Big hearty sandwich. This was really nice. Ah fresh with perfectly baked chiabata. The roast beef had an amazing flavor and wasnt too salty. The cheese peppers and other ingredients were also very fresh and well placed. The real star though had to be the Sriracha aeoli. Damn good with a nice kick.

I loveeeee the Little Miss Piggy 🐷 sandwich!! I always eat it before I remember to take a picture but I highly recommend. The place is small and because of Covid they only have a few tables outside that are a litttttle too close each other in my opinion but not bad. If you call ahead, just walk right in and check the stand next to the register for your sandwich and it should be sitting there. If not, go ask!

Metropulos Fine Foods Merchant is an adorable fine grocery store and deli. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great selection of cheese, pasta, wine, and prepared food. The salad I ate was really good, and the fudgey brownie was amazing.

A fantastic experience as a customer. Browsing when approached by owner. Told of our train trip the following day. She got to work and put together a cheese and meat tray (portable) and even gave us an ice pack to to keep things chilled overnight. With a bottle of wine it made our trip home on the train a delight.

Best selection of cheese and meats in the Santa Barbara area. Can I come here once a week for my charcuterie supplies.

They have beurre de baratte!!! They also have a great selection of interesting wines, cheeses, olives, dry goods, and other delicious items.

Awesome little deli and market, packed with Italian deli meats, cheeses, desserts, wine, and miscellaneous food. The submarine sandwich was great, as was the BLT+AC. Everything tasted super fresh and the portions were perfect. Btw, some of the best cheesecake Ive had in a long time. Plenty of room and shade on the front patio too.

Anytime we are in Santa Barbara we stop here. Such good sandwiches, great salads & sides, and selection of artisanal food goods. The folks who work here are so kind as well! I recommend the Italian job & cheese plate (plus wine !)

Fantastically delicious Mediterranean food. I had the gazpacho which was absolutely flavorfull and refreshing . The pasta salad and the caprese were both done incredibly creatively and well. If u need a quick bite to eat thats healthy and delicious youll love this place. It is not cheap fast food, but your kids dont need to college.

One of the best places in town for a sandwich, usually busy but still seems to be quick, all with a relaxed romantic vibe. Everyone seems to love working there, employees are always on point with service and nice. Have been inspired to make some of the food Ive got from them, and I have yet to find something on the menu I did not like. Deli case is small but tasty, the pastries are amazing. Grab a baseball sized chocolate dipped coconut macaroon and a half of any sandwich without breaking the bank.

The lamb gyro was excellent. Lots of really refined items.

Amazing, nice, cheerful staff helped me with everything I needed (everyone was happy to help me out) and i got some cheese, sardines, wine and chocolate covered figs! Super excited to try all of this stuff, thank you metropulos!

Skip all other sandwich places in SB because Metropulos cant be beat!!! The place has some great European vibes and its always busy. You can pick up supplies for a cheese board, find a gift for your foodie friends, or prepare for a picnic here. Its not open Sundays, which is of course the day I always want to go, but when I do make it there, Im never disappointed.

Stopped in on vacation. Avocado s The Rooster, BLT, specialty sodas. A great break from processed food off a semi truck. Everything was fresh, creative and delicious. The digs in chocolate were amazing.

Metropulos is a great neighborhood deli and market. Its in the heart of the Funk Zone and has a great Santa Barbara feel. The food is very fresh, and there is something on the menu for everyone.You can bring a group of friends here and everyone can find something.

Great sandwiches, beer and ambiance. A mellow lunch spot when your in the funk zone. Ive never gotten hassled for parking in the parking lot across the street either.

I had Metropulos Fine Foods Merchant with delivery. It was good, taste great, cheese naan is . Only little complain Ill have is it said delivery wouldve taken 30-40 minutes while mine took almost an hour to get here (59 minutes if you want a precise number lol). But like I said, food itself was great.

I get a sandwich here about twice a week. Theyre very good. Sometimes the service is disorganized and sandwiches can take a while and their service isnt the warmest in town.

This place seems to be more of a sandwich shop with some grocery items rather than a grocery store with sandwiches. The sandwiches, though, were very good and there are lots of options for both hot and cold sandwiches as well as drinks of all sorts including beer and wine. The prices were also more reasonable than I expected.

Sleeper for a great lunch. I always try the daily special. A nice bike ride for me and worth the effort. Come check out this Santa Barbara foodie hot spot. Cant wait to return.

I got the OMG sandwich. I really enjoyed it. This is a cute deli with a large sandwich menu, plenty of drinks to choose from, and a selection of unique grocery items.

Get the Harissa bomb. Its one of the greatest sandwiches Ive ever had. Ive spent years trying to replicate it myself, and while Ive sometimes gotten close Ive never quite got it.

This was a cute hole in the wall with nice scenery that we stopped by. Most the food here was greek which im not a big fan of so i decided to split a turkey sandwich which i didnt like very much but the people i split it with did. The employees here are very kind and welcoming.

One if my very favorite sammich shops in Santa Barbara, not your typical deli. The sammiches sold here are uniquely crafted with prime ingredients and flavours from all around the world. I reccomend the Bhan Mi, OMG, or the Gyros!

Dee-lish! Place is really good. When locals recommend a place u hafta go. And literally right as u arrive in the neighborhood.Theres a selection of drinks even non-alcoholic.Stop in eeryday sorta place. Baguette, wine, charcuterie, sweets, deli, meats, cheeses, sweets & all sorts of goodies.And its like sitting at Rass Cass in Monte Carlo is the only way to describe sitting outside (I still havent been in Monaco but thats how I felt).
