I came to this service on a recommendation from a friend, after having visited my dealership. The dealership wanted me to change the break fluid and change rear breaks on a 2 year low mileage vehicle. I didnt believe them and came here. These guys explained and showed me exactly what conditions my breaks were and it turned out the dealership tried to sell me an unnecessary service. I still did some repairs on the car, at a much better price. I think these guys are very honest and they work on what needs to be fixed a d they dont up-sale you unnecessary fixes. I think they earned a new customer.

I took my Honda Accord 2008 to Key Nissan Toyota Honda Service for maintenance and engine and I was very happy with their services. The price overall to fix what is only needed to be fix is reasonable too. They did a great job and finished on a timely manner. A brief description of the picture that you are looking at that. This is my strut mount in two pieces it is supposed to be one unit. So they put it back on knowing it was broken and sent me on my way.It sounded like my front end was falling apart!It took them 9 HOURS to change my shocks and struts.I had to bring it to another shop to get fixed.DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!!

I took the car to the dealership and they quoted me an insane amount of money. Key Nissan did an excellent job at half the dealership cost. The car is running like new again!

These guys are the best. Took my aging Corolla to pep boys for an oil change, and they diagnosed a cracked exhaust manifold, saying to take it to a muffler shop, and it might cost up to $7-800 to replace. Made the drive to take it here, and they welded the crack shut for less than half the cost. My familys been coming here for 10+ years and could tell lots of stories like this. We trust them completely and have never had any complaints.

Randy is the best. This place is awesome! They really know what theyre doing. Came in with my scion xa 2004 for a clicking sound. Found under cover damaged and loose, which cause the clicking sound. Also, my brake and abs light came on. Got a replacement on my speed sensor.

Randy was very honest and to-the-point about my car. I brought my car in to get my front brake pads replaced with a Groupon I had purchased and I let him know that I needed both my air and cabin filters replaced in addition to my brake pads. He did an inspection and let me know I needed my rotors resurfaced and he asked me if I wanted to upgrade my brake pads from standard to premium.I passed on the offer and he was very understanding and not pushy at all! He even showed me how filthy both of my filters were after and I appreciated knowing what I was breathing and how my engine was handling that.In under 2 hours and $200, I had my front brake pads replaced, rotors resurfaced, AND I had my air and cabin filters replaced. He even followed up with me a day after to see how my car was running... now THAT’S great customer service!I highly recommend this place... affordable, efficient, and thorough. Have been to see Randy twice, once for the rear brakes and once for the front brakes. Both times work was done before promised and the price was incredible. Got upgraded to ceramic brake pads and had the disks turned down. I challenge anyone to go out and look for a cheaper price and service that great! Thinking of making this my go to service station.

I was raised with a healthy dose of skepticism when it comes to anything that involves more than the minimal, everyday financial transaction. Ive been using the dealership since getting my Toyota but wasnt thrilled with the impersonal, time intensive experience. I tried Key Nissan out for an oil change at first and was happy with the service, cost, and timing. Some time passed and I had a long road trip coming up and needed to prepare my car for many continuous miles of use. I shopped around and the cost combined with the prior positive experience led me back to Key Nissan. I was very happy with the outcome and my car had no issues during the roadtrip. Since then, this is the place I go to for my car needs. They are very fair in costs, excellent with communication, and I have never felt like they were trying to tack anything on just to make more money. In fact, when I was in a tighter financial place before the big road trip, Randy helped me determine what was necessary and what was good for my car but not imperative. I highly recommend Key Nissan. They know what they are doing, theyre friendly and trustworthy, and they are efficient and fair.

I took my 1997 Nissan Pathfinder in for major repairs: Front brakes, faulty brake light circuit, A/C fan switch bad, broken door latch, oil change, battery recharge, safety inspection, smog engine fault light, smog replacement parts, and smog inspection. One stop shop. All fixed !!! ...and I still have money in my pocket. Got my new 2020 sticker from the DMV. The Pathfinder runs great. Life is good. Thanks Key Nissan !!!

Prices are the lowest that I’ve found, but the quality of the service is amazing. They charged me exactly what I was quoted, and finished an hour earlier than they advised. Randy and Sonee and both very patient and friendly. I wanted to replace both my front and back brakes, but Sonee told me that I only needed to do my front brakes at that time. He advised me of other issues with the car, but was never pushy. These guys are really honest people.

