Beware of this Transmission Shop! I would ask before and after photos of the replacement parts. I read the reviews and people recommended this place they would says this shop is awesome and Ron is honest and all that. I called Ron to try to setup an appointment for me to bring in my truck for an accurate estimate. I actually know exactly what I Need it to be done. I have rear crankshaft seal is leaking need to be replaced and a transfer case is leaking also. I asked to do preventative repair. Since the transmission will be taken down. I asked to replace all the seals and asked for O.E.M Toyota parts. I asked for proof of the parts by taking photos before and after the replacements. Ron promise all that. But he need to physically see the truck. I asked when can I bring in the truck for an estimate he has to check to see if there would be available rack. So I said can you call me later to let me know and I can bring it in. HE NEVER CALLED. I was busy working and a week something later I called him again. I thought maybe he was busy and forgot. I refreshed his memory about my request. He recalled. I asked him about bringing in for the second times for estimate, he tells me the same thing that he has to check for available rack. I asked him which date he can have open rack that I can bring in my truck for the estimate. He said he would check and call me back. To this day I have not received any call back from Ron. If this shop is honest. My request would not be problem.

This is only my second Yelp review...ever. Like many before me, I arrived at Transmission Masters because of the great Yelp reviews... and Ron and his team did not disappoint. Using his diagnostic equipment, Ron immediately accessed the problem with my Lexus LS430 and gave me an estimated cost (a few hundred dollars) to repair my transmission within a matter of my minutes. Compared to the $6k+ estimate I received from the Lexus dealer for a full transmission replacement, I was more than blown away.Ron ordered the parts, which were received the next day, and he and his team completed the repair work within about 2 hours. I highly recommend Rob and Transmission Masters.... very profession, very courteous and very good at what they do. 👍🏾

TOOK MY 2003 HONDA ODYSSEY TO AAMCO AND THEY TRIED TO SCREW ME OVER FOR A USED TRANSMISSION FOR $2,500.THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR A PAN DROP INSPECTION $125.00! MY HONDA HAS A DRAIN PLUG AND FILL PLUG!!! LEFT AND WENT TO “ TRANSMISSION MASTERS “. THEY REBUILT MY TRANSMISSION AND REPLACED ALL MY MOTOR MOUNTS. $3,058 TOTAL!! MY VAN DRIVES LIKE NEW!!!! BEST DECISION I MADE. 👍👍 👍

Took Jeep to another transmission shop, said $1,850.00 for new trans. Next two places $600-650.00. Go to Transmission Masters fixed for $350.00 - best transmission shop in OC especially if you value honesty!

I’ve attempted to call this place multiple times but I get no answer. That’s unfortunate because this place seems like it has good customer service but it’s too good to be true

2012 Chevy Traverse. Transmission was double shifting between 35 to 65 mph when letting off the gas slightly. Dealer verified the problem but wanted to install a new transmission for $4,700.00. Ron recommended a special seal kit and followed up with a ECM and partial TCM (Control Moduals) software updates. My SUV is now very smooth driving. You cannot find a better guy the Ron. Cost was less the $775.00. 5 STARS TO RON AND HIS STAFF.
