We had a great experience working with Tustin Carpet. We recently purchased a new home and the existing carpet was in terrible shape. We stopped by Tustin Carpet and had the pleasure of working with Craig, one of the sales reps. He was extremely professional and helped us look at various options and pricing for carpet replacement. He then helped scheduled a measurement with Duke, the owner, at no charge. Duke came out to the house and took a measurement of all the rooms that needed carpet. Craig then followed up with us to provide pricing and availability for install. The whole process was very seamless, and we truly appreciated the professionalism of Craig and Duke. The installers showed up on time on the scheduled day and did a great job installing our new carpet. Were so happy with the completed work. We would definitely recommend Tustin Carpet to anyone looking to replace or upgrade their flooring.

We worked with Bob. He was easy to deal with and helpful.The install guys showed up on time, did a good job, and cleaned up when they left.Two bedrooms, one closet, hallway and stairs took them from 9:00 to 12:30 start to finish.Good prices too.

We had an excellent experience with Duke and his team. We had shopped around for prices on carpet, and Duke offered by far the fairest deal. He also struck us as far more trustworthy than any other carpet salesman we had met. We were so impressed with him during our consultation that we decided to consider him for our hardwood installation as well, and he also offered the fairest deal on that. Both the carpet and hardwood installers did an excellent job and finished the work quickly, efficiently, and with great results. We couldnt be more pleased and would highly recommend Duke and his team to anyone. You wont find better value for money anywhere... trust me, we looked!
