Williams was here within an hour of my call to him. He was very professional and abided by the Covid-19 protocol. It was obvious he was very proficient in repairing my Dishwater. He went right to work and within no time at all had replaced the soap dispenser and reset the dishwasher so it fits within the cabinets in a more visual manner which was more appealing to the eye. Was a little late for the appointment but identified the problem quickly on our dishwasher and made a quick repair. Gave me straight info about problems with our refrigerator and stove as well (love KitchenAid) and told me what it would cost to fix issues with the ice machine and stove turning off by itself in the middle of a bake.
