No bathroom. Beautiful play area for kids. Paths for hiking, including one that is cemented like a sidewalk easy for ♿ and walkers. I took a stoll around 4 and saw lots of squirrels even bunnies 🐇
Well it sure has changed over the years, I miss Red Robin and the corner deli, but looks like they are trying to revamp it so might be like the good old days again sometime
Lots of empty spaces but dept store is cool
Miss the old times where there were lots of stores such as bath and body works, Victoria’s Secret, forever 21 . Still a nice place to take a walk. I noticed they don’t have music anymore. Bring back the relaxing music that played outside :(
My mom, my hubby & I had lunch/dinner at The Habit. I got a salad & chicken sandwich & it was so good! Absolutely Perfect! I Love the Habit
A lot of empty stores, but the remaining ones have quality wares. The old Sears area is abandoned right now and can serve as a suitable off leash dog walk area. Perfect for those learning to drive as there are no cars or people in the adjacent lot.
What happened to this once glorious mall? Used to be treat to go and shop and enjoy the restaurants. Mall owners failed to read the times and keep up with peoples likes. 😭
Nice stores some are pricey but Love the stores and restaurants.
This used to be a wonderful bustling place to visit - with lots of options. It is now a sad ghost town with not many options for the average person to shop. They scared away all the fun shops or anything us working people can afford. Its very sad. They used to have kiosks, live entertainment and shops such as bath and body works, Express, Lane Bryant, The body shop, Pac Sun and so much more! Now Macys, Plaza Deli, Star Buck, islands and few others are holding this place up. I Dont hardly even come here any more. I wish they would realize that most people in Santa barbara are working people and dont belong to the Rich and famous lifestyle. Dont forget about us were the ones that keep this town ticking!
Great selection of stores and places to eat! Bristol Farms is right around the corner of one of the best Habit locations for outdoor dining, and best of all there is almost always parking spaces because the lot is massive. Would definitely recommend stopping by this Plaza if you ever in the area.
Well it has gone through its ups and downs over the past few years its a nice little shopping center with a growing number of shops. It has ever changing outdoor activities such as over sized chess and others.Best of all, its not very crowded.
Very disappointed in Panda Express again. They keep shorting me on the side I order (brockley and beef) All brockley and no beef. And then when I bring it to the attention of the manager, she reluctantly gives me the beef I paid for with no apologies, and a look of defiance in her eyes. Im done with this place. Happened to many times over the past 2 years.
Went to J.Jills for a dress for wedding reception. Absolutley great sale and I love my new dress! Thank you!
Easy parking. Fun trees. Co resteraunts
Starbucks! Love Starbucks! I am disappointed with La Cumbre Plaza itself... the parking lot has very little lighting as some lights have gone out and have yet to be replaced. Its dark and I am not too comfortable going there at night. Its been weeks! Please fix that for the safety of employees and customers!
Lots of parking and great food options!
Cool spot, nothing special but pretty useful
The plaza has almost everything that you may need from a grocery store to Tesla charging stations. There is also a Target near by as well.
I love la cumbre mall! Ive lived close my whole life almost and theres good shopping 🛍 and great places to eat! Bristol farms is right across the way now which fun to!
So sad this area is showing so many vacancies...darn covid!
Its always been a nice place to go. I like the new Bristol Farms market. Very clean and lots of cool stuff there. The scones and olives are really good.
Good sales going on at Macys this 4th of July. 💥🇺🇸🎉
Loved it. Lots of sales
Awesome, wonderful restaurants and great service 👍😀
Such a disappointment. I dont know what happened to this place. They have a few nice stores like Pottery Barn and high end William Sonoma but other than The Lure the place is a ghost town and hardly worth visiting. Such a shame. It was so great in the 80s lots of hustle bustle back then fun shopping similar to Paseo Nuevo and you almost always ran into people you knew...now its a total bomb.😥
We enjoyed our Bristol Farms lunch! Tasty!
So sad to see another liberal city lose shopping due to overwhelming homelessness
Neat but just not my cuppa.
