Great store with great customer service. I went in with my wife and they had a great collection of men and womens clothes. Janet helped my wife pick out some outfits for some events (casual and fancy) we have coming up. We will be coming back, thank you Janet!

I went into Whiskey and Leather at OnePaseo today and I was so put off by the customer service and just the overall atmosphere. I am born and raised here but for the last 7 years I have lived in a small town in Northern CA and this store reminded me exactly why I moved.As I go to walk in, both girls that were working were standing right in front of the door and gossiping about something. I was so uncomfortable I even stopped and the girl said “oh sorry don’t mean to block you” when in my mind I would think “hello welcome!” Would be more appropriate.I continued to walk in, looked at a pair of pants, went over to the little kid section they had, and then to the jewelry.The girls started to walk back as I was walking out and not a single word as I left.If you are selling HIGH priced items you better have a high quality of customer service, and unfortunately they do not.

You can’t beat this store! Need something for a night out or a casual outfit? This is your place! The owner is great and is always updating what she has. This is a must stop for Xmas shopping! ❤️❤️❤️

Pushy sales people and a store credit only return policy... don’t waste your time. Go spend your money on these expensive brands other places; you can get them online without the hassle and a better return policy than hereEdit: the company has contacted me and issued a refund for my purchase. I appreciate the swift customer service that resolved my issue

Update: I cant believe how quickly the mgmt staff responded and took action to my review! Within a couple hours they remedied the situation (which was completely unexpected). Considering the pricing issue was my only concern with my prior review, Ive updated it to give them 5 stars. I love shopping local, and their response shows how important customer service is to them. Well done! Ill be back to shop again!This is a really cute boutique, however, I was put off a bit with their pricing (overpriced). I picked up the item pictured below, but there were 2 prices on mine; one printed on the box for $12.95 and the stores label for $15 (if you look closely you can see the $12 under the sticker in the upper left corner). I purchased the item and was charged $15...I asked about the price on the box but was told that was a mistake. I thought they should have honored the price but didnt.
