They are not deserve with any rating. Just be careful when you cancel their service. They will never show up to pick up equipment and send you to collection. No one will even take care you from this terrible company!!!!
This has been a great service and they provide a good product! Also, the dispenser is nice and all for an affordable price-thank you Costco and Sparkletts for teaming up on this!
My delivery has been skipped for many times without any notice. I have to call in often to ask them when my water will be delivered. They are charging me almost $10 per delivery now. I’m going to look for a better company.
No water delivery since early July! No response to emails. Scheduled deliveries canceled and/or rescheduled without notice. Hours and hours on hold to speak to someone and then profuse apologies but still NO DELIVERY or followup except Bot replies for DM from Jose No call backs from area Mgmt as promised. Im a senior, finally had to ask someone to help me buy water. Bottles STILL waiting for pickup FOR WEEKS! STOP WITH THE BOT RESPONSES. SPARKLETTS ALREADY HAS ALL THE INFO NEEDED. Have filed with BBB
Our delivery service was perfect until May 2021. Since Sparkletts and Primo merged our water service has been horrific at best. First delivery was okay but came really late in the day and the driver made a rude comment to me when dropping off the bottles. The delivery guy came by for the second delivery and he dropped off only 2/4 of our bottles. He left them at the bottom of our stairs and then didn’t come up to collect our empties. We called customer service and they said they’d text him to have him come back. He didn’t come back. The next 3 days we called customer service and they said the same thing, “He will come by tomorrow to complete your delivery.” He never showed up. We ended up having to contact the branch manager who literally did nothing to help and said the exact same thing as the others. Eventually the delivery guy dropped off the other bottles about a week late.Now it’s time for our next delivery and they are late by 5 days again. We called customer service today and were transferred to a representative named David who just mumbled to himself for literally 38 minutes with no actual help being provided. He then said, “Oh it looks like your address isn’t even on a delivery path.” How does that even happen? He said he would transfer us to the account manager and after an extra 10 minutes on hold we figured we’d save ourselves the rest of our night and hang up. Even if we wanted to cancel no one will answer our calls! We are cancelling ASAP due to horrible service and customer service doing literally nothing to help. Sparkletts/Primo needs to either go back to what it was before these past months or reorganize. This is embarrassing for the company, and clearly I’m not the only one experiencing this recently.
Very dirty, cramped, cluttered.but, why would you come here anyway.. no, seriously... its a DELIVERY SERVICE. call them, have your water delivered to your door...the bottling plant is clean. isnt that all that matters.???
They never deliver their water on time. They say they are understaffed but can pick up the new customer line way faster than an already customer. They should be shut down!!!

The people answering the phone are unable to make anything happen, they contact a supervisor for you who either never calls back or calls once, says they will fix it and call you back then doesnt.We had a delivery truck at our building on Friday and he NEVER came to our office!!They conveniently do not have any phone numbers listed for their corporate headquarters - guess they dont care about their customers or the business they are losing. Only number I found online was for someone in charge of Investor Relations and that goes straight to a voice mail that says if it is a service issue call the 800#. There was some miscommunication in the begging, but it was resolved after talking to customer service. Our delivery person is nice and considerate.He lugs the water up our steep steps and respectfully places our water close to our door on our tiny landing so as not to bother the neighbors. Sparkletts is convenient. Our family drinks a lot of water. I hated having to go to the water store every other day and having gallons of water taking up space in the fridge. Everyone is happy with the water temps (crisp cold water and the hot water for tea/hot coco). Getting the bottom loading dispenser was the best decision.
Zero Stars!!! Sparkletts has the worst customer service!! No water deliveries suddenly. Zero notification, zero apologies, TONS of flat excuses. I cant believe they want you to pay for service you are not receiving without offering any kind of compensation. DO NOT use this service even though they are supported by Costco. I have cancelled my service.
Scam artist. Sends out used dirty and broken water dispenser to new customer. False promise on delivery window and unable to reach customer service. Costco needs to find a new water delivery partner.
Our water delivery is now 17 days late. They keep pushing back our delivery date every single day. Now today they said they’ll deliver on April 20th. A whole month late. Tired of this. About to cancel. Never had these issues with Nestle. Regret switching.
Constantly under staffed. A scheduled drop off/pick up appointment is rarely honored. -An insane amount of multiple missed deliveries with no advance notice or courtesy call about it either!Be prepared to have to follow up over and over after every missed delivery and hold for 57 minutes each time u have to call back to re-schedule just to be lied to in the end every time.Customer Service is completely pointless. They tell you what you want to hear but there is zero follow through. This is too much work, too stressful, too much time lost and never ending frustration. Oh and I just tried to call to cancel but their website AND their phone system are both down (which of course “may impact today’s delivery as well”) -Seriously unbelievable.
Since this was merged with Primo Water their customer service and delivery has been awful. This is the fifth time I haven’t gotten a delivery and of course it’s a holiday. They don’t backfill their drivers if their driver takes off for that holiday. I canceled my service and will be looking for another water delivery service that takes care of their customers
Multiple missed deliveries, no courtesy calls, all customer service calls go through Florida and cannot reach anyone at the branch. They missed my delivery due to understaffing. Told me I just have to deal with it until my next delivery which is another 30 days. This has happened multiple times. I let the first two go since we were in the pandemic but it’s obvious the leadership cannot figure this out. The customer service rep stated people were injured and on vacation. I’m trying to cancel my service but cannot get ahold of anyone to do so.
I heard Costco delivery from my friend and I stared to use their service. They let me picked a day to deliver the waters and the cooler, and they also emailed to prepare a place for the waters and equipment. But however, like someones said they just kept changing your status, while I had to stay home to waiting for them to come. I can see their delay in the future and called them to cancel my account. But not sure which water delivery service should I use instead
I have the most difficult time getting my water delivered. I registered with Sparkletts at Costco for almost a year now. Never had any problems. Since Primo took over, I have had such a horrible time trying to get water delivered. I have no idea what is going on. I call customer service and I’m told “I’m sorry” “your water will come tomorrow” and nothing. No water. Then I logged on to my account and my delivery changed to July 8th! Ugh! So frustrating! I’m having to buy bottle waters (spent over $100 now). I need a new water service. Any recommendations?
Ive had Sparklets for a few years now and its been great until a few months ago. As someone else said the service is horrible now. I can go a full month with no delivery of water. I get the phone call the day before and check the website. The website will say the water is on the truck and will be delivered, but guess what they never show up and just cancel the delivery and then give me another date but guess what its a no show. Ive called multiple times and they always tell me the same stuff that they will talk with the local supervisor but nothing changes. And to top it off they still charge me for the water cooler when I have no water from them to use it. Its the worst customer service around and I think they need to look into my local office and route. Its hard to believe they can run a business this way.