Needs to draw some high end stores
Could be a beautiful shopping center, but everything is closed except a few stores. They need to fill the vacancies and it would be perfect
Nice spacious, 🚭outdoor Mall, 🎶🎵🎶 atmosphere stores are very plzing for your buisness as Usual ...mallRat ♌RDanoah D...⚜️🤟🏴☠️aloha
Hi Owner!Glad you asked - here’s what I’d love to see. How about a locally owned normal pet store? How about a hardware store? How about a small theater since we already have the mall open for dinner? How about a fabric/craft store? How about a book store? How about an antique mall? How about an old school video arcade? We want to go to a mall for fun, to buy things we need without turning endlessly to a big box store and we REALLY want locally owned businesses. We want our old La Cumbre Plaza to come back to life.
Great food at good prices. Excellent service.
Great shopping experience!!! Nice selection of stores! We really enjoyed the ease of parking as well as exiting the mall. Found some really great deals, wasnt overpriced like one would imagine!
Great place to Shop and grab some Food. Also you can the Fam to Church at Word of Life and meet People who Love God and Welcome Everyone....Blessings Yall.
Hands down, no question about it, the absolute finest in every type of food there is. I strongly recommend the prime dry-aged New York steak whenever its available.
Fading mall ...Maceys not much else
Kims Nails.....go see her!
Great updates to outdoor spaces
Great place to shop for clothes and perfume
The remodel is gorgeous. The blasting, blaring awful music makes it just about unbearable to be there. I try to go after the music is turned off, evening strolls with beautiful, contemplative silence is off the charts wonderful. Why such awful music at full blast? Dont they understand consumers with real money to spend will be totally turned off? Perhaps teenagers like it ( I doubt it) but how much money are they going to spend? At least make it Classical, and Turn It Down.
Nice area to go for a walk and to check out stores
Good place to fast charge a car.
So many of stores have closed up
Its a pretty awesome place to relax and just walk around
The mall has a variety of shops and services. There are eateries which share the same parking lot and it is convenient to the 101 freeway. This has been a beautiful mall for decades and one of my favorite places to relax, window shop, and people watch.
Its a largely-outdoor mall; well laid out.
I wish I could give this place 5 stars but I cant. People dont know how to drive in there and yet it has a simple layout. The main attractions here are Big 5, Ross, Petco and plenty of places for food and drink. The biggest problem is the Smart & Final. Those people who come here just for that are the biggest hoggers in the lot.
I always stop here when passing through Santa Barbara. Chevron gas station is here and now The Habit for a quick burger on my way back to LA. Been stopping here for years and have seen many new additions to the plaza which had started to become a rather dismal place. The Habit and Bristol Farms are relatively new additions. Even in this Covid-19 era the plaza seems busy although the shell that was Sears still awaits rebirth.
Many choices for grab and go dining, picking up online retail orders and now in store grocery shopping at Bristol Farms but parking is quite tight. The entire lot has reopened as the construction has finished.
Dying slow death. Hang in there Wm Sonoma, Pot Barn and Macys. We need you all.
Nice shopping & restaurants here
Went to Williams Sonoma. Great place for specialty cook items.
Love La cumbre, the best of the best!!
Miss Tiffany & Company, and Ruth ?Steak House.
Great place. Lots of neat little stores. We especially liked the plaza deli. Great sandwiches & a lot of different drinks. Not your normal Pepsi & Coke products. They had different brands of Cream Soda (my favorite) & black cherry(another favorite). They even have a daycare center if you have young children.
Not much anymore in the way of shopping. Macys; not great. Biggest draw, the Lure pricey but good food
Very nice place karina perfect job
Did someone inform La Cumbre plaza that they closed?
Live nearby, and I enjoy walking up there. Shops are good.
Mostly closed. Clean. Nice walking. Not sure how long it will survive.
This place sucks. Lame outdoor mallWould rather drive 45 minutes to Ventura and visit Pacific view mall.
Good place to shop n eat
It seems to be getting smaller...... but Lure is a great place to eat!!
Luv this place😃
My favorite spot to go escape from downer state st.
