The pharmacy is the worse especially that Hispanic lady or Chicana what ever. Took my service to another pharmacy that didnt make me feel guilty for picking up my prescriptions. Thanks to her I give minus 10 stars
It states open until 12, its 10pm and its closed. How hard is it to update your business hours and not waste customer time.
I almost didn’t call the pharmacy based on the reviews here on google but I had too…. And the lovely woman that answered was so nice and helpful!! I’ve had no issues with this CVS pharmacy.
It’s says that it’s open until 12 AM but when we got to the store it was closed. There were also other people who came to shop too.
Not open till 12am as stated per website arrived at 10:45 and was closed. Wasted my time and gas driving to other side of town…
0 STARS!!!!! Not the first tIme I had a bad experience at CVS!!!TODAY WITH CARLA I HAD A REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE!!! Really RUDE, she didn’t want to listen at me and help me with my coupon!!! I asked to talk with someone and she didn’t even answer me, actually she call the next person in line!!!!!!! Make me look really bad in front of the other peoples shopping!!!NEVER GOING Back TO CVS!!
Shame on for closing your restrooms to the customers. What low life operation. I hope your kids will need to use restroom during the shopping and travel and feel I feel now. As an American I am ashamed on your attitude. A former customer
They didn’t accept my small UPS packages even though they list themselves as a UPS Access Point location.
I primarily use their pharmacy and have few complaints. Theyre courteous and want to help. When they text me that my medication is ready, its ready when I get there.
This is probably the worst pharmacy I’ve ever seen. You’d have better luck getting your medicine by digging through medical waste dumpsters behind the veterinarian.
Excellent!!! Love the location!!! Thank you!!!
Always out of stock for everything I go in there for. Terrible long lines. Not good prices. Hard to find help but when you do staff is nice.
Rude manager and bad policy. I don’t recommend shopping there.
Love the addition of the cosmetics specialist. The shelves are finally stocked. Pharmacy staff is great. Only 4 stars because overall, the prices are high.
The worst service .... management doesn’t know how to assist, they also treat employers pretty bad 👎🏻For that CVS!!!!!
When youre prescription is not in the system, then the pharmacist helping you gets into a shouting match with the another pharmacist then storms away in the middle of helping you, one could assume customer service is their last priority. Plus, why cant the isle everyone has to stand in for so long before getting ditched at the very least have magazines or something customers might actually buy? Instead they chose to put obscure medicines from around the world, which stands as one of the worlds worst choices.
Terrible pharmacy staff!! 2 of the gentlemen that work out front are very sweet but the girls in back are rude. It always takes over 30 minutes to pick up a prescription.
A total ripoff, but a convenient place to get stuff. Try Smart and Final next door first, because this place will jack you on price.
Pharmacy was fast and effective when I used it. Inventory is above average and staff are helpful. Check out is average. I am local and use this store when I need it. No problems.
Its seems like this cvs is closing. It is not recovered or stocked. The shelves are empty. I didnt get greeted. It used to be a better store.
I recently moved near the CVS at the five points mall in SB. Almost every other time I have gone into the CVS at this location, I have received terrible service. It seams that tha maneger, thinks it is legal and appropriate to ask me what my service dog does for me. Even it it is legal, it is certainly not appropriate to ask me that. What if that direct question effected my challenges or I felt embarrassed to answer that question. Wouldnt it be more appropriate to just ask me for my dogs service license? On another note CVS corporate says you can return any item for any reason. The manager at this locations policy is no if you open the item, period end if story even if CVS policies say you can return the item.
This is pretty much a standard-issue CVS. The store is large, well laid out, and clean.
I have been here for 4 yrs and only shop at CVS everyone there is so nice and they always say HI to me when I come in the door,my experience with the pharmacy is always great, they call me when my prescriptions are ready and if I bring one in, its ready within 15 minutes.Thank you to the staff at CVS
Good store, lots of helpful employees. Great Pharmacy too.
Never gives medicine on time even when they contact us to pick up. This has happened multiple times and they have never done anything about it when we tell them.
