Was charged $140 for a synthetic diesel oil change. All Jiffy lubes in the area charge $100 for the same service. Technician quoted me 25 minutes to complete the oil change, but took over an hour. Very dissatisfied with quality of service and attitude of technician when I questioned the crazy price for an oil change.

Long-time customer taking multiple cars here always do a good job always a fair price always fast service. People here are courteous and kind and very helpful.

I rarely write google reviews; however, this location is under new management. Lester is very polite, respectful and listens to your concerns. They offer fair prices and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of... unlike most places that want to make a few extra bucks.

They told to me to buy the engine oil and filter and come here to change it bought it from autozone called 4 times and they told us to come in got there at 3:56 they close at 4 with all the phone calls that they said come knowing the oil is at minimum they turned us a way rudely!!! Why would you waste my time on buying and coming here

I took my f350 diesel (they do not typically work on or specialize in diesel trucks) in and it was the best service Ive gotten in a while this new team took care of me and let me know what they knew as soon as they knew it. Asking if I wanted specific services done and letting me know what it would run me if I even chose to do so. These guys are up front and will help you out and if they dont know about something, theyll tell you and give you suggestions on the best way to get your problem fixed. Im definitely coming back

The guy who worked on my car was really unprofessional, kept trying to push expensive oil when I already said no a few times. Kept trying to push other things to sell me. He wasn’t polite and a simple oil change took an hour. I won’t be coming back.

So if u have a grandparent that is willing to change your oil, chances are they will get it done before jiffy lube will. I could put some monkeys in a jiffy lube uniform and teach them what to do, and theyll be quicker.......Update: 10/2 - after reading the response to my comment assuming from the owner, I emaed that email twice and have not received a response..... So I guess the the employees learn to be slow from their leadership.... It always starts at the top and trickles down

Spent half a day calling Uber Googling doing everything I could to figure out the best site for an inspection on my new car Im a driver with Uber this location came up on the Uber app the gentleman working here was the only person after my hours of effort to give me the information I needed which is that every Jiffy Lube is required to do Uber inspections for Uber drivers very helpful I appreciate them greatly thank you so much guys

Terrible service. I came into this location with over an hour before they closed and they turned me away because they were about to close. Rude and unhelpful. Both of my headlights were out and I was driving around in pitch darkness. Theyd rather have me drive around town unsafely than take the time to actually DO THERE JOB DURING BUSINESS HOURS. I took my car for Uber inspection, also I was going do an oil change and other services but after seeing his service totally never coming back this place . I enter to the Office didn’t see no one, after 20 minutes I saw a big guy eating hamburgers, no wonder he is so big . I asked if there were open and sarcastically said “ yes we are don’t you see the door open “” He was so rude !! . This place have a really bad service never ever coming to a jiffy lube again . I used to come this place .The rude big guy didn’t want to do the Uber inspection plus asked me to bring an inspection form . He could just do a copy from the one he had but he is lazy and fat that didn’t want to do it. This place deserve Zero starts and the fat guy zero too. Plus it wasn’t no one at the counter wait 20 minutes and the fat guy told me that couldn’t do it, because I need a form and He only do it Monday through Friday until 1:00 pm got there 1:15 pm. NO WONDER THIS PLACE HAVE A REALLY BAD REVIEWS, I WOULD RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE ONE DONT GO THERE. They must hate their job!

Very poor experience at this location today.My wife took the car in for an oil change. They pressured her to get synthetic oil when we wanted conventional, they gave her hassle about wanting to stay in the car. They were rude and disrespectful. Cant help but think that if I were there it would have been a different experience...We will not be visiting again.

Went there to get an Uber vehicle inspection and was told to get there before they close at 5pm. Got there and was rejected because they said they stop inspections at a certain time.You should’ve told me that over the phone when I asked and I wouldn’t have made a trip there if I had known I couldn’t get it done. If you’re working there, you should know your services you provide.

Quick and painless. Got in and out in less than 15 minutes. Went in for an oil change and they even accepted my $20 off coupon. They are doing the proper precautions for social distancing. They do not go inside your vehicle. waiting area chairs are spaced out. Once completed they hand you the sticker to place on the window. No complimentary vaccuming or coffee either just fyi. But over all during covid-19. They are doing their part in making things run as smooth as possible.

