I know nothing about cars so I was really appreciative of the mini lessons that Peter, the owner, shared with me during the pre-assessment and when we picked our car up. Honest, educated, professionals. It all started with a visit to fix a seat belt issue. We left the car to be inspected. We received a phone call shortly after letting us know the part had a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer and they suggested we take the car to the Honda dealership to be fixed for free. Since then, they have serviced our Honda, Mercedes-Benz, Chevy and Porsche. We are so glad to have found this facility.

My brakes were making a grinding noise, so I decided to take it here. I was greeted by Janet who was very friendly and professional. She then took my information and told me that the technician will be with me shortly. I sat in the waiting area and I can definitely say its one of the nicest waiting area compared to many other auto shops out there. They have snacks and drinks for their customers as they wait.Shortly after, I was then greeted by Peter who was the technician working on my car. He was very thorough on what was wrong with my car and really knew what he was talking about.My overall experience here couldnt have gotten any better. Everyone at Cal Auto Service was very polite and friendly. Very nice and clean inside and out. I will definitely be coming here again as well as referring others.

Took my car here to get an oil change and was very pleased with the pricing. $49.99 for full synthetic oil? I cant complain. I also got my air filter replaced since its been a while.Overall, my experience was very pleasant and satisfied. Will be coming here again.

My Mercedes had a “Auxiliary Battery Malfunction” displayed on my dash. Took it here to get a quote and it was way cheaper than the dealership was trying to charge me. Also decided to get my oil change since I was here. I was in and out within an hour.Overall, this auto shop is very professional, the workers are very nice and the prices are affordable.

An auto shop thats hidden on Westminster Ave. I passed by some time ago and noticed them putting up their OPEN NOW sign. Otherwise, easy to miss. Saw two EVOs on their lift and got their number to give to my boyfriend to check them out since he has an EVO too. I was needing an oil change so we decided to check this place out in person so my boyfriend could talk to the mechanic about fixing a few things.Their special on the oil change right now is $39.95 for my Honda Accord! Mechanic said its full synthetic and he changes the oil filter as well so Im game :)They have such a cute waiting area for customers! There was Keurig coffee, chips chairs and a TV (playing music videos from Youtube--- in ENGLISH, not the typical Vietnamese music you hear everywhere in Westminster).Within 30 minutes my oil change was finished, did paperwork and scheduled an appointment for my boyfriend to bring in one of his cars for repair.Congratulations on the new business and keep up the great work!

This place will fix it the 1st time. Peter was the quality control manager at a Lexus Dealer, so, he knows what he is doing. 1/2 the cost of dealerships. Two times the customer service. Stop wasting your time with dealerships that are trying to train rookies. Its a no brainer.
