Absolutely fantastic work. I decided to go with Tri-county auto glass because they quoted me a good price, and were really professional on the phone. I’m so glad I did!I was a little confused at first why it would take 3 hours, but the owner explained that it is really important to let the windshield to adhere properly which is why they keep the car a bit longer to make sure the installation is perfect and safe.In my case I was extremely grateful, because the previous owner had installed the wrong windshield and did not use adhesive on the upper half causing a leak.Outstanding work, great price, and I’m so confident that my car is better and safer than before.

What a professional staff! Jody the excellent manager who knew every detail, and what questions to ask. I didn’t know that there were so many options; but she did! And the staff that took the time to explain the process. My car was calibrated for my A.D.A.S. (driver assistance) and my rain sensor. And they helped me process this through my insurance. 10 stars also to the install crew who were very friendly. At it was conveniently downtown too next to a coffeeshop. Thanks again guys !!!!

Had a broken sun roof replaced. NEVER give them your credit card up front!! Worst level of communications ever, failed to get documentation from insurance company, then bypassed and proceeded to process my repair as a cash repair without my specific approval resulting in a charge ~$500 higher than the estimate provided by the insurance co., worst level of communication EVER!!! The repair itself was flawless.

Jodie and Juan are the nicest staff members Ive come across. They made sure I got the best service. Everything was done on a timely manner. I would greatly recommend their workmanship to others. I made an appointment to bring in a specialty car that has undergone a high end restoration. The installer was really rude right off the bat and was angered by the fact that I had a specific simple request about the installation (applying sealer in the corners). It ended up being a total waste of my time for what was really actually a simple job. Dont waste your time wit this shop if you need any high end or specialty work.

So conveniently located downtown, next to Dune Coffee Roasters [old French Press]. James and the team will get the job done for you! Even if you drive a 72 Pantera!

A leak in the back window of my car was pouring rainwater into my back seat, and the dealership wanted $120 just to diagnose what the problem was. The guys at Tri County looked at it for free, and fixed it for less than the dealership wanted just to look at it. And they did it next day. Its been a few weeks and has rained multiple times and the back window is still dry as a bone. They were also really friendly people. Ive recommended them a bunch of times now.

They were able to replace my windshield at nearly $100 cheaper than what Safelite quoted me. 3 hours to replace the windshield and it was good to go. Drove it home on the freeway and its looking good. There was a slight miscommunication regarding pick up, but I was able to get there and pick up my car in time. Service was friendly and instructions on windshield care were clear.

Everything was PERFECT! My passenger window was shattered during a trip to LA and I needed to get it replaced ASAP.I live in Goleta and called 7 different auto glass locations, no one else had a Yaris window in stock.They were fast, efficient, and friendly. Theyre located right behind the French Press, it was a great place to wait. They even vacuumed out the rest of the glass bits I couldnt get to, without me asking. Ill recommend them to everyone in the future!

Prompt and professional. I had a freak accident shatter a window, my auto insurance covered it but required me to go to Tri-County Auto Glass. I was hesitant but it was easy, quick, convenient. When I returned my car at the end of its lease, the auto company never noticed or mentioned the replaced window.

Very rude. Called to get an estimate. They wouldnt even look at the crack they just want the year, make and model so if it is a small chip or a huge crack it is the same price. Not ethical. Most repair places will give a free estimate based on the extent of damage. Then he hung up on me.

I was on a cross country road trip when I encountered road debris that damaged my windshield severely. I was on an extremely tight schedule and they took my vehicle, and had it done within a couple hours. Great service, very friendly staff.

WENT TO ORIGINAL SHOP NOT THERE MOVED TO LAST SHOP I WENT TO & HAD BAD EXPERIANCE,WAS SCEPTICAL BUT WENT FOR IT THEY SOUNDED LIKE THEY KNOW WHAT THIER DOING, GOT OUR WINDSHIELD INSTALLED LOOKED GREAT ! WENT DOWN SOUTH ON EXPRESS WAY,HEARD LIKE A BEE SOUND, WELL BY THE TIME WE GOT THERE ONE OF THE SIDE PANELS POP OFF I WAS FURRIUS,TOOK CAR BACK, THEY STOOD BY THERE WORK & FIXED IT NO QUESTIONS ASK.TEST DROVE CAR QUIET AS IT SHOULD BE VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!!

They broke my car, left the plastic over the rear view damaged and the lane assist broken. Acted like it was my fault when I brought the car back.
