I want to start off with saying that if not for the sales manager Marie, I would have ever found a wedding dress. Panache in Santa Barbara was my second wedding dress boutique and thank goodness for Marie, the last. When I arrived, I was exhausted from the previous shop and not a very enthusiastic bride. However, Marie was attentive and instantly put me at ease. Unlike most bridal boutiques, she was not overbearing and allowed for me and my friend to look through the entire boutique and choose dresses that we liked. Funny enough after trying on the majority of dresses we picked, I wasn’t finding the one.After helping me for over an hour try on dresses Marie should have been exhausted and given up because I know I did! Instead she knew exactly what to do. Marie went into the sea of dresses with my friend and found my dress. As opposed as I was to try it on, she ensured me that I would love it and it was in my price range. Thank goodness for her patience and attention to detail, because the dress was and is perfect. Marie’s help didn’t stop there, she ensured I was on track with scheduling and receiving alterations from the wonderful, Susie. With their help the dress was ready and perfect for my wedding day. Best piece of advice to every bride, go to Panache and find Marie she will make your wedding dress experience a stress-free success!

Could not say enough nice things about this shop. Not only were the girls so helpful and easy, but they made the whole experience really fun.I really felt like a princess! They also are one of the only stores that carries some designers which are AMAZING. I ended up getting a dress by Inbal Dror and all the alterations after were super easy.if I had to go back and buy another dress I would definitely go there again!

I absolutely LOVED my experience with Panache!!! Marie and Susie. They made my experience incredible :) Marie helped me find my perfect in budget dress (it was nothing like I thought I wanted, but she knew!) and Susie was a complete joy to work with on the alterations. These ladies made us feel so special throughout the whole process and I really appreciate both of them. Lovely shop with friendly staff. As a plus size bride I was nervous walking in but they had no concern for my size and gave me free roam of the store knowing we would find what I wanted in my size. Made my experience very comfortable and found my dress!

Beware: All dresses here are $1,500 and up. I was looking for a simple wedding dress, but it seems like everything these days has sequins, glittery buttons, or too much be-dazzle. The staff is awesome and very nice.

We really enjoyed our experience at The Panache Bridal Salon. Our wedding dress consultant, Claudia, was so friendly and helpful. My daughter found a beautiful gown at a good price. The shop is gorgeous. Thank you Panache!

The Panache team and staff was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, honest and classy. They were patient and accomodating. Pearl invested the time to get to know me and helped me find the perfect wedding dress! This is a MUST SEE and EXPERIENCE shop for any brides to be.

I was disapointed that the sales lady was not knowledgable, she didnt know how to put a veil on and she didnt seem to want my sale at all. She was texting her boss to negotiate a price for me and never got back to me on the final answer as she said she would. I completely missed half of the showroom because she only told me about the back part. And she sounded like a broken record, asking me the same questions with no enthusiam. I took a day off to travel there and was extremely dissapointed especially because I really loved one of the dresses I tried on.

Its a Beautiful store with a very nice bridal collection .