Jiffy Lube has taken care of my car since I bought it - 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser, nearing 350,000 miles!

This Jiffy Lube team has always been very helpful and honest with us. We had a lemon car (2007 Kia Spectra) - but they never price gouged us. They are very clear on what is necessary vs. recommended. Great customer service. When our car finally met its demise (a blown gasket) - they let us keep the car there for 2 days until we could settle some title issues prior to donating it to a Veterans Organization. Our other car has always had quick, clear and clean oil changes - super fast service that you can probably get done on your lunch hour.

I was serviced for an oil change which comes with your typical inspections of brake lights, brake fluid, etc on a Sunday evening. The mechanic failed to show me the inspection of my vehicle and did not breakdown what was done to the car, (in all fairness I didnt ask to be shown but they usually break down what was performed). I wish they paid a little bit more attention to customer service.

I have been to this jiffy lube over ten times and spent 1500 dollars over time until I was refused a top off even though I was within the 3000 mile policy I even showed him “Elmer” the manager a sticker showing I was still eligible but of coarse he pulled up an old visit that was 12,000 miles ago. Anther employee gonzo I believe his tag said even said he remembered me and the manager still refused to top it off. There are way to many places to go to even on this street save yourself the trouble they don’t do the right thing and don’t follow through on promises

Horrible customer service. I decided not to have my car fixed here because the guy John has an extremely bad attitude, and used very vulgar language. I walked out just as quickly as I came in. When I asked for a managers name, all he said was talk to Jose. A little advise to Jose...your supervisor, shop foreman or whoever that guy John is, really needs to be replaced!! Already contacted corporate regarding this under-trained employee. Walked out of this place and saw him arguing with someone else in the parking lot.

We went in for an oil change and they told us that we werent due for another thousand miles, but they still checked the tires and oil free of charge. I was very impressed that they let us know we were too early rather than do the oil change just for a sale!

I show up before 6:30pm I get out of my car I walk to the front hope someone will help me. I then wait for someone to be rung up in front of me. Finally get to the counter to be to told that I can not be seen because it will take 20 mins to turn on the compressor. They suggested that I come back tomorrow. Gee thanks. Where on the website does it say that they stop taking customers a half hour before closing? I must have missed it.

NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERETook my car in for an Oil change. $150 later I get my car back and its idling very rough. Bring it back to JiffyLube, the technician gets under the hood to look at it, and now the car wont start at all.Manager is trying to tell me that its a mechanical issue and that they didnt break the car. Really? Car is starting, your guy starts tinkering with the engine, then it doesnt start, and thats not your fault.Called the owners, left a message. No call back. Car is at the mechanic right now and I looks like Im going to have to sue these guys to get them to own up to their screw up.

I went for an oil change some kid said I didnt need it, put oil in my car and said you should get it done in a week or so? They wanted to go home early.

Customer service is horrible. I stood in the front lobby for 15MIN. before somebody acknowledged me. The employee thanked me for waiting because he said most people just leave. I didnt find it funny but apparently all the other employees did and started laughing at his comment. I normally dont ever write reviews unless I feel others should be warned. I reccommend you go somewhere else.

My girlfriend and I came here for an oil change on Monday 28th of April. At first we tried going to the Jiffy Lube on Harbor and 17th. It is the closest one to our house, but they close at 6 p.m. We called this Jiffi Lube and asked them what time they closed. The employee said 7 p.m. last car is at 6:45 p.m. We drove all the way down 17th based on his information. We got there at 6:35 p.m. The person at the cashier register rejected our business. We told him the conversation we had with an employee 20 minutes ago. He said he did not care and could not take our business at this time. He was very rude. Finally he said fine we will give you the manager special tomorrow. I felt like we where going to get a deal for the inconvenience turns out there is a huge sign outside promoting this MANAGER SPECIAL. They did not apologize for their mistake and had bad customer service. Worst part was as we where leaving another car arrived. They seemed to be friends with an employee. Lucky him his car got an oil change. We will never go to a Jiffy Lube again I recommend you do the same.