Helpful and friendly

Needed the driver seat on my Altima replaced. The dealership stated that to replace the seat would cost nearly $2k as it is an original manufacturers seat. I contacted Key Nissan, spoke to Randy, and brought my car in on a Friday to get looked at. Randy found a used seat online, ordered it, and it arrived on Monday. The seat was replaced Tuesday, all for way, way less than what it would have been through the dealership. Thanks Randy and to everyone there at Key Nissan for the quick and excellent service!

Randy was very professional. Communication was thorough as well as the service. All work was done as expected. As with any older cars, there are many maintenance issues but you won’t find any hard sell or pressure like many other places after the routine inspection. I would come back here in the future. I own a 1999 Dodge Dakota pickup. I was having a problem with the engine stalling after about 10 minutes of run time. I had three different mechanics look at the problem, including Pep Boys. Pep Boys informed me that, since I was not getting a Check Engine light, they couldnt do anything for me. They didnt even bother to run a diagnostic test on the engine.I took the truck to Key Nissan Service in Santa Ana. After less than four hours, they were able to diagnose the problem. They repaired the vehicle the next day. the truck has been running great since. I would recommend them to anyone.

I dont think theres an automotive problem that Sunny cant solve. I had an old Honda Accord that a previous mechanic had cause some major problems on....Sunny rewired the electrical, re calibrated the timing belt and basically kept it running. He also charges fairly and is an all around nice guy. I take my Chevy to him now for basic maintenance. I would trust him with any car.

WHO GIVES CUSTOMERS DIRTY LOOKS WHEN CAUGHT MAKING UP STUFF? This place. I failed smog here for few reasons but there was no fuel leak like they claimed. I passed smog later that day at another place by the by. Anyway if you come here dont bring your trust because they will abuse it. Aka take your money for trying to fix things not there. I am saying this because they were ready to charge to fix a fuel leak they found which was really just spilled 5-30 from an oil change I did. Confronted with this I got dirty stare from old man working there. SERIOUSLY CHECK YOUR SKILL LEVEL IF YOU DECIDE TO COME AT ME LIKE THAT. Craigslist smog check fail. This smog could have been done much smoother if they didnt want to do it twice. Which they did. Ill continue doing my own work thanks for reminding me why again.

I have been a customer for over 30 years, and I have trusted Key Nissan with all of my cars, from Nissan to Ford( 10 cars) . Key Nissan is reliable, honest, knowledgeable and fair in price. They go above and beyond when it comes to your vehicles.

WARNING: Stay away from this business. The owner is out to get people. I took my vehicle there about two weeks ago and paid for a smog test. I was told to come back because the computer in my vehicle was not on and the vehicle needed to be drive for about 50 miles. I paid them for the smog test and took my car, drove it as instructed, and came back to see if they could smog test it or diagnose the issue. I come to their station (which is empty..probably for this reason) and he proceeds to go out and take a look at my vehicle. He attaches a device that notifies him of codes indicating what the computer is stating is wrong with the vehicle and then says.....you have four problems. Nothing else. So I tell him, Ive never been a shop where someone gives me such a vague and ambiguous comment. Can you tell me precisely what the problems are? He says, follow me. We go back inside to his shop and then he pulls my record and tells me Randy helped me last time (his employee...at this time I dont know he is the owner). Then he says I know the game you are playing? I said I dont play games. I want to fix my car. I went to law school. I play no games. He says you need to pay me $160 before I can tell you what is wrong with your car. I said, I paid you for the smog which was never done and now you want me to pay you $160 on top of that before you tell me what is going on? He spent less than 10 seconds in connecting his diagnostic device to my vehicle. Wanted almost $200 before doing anything. Then, I got upset and dropped an F bomb. Probably shouldnt of done that. He had told me all of sudden that there was no record of me in his system after I told him I would report him to the BAR (Bureau of Automotive Repair). He told me not to use the F word. I used it again. He said, leave my shop. Im calling the police. How is that for customer service? This guy should not have a license to be doing this to consumers. This is all I got to say. Stay away. There are plenty of other shops next door to him in fact that would likely be more transparent in dealing with consumers. This guy wants to get paid top $$$$$$$ for doing nothing and plays games as he says. I think he is projecting. STAY AWAY!!!!!! GOOD BY KEY NISSAN SERVICE!!!!! I HOPE YOU GO OUT OF BUSINESS SOON!!!!