Protective too--when detecting anomalies in the condition of dispenser or variations--and mentioned this to me.DS Waters service reminds us how vital water is to life and its a true convenience to receive delivery directly to home. Thanks so much for this service for the last 10 years. They supply coffee and filtration devices too.So grateful for this company, service and for keeping people employees, trucks clean and providing a link to shut-ins or homebound people to good health via water. All things flow, when it does not the health suffers.
Our delivery had been on time until January this year and then it was 1-2 days late. Last week, we missed delivery altogether and the call center promised delivery yesterday (Monday). Nothing happened and the call center this morning cited that the Regional office instructed them to tell customers that delivery is far behind and to not expect delivery till the next scheduled cycle. No word as to whether by then the routes would be caught up or not. The reason verbalized was COVID. If this was April of 2020, this would be a valid reason but we have been in COVID protocol for 10 months and Sparkletts has not retooled their personnel and route-coverage? Sounds like the Regional office needs to reassess its overall operations. If this keeps up, they will lose another customer.
I have been waiting for two months to get a delivery back in December I called to get service scheduled for January and here it is February and still no water delivery. They scheduled a day and then rescheduled for the next day unknowingly having you waste you’re entire day waiting around just to find out you’re scheduled delivery is nomore. I’ve called several times regarding this issue and all the reps say the same thing either it’s low on drivers or they don’t have the coolers and they can reschedule the delivery. This is so unprofessional to have customers wasting time waiting all day for items that’s not going to get delivered. I also was suppose to receive several callbacks from the management and never called. This is the worst customer service I ever experienced.
We have been getting SPARKLETTES delivered for the last 2 years. They have the best tasting water and other products available on their website that you can have delivered. Our delivery guy is amazing and if we forget to leave our bottles out, he knows exactly what to leave us. Highly recommend!
I absolutely love the Sparkletts delivery system. Decided to give them a try due to always forgetting to refill my own 5 gallon jugs and having to carry them to my second story unit. It cuts plastic use. They are always on time and their customer service support is great. It’s definitely something I think is worth paying for an the convenience is unmatched.
Ive never been satisfied with service. I can go a month without delivery regardless how many times I call or to whom I speak. I even paid for 6 extra 5 gal jugs to store for when it all went sideways! Residents in the community in which I live are fed up and we are all looking elsewhere. Blaming the Rona and how people dont want work because they made more money sitting on their arses from stimulus money is not going to work. There are people out there desperate for work, GO FIND THEM! Regardless, Im done with Sparkletts soon as I get a replacement service!

I’ve had Sparkletts delivery to my Huntington Beach office since 1989! My delivery driver is awesome! He’s on time, friendly, responsive and Sparkletts is great because of Tom and I’m sure, many like him!
Have been using them for a few years now, but recently my water is always late. It used to come before 8am every other Friday, now I am lucky if I get it by Sunday night with no communication about it being late. They email me that the delivery will be today and that was last Friday. I have called every day this week asking where my water is and they keep telling me it will be delivered today and it is now almost a week later and I cannot get a straight answer when I should expect the service I am paying for, which is not cheap either...
I am very happy with the service. The delivery drivers are always on time and are kind. They are patient on the days I forget to leave my empty bottles. I don’t have to worry about when my order will arrive because you stay consistent with the delivery calendar.
I’ve been getting Sparkletts for about 6 months. I wanted to cut down on plastic bottles. I did not know how great it would be to have water delivered to my door. No more lugging around cases of water. I decided to get the hot and cold dispenser and it’s great to fill a thermal container and have hot tea or freezing cold water hours later. It’s tastes fresh and clean always. I’m not as young as I used to be and worried about putting that bottle up but happily received a bottom loading machine. No lifting, it slides right in. I could not be happier with the water, the dispenser and the service, who call you a day before delivery to put out bottles and allow you to add or subtract the amount you need up to the day before delivery. Highly recommend!
I have used this service for a number of years now. The delivery man is reliable and friendly. He has been very accommodating as my needs changed on occasion. From time to time I have had to contact customer service and have never been disappointed. the ladies I talked with were awesome. I am a very satisfied customer!

