will charge your insurance up the nose and fix your car with cheap china parts that will end up failing

Top finish collision does a good job in communicating with you but they dont return your car on time. i was scheduled to receive my car on a thurs. and its already been 4 days from the due date that i still dont have my car. They do a good job but they dont return your car on time. Its an incovinience at that point other wise they are pretty good at everything else.

Very disappointed! My car was supposedly cover by Top finish warranty for life on anything on any repair they do on your car. Totally a lie!! They would find any excuse on the car to not stand for the warranty. NOT RECOMMENDED! D-
