I sent an email to them in the first week of March and got an email notification saying that I should have a quote within a day or two and for new art it would be 3-4 days. Two weeks later, I still had no response. I decided to call them because my chain of command would ask a status update just about daily. Once I was finally able to find a phone number, they said that there was issues with the art I submitted. Why did it take two weeks and me calling them to find out? I resubmitted the art and they said they would have a quote to me as soon as they could. Well, it has been over two months now and I have called twice, they keep telling me that it is in art and they cant give me a quote until the artist finishes the design.....its been over two months and my chain has decided to put someone else on getting balllcaps. This place made me look like an idiot and still has yet to contact me with any issues. Dont waste your time unless your timeline involves years....