Closes at 10 not midnight
Have a lot of things. Also carry As Seen on TV stuff, cards pharmacy, etc. Easy parking.
I agree with the first person regarding the pharmacy. They seem that they are not knowledgeable and very rude. The manager of the pharmacy ended up putting me on hold several times then hanging up on me because she could not resolve and or help me with my new prescription that the dr just wrote me. Then after my 2nd call back explaining on how rude it was she hung up on me she told me i could take my prescription somewhere else to get my prescription filled. Horrible and unbelievable!
I am giving one star for the poorly trained, overworked, and under supported cash register staff who must work for such a greedy, dishonest, unscrupulous, and disorganized corporation such as CVS.I personally do not fill MY prescriptions at CVS, and would only do so if my life depended on it, and even then, I would check to see if there were an alternative.I am a caregiver to two disabled persons and my elderly 91 year-old mother, who all get prescriptions from CVS due to their health plans requiring it. In the many years that I have been filling and picking up prescriptions for my family members, I have had the good fortune to speak with one pharmacist who actually cared about the patient. An error was made by CVS by calling the wrong number for an authorization, even though I was present and had given them the correct number. I asked for a supervisor, but there are no pharmacy supervisors on site at CVS pharmacies. There is a pharmacist in charge, but they are not always there, especially on weekends and evenings. So, my disabled family member had to go without medicine for an entire weekend. I have had had CVS pharmacists: 1) ell met hey cant keep track of every companys formulary, so if my family members medicine (which is covered at 100%) shows a $197 charge, and tells me thats not my problem - thats what the computer says. 2) routinely break HIPAA regulations by loudly and illegally discussing my family member by name and prescription loud enough for everyone in line to hear, and, when I called her on it, she did not know what I meant 3) fill a script for a med that my family member is allergic to, and it WAS in the computer - if I had not caught it, my family member would have ended up in the ER, or worse. 4) has automatically refilled (four times) and billed the insurer for meds that my family member was no longer taking (four months in a row - one would have thought they might have called when it wasnt picked up the first time. 5) They did not have a specific med in stock at that branch, and refused to call other local CVS branches to see if they had any 6) tell me that it is not mandatory that you use CVS, and you are free to go somewhere else, if you dont like it here. Unfortunately, my family member would have had to travel 50 miles to the next pharmacy approved by their plan. And more - much more. I have had promises of call-backs which never happened - I have been given numbers of corporate customer service departments with answering machines and no replies.CVS as a corporation is short-sighted. and profit driven. They overcharge Medicare, they provide little or no customer service, and now, they are trying to convince us that they are a high quality health care delivery company. They even changed their name, and expect CVS low-cost (to you- they WILL bill your insurance) walk-in clinics staffed by nurses or nurse practitioners. This is big box medicine, and it is not for me. If I have a medical problem, I want it addressed by a physician, and if I need meds, I want a pharmacist who knows more than how to count pills and type a label.Oh yeah - while Im at it - they say on their site, on my receipt and in their advertising, Fill ten prescriptions and get a $5 cash coupon. I enrolled when the promotion began, and have filled between 75 and 100 prescriptions since then, and have only gotten one $5 coupon. Every time I approach 10, the computer isnt working right, that system has never worked right - you can call someone at corporate, and, my favorite, Oh, we dont have that program any more. By my count they owe me about $40 0r $50 in coupons that got lost in the system.Did I mention that CVS is an awful company?
Overpriced but convenient theres a lot of them around
The worst manager ever! Extremely rude with terrible customer service. He is a dog hater and should be fired.
As a physician I strongly recommend my patients avoid CVS as their Santa Barbara locations, particularly at 5 Points, have been problematic for my patients.
Helpful staff and always stocked.
I like this CVS, I was looking hangers and found some here.
Totally inept, rude and disorganized. Im transferring to the downtown CVS location.
Super busy but always helpful.
The pharmacy had me on hold for 15 minutes then forgot about me. I went to the store and waited 40 mins to merely drop off a script. Really?
Nice store with kind workers
EVERYTHING YOU HAPPEN IS THERE, I LIKE
