My wife got a tattoo, my son got a tattoo and my youngest got his ears pierced. The owner was really nice. Two of the artist were really solid. Good line work, creative. This is a cool little shop. If you are looking for a chill spot and good work, this is the place. Oh and for you hip hop heads, YG got some work done here, and some other local rappers. Chill spot, if I recall I will post pics of the work.

My friends and I had such a good experience here. Brenno was very thorough and clean and he took his time! He did a careful job and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. The artists here are really kind and friendly! Id definitely come back!

Came in one evening in January when we were visiting from out-of-town with our daughter, who wanted ear cartilage piercings. We had tried a place on State Street where the owner rudely told us that she was too young for such work (shes 11, and we disagree), so we found Slanging Ink. I dont remember the names of the people we met there, but they were all extremely good to us and our daughter, and the piercer was very professional. Good work, good experience.

Sergio did an amazing job on my nose peircing! He made me feel so comfortable and was very patient with me to make sure it was put in exactly the right spot that I wanted. He worked fast, the shop was clean, the price was great and everyone there was nice. Would recommend to everyone I know.

I called spoke to a person & they told me to come in as a walk in after 3pm. I get there at 3:06pm & the closes sign was up with no one there. I tried to call and phone goes straight to voicemail. Really upsetting since I traveled on bus from far. Not cool at all.

Have been getting all my work done here for years now. Artists are good at making sure of what you want and explaining why and how certain pieces will and wont work before hand. Never leave unhappy.
