They didnt seem like they needed business, asked about a oil change they told me i have to leave the car for the day, cause that wasnt their primary services. So i found someone else.

Customer service excellent. Very professional and knowledgeable regarding transmission issues. The work was done well; the problem repaired and they even went above and beyond by fixing a minor battery issue and did not charge us. I would highly recommend service here.

Adrian helped me with my BMWs transmission. They did an excellent job and my car runs good as new, with a plus of an added 1 year warranty on it. I then took my car back to get some work on gaskets and the cooling system, they made my car leak free! Excellent service and Adrian gave great customer service. I will definitely come again, and I highly recommend to others!

I am absolutely thrilled with this AAMCO!! I was in cold sweat because my car didnt work and I had little money. My other mechanic was going to charge me $180 for a diagnostic! Theses guys did it for free!! They also helped me with a payment plan so I can drive the car today and pay it over the next few months!!! Chris, especially, was wonderful and walked me through every step of the way!! I trust these guys and feel they are good quality mechanics!! I would use them anytime and recommend them to anybody!!!

Anthony really went the extra mile to change my experience with auto mechanics. Not only was he concerned with getting my manual transmission car running at peak performance again, but he was concerned with me getting to work on time and provided transportation while my car was in the shop. I never expected this level of service from any auto mechanic. He also went out of his way to get a part for my car, same day, that hadnt been diagnosed, saving me around $200 (since the transmission was already out of the vehicle). I feel respected as a client and I am absolutely grateful for Anthonys honesty and customer-first work ethic.

Firs I was told that if I paid $150.00 they would diagnose the trouble with my car and tell me the total cost for the repair. I was then told everything could be fixed for $748.00. I approved the repair for $748.00. When I went to pick up my car it had the exact same problem. Then after 3 more days they told me that now they needed and extra $2,000.00 to fix the problem. They then said that the $748.00 was needed to see that I now needed to pay an additional $2,000.00.They threatened me. They told me in front of the police officer that they illegally record the phone conversations without letting their customers know. They charged my credit card without authorization. I had to have the Santa Ana Police Department come to the location before they would give me my car back.Stay away from this place, they are a bunch of thieves.

I called AAmco to get a second opinion on a repair that my dealership told me that I needed. (Major leak from the transmission cooler. Apx $2,500) I had been told. I called Dave. He said bring the car in Id like to take a look at it. The diagnostic was free. Dave called me back a couple hours later to let me know that there was no major leak found and that the only low fluid level was my power steering. I will take all my vehicles to Dave from now on. Its nice to have a honest shop to go to. I recommend that you take your cars here as well.

This place is great, fast, friendly and my Jeep has never run better. The owner is a Honest man. They have my business from here on out.

Terrible customer service and overcharge

Appreciate the honesty. After a mis diagnoses and astronomical quote for an alternator fix at the VW dealer, I called Adrian at Aamco and received a quote within reason. What really made my day is that after the initial test at aamco, there was actually nothing wrong with it. It was the battery. Went to oreillys and it was deemed defective and replaced at no charge! Thank you Adrian and crew!

They deserve 10 stars. Don’t go anywhere else. Anthony and his crew are aces!

Excellent sea food

Its been a week since I drop my car off and Dave keeps telling me hes going to call me but he doesnt. All I want is a time frame for when my car will be finished. Is that too much to ask for? Smh

They said my truck would be ready by Sat... And its Tuesday already. I really hate to bother them and call to know when my Tahoe will be ready, but I need my damn truck. First and last time dealing with these guys. I have to go ahead and call them once again because they assured me that my truck would be ready today. They havent called, so I have to be the one calling them. I would mention names but I blame the whole team and staff at this particular amcco. I want my money back plus money I lost due to their tardiness and dishonesty thats if its not ready by tonight. All 2500 dollars for the rebuilt of the transmission plus 500 dollars I lost due to work absence. We can settle this with a 750 dollar discount and put that money back into my dads visa.

Worst service, expensive and reckless, took too long to change engine mounts to my car and at the end they ended up installing a broken mount and wanting $120 just to check it, never going back