Sparkletts Santa Ana California branch needs to be replaced. My water delivery was rescheduled so many times I finally canceled and now I have been rescheduled ever day for 2 weeks to pick up the empty bottles snd water dispenser. I am still trying to get them to pick up their products. When you call for help the Call Center keeps repeating the same scenario: you are rescheduled for tomorrow and it keeps repeating every day. They claim they call the local Santa Ana branch who never answers and never calls me back. Just tell me we are not bringing your water and keep the cooler!!! They had the nerve to charge me for water I am not getting. I will contact Costco to promote a different water delivery company.

The water tastes fantastic. The dispenser makes it easy to swap bottles and the deliveries are smooth and uneventful. The communication and delivery reminders are good and not over-the-top. Made our switch to dingle use plastic seamless.
I was about to start delivery service since I talked to rep at Costco today but forget that. I see the same complaints over and over again. Something is definitely wrong here. Oh well... glad I did my research.

Water delivery is awesome and so convenient. The delivery is very reliable. I use the dispenser that gives me both hot and cold water, a cup of hot tea in an instant or a tall cold glass of water in a flash. I cant imagine not having this service.
Sparkletts is horrible. They never delivered any water after my first delivery. Promised to on 4 different occasions, never showed up. Cancelled service and they cant even get out here to pick up their equipment! Horrible horrible horrible

This company will rip you off they will over charge you, not make you deliveries when you request or show up when they arent suppose to, leaving bottles of water out to be stolen and hold you financially responsible, they dont stand behind, take care of or service thier equipment that is in your house and refuses to take responsibility when the equipment fails and blames the user. We had a leaking water dispenser that damaged our hard wood floors and the company refused to even assess the situation or offer any resolution or compensation. This local branch has a horrible rating and record and the corporate office will give you the runaround, sidestep and refuse to either answer or return call other than a call center that offers zero help. Avoid this company at all cost.
I was on hold for half an hour. When their gal finally picked up the call she had all the data and was quite pleasant. They have some combination of being under staffed and over worked. My delivery guy, Howard, was very pleasant, always on time but he retired and I havent seen our new guy for several weeks. Im retired so I like to meet and greet the people who come to my home on business. I think hes VERY busy these days.
WE WERE EXPECTING WATER DELIVERY ON MONDAY THE 28TH OF NOVEMBER, AND IT FRIDAY 12/2 3:30 AND STILL NO ONE CALLED US OR DELIVERED THE WATER,,, ALTHOUGH I HAVE BEEN CALLING EVERY DAY AND THAT DIDNT HELP . THE CALLING CENTER LOCATED IN FLORIDA AND THE ROUTE MANAGER IS IN CALIFORNIA PROBABLY ONE PERSON FOR SO MANY .. ITS A VERY BAD WAY TO RUN AND SURVIVE AS A BUSINESS. EVERY DAY THEY HAVE AN EXCUSE ... BUT TILL THIS MOMENT NO WATER ..
Just started my service with Sparkletts and they have missed the first delivery twice already. Called customer service and was told they are 500 deliveries behind. May not get my water for another 3 weeks! Don’t bother with this company, purchase your water somewhere else.

Strange about the bad reviews. I have had their service for many years almost 10 and its been the best water and best service. I tried arrowhead for a little bit because I worked for them. Service was horrible, water was nasty, and they kept overbilling me.No problem with sparkletts. I guess I just been lucky.

Could not get water service if I begged for it, kept telling me that they changed my delivery date and that it was coming the following daybut no one ever bothered to call me to tell me that they changed the date and when I asked why didnt I get a call their response each time was Im not sure, you should have received a call, this went on 3 times and when I spoke with the supervisor he didnt even apologized and gave me the same line. How is Sparklets still in business if they dont want our business?

Looks like Im changing from Arrowhead to Sparkletts. I was driving on Lampson in Cypress CA around 2:00 today. A chicken was in the road. The Sparkletts driver completly stopped to avoid the chicken. I know this doesnt sound like a big thing, but I loved how compasionate the driver was.
I️ love it deliveries always on point, don’t forget to always leave a note for your driver!!!! Some ppl just have bad experience with certain companies.
Horrible customer service. There is no follow through from this company. Cancelling my service due to the unprofessional demeanor of this company. They make a mistake in the amount of water they deliver but will not refund you the money until they are able to get a delivery person routed back to your house to pick up the water that was expressly not requested and that they were instructed not to deliver.