Open parkin everything pretty much located super close and makes it a one stop shop
Macys and other stores I shop at, nice parking lot with security.
Not doing too well. I patronize Bristol Farms and the restaurants.
This place is sad. It used to be really popular about 15 -20 years ago. They tried turning into a high-end shopping area for the rich Montecito stay at home grandmothers, ignoring the local demographic. Santa Barbara has NORMAL people, who want NORMAL stores...not pottery barn. This place is a ghost town with most of the shops vacant. The only popular place here is the Lure Fish House...thats probably about it.
Love the area ......but add more stores why are you trying to make it upscale shopping when clearly no ones going anymore add fun activities movie theater arcade?? Make old sears into small stores inside to have kids go tooIm sad bc the area has so much potential but such little resources :(
Great places to eat and so many wonderful art gallerys with local artists
Great sports store called Reflections Sports Collectibles it’s the best sports store in Santa Barbara. Definitely the best. They have all the latest jerseys. T-shirts and sports team hats. Amazing big store.
Great place to shop.
Whats with a friend did not get out of the car
Great shopping area!
This was a Nice out of the way Shopping experience.
Although the shopping is severely limited this is still a good place to bring the kids to move and explore. The mall added outdoor games that we use and see people using all the time!! We hope to see more family friendly shops and restaurants move in soon.Note: Needed to contact their office about a lost credit card and was unable to reach a person or voicemail as the call was cut off after the selecting any option except calling a store directly.
Almost all was closed.. just a few open places to shop.
Walking distance from my house and great shopping..
Ghost town of once was, an esthetically wonderful and clean but not much to peruse and see. Macys is a warehouse for a department store -sad really no one puts any love into the store. If Macys became a fun shopping experience again like having The Cellar with culinary experiences, it might inspire the mall to become one entertainment and shopping island instead of a retail cemetery.
This mall had been here my whole life. I remember when it was the only one in Santa Barbara. Its beautiful, its outside and open and the landscaping was just updated. However, there isnt much foot traffic. Stores are always closing and usually there are empty spots. Its definitely a destination mall. Two very cool places to eat. Plaza deli is probably the best sandwich shop in town and my main reason for coming here. Theres Lure Fish House, which has the best happy hour and I cant wait to try the new burger joint!
Recently went to Lure for lunch. Was very impressed. The oyster bar is as fresh and tasty as it gets. Came back again a couple weeks later to try the normal lunch menu. Seared Sesame Ahi over bed of Spinach with Parmesan Potato cake is amazing. They also offer the clam chowder half and half, which is worth trying. The staff is excellent. The only reason I havent given 5 stars is the prices. Perhaps that is being too harsh...
Its actually a nice Mall. Plenty of free parking. A star off due to the lack of well known outlets. Nevertheless there are some interesting shops and Restaurants.
This is a long time shopping center located off of La Cumbre Rd and State St. It is an open air shopping mall, and all on 1 level. It is being refurbished with new anchor stores coming in.Lure Fish, Chipotle, Panera, Panda Express, Hamburger Habit Sees candies, are some of the restaurant/specialty stores available.Parking is adequate off of La Cumbre Rd or State St.Macys store space is being rejuvenated and Sears store space is up for a new retail customer when the management company finds one.
Soooo toney! Many more businessesWill fail if you think you can cater only toThe toney L A. Types ruining what wasA friendly livable town.
Gotta love La Cumbre Plaza 💚Lots of great Stores here. I come here frequently and this time was for CVS for some Travel Size Personal Hygiene items, and Luggage Tags.
Good exactly what I needed and right back on the road
Always nice even though not as many stores.
Great outdoor mall with a huge Macys that has everything from mens, womens and kids fashion to great cooking products and bedding for your home. The mall is outdoor and very relaxing to walk through. There are a few nice restaurants and the parking is free. Definitely the best shopping mall in the Santa Barbara area.
Great shopping experience. A little bit if everything. From department, to culinary, to luxury, from coffee to restaurants and even a video game store. A little bit for every one.
